I am concerned to hear that we’ve sent out a sub-standard product and I’ve looked into this a little further. My apologies, it would seem most likely that we have supplied you with a display model in error. We were unaware of the fading issue until now but we do check every item we dispatch and we’ve clearly missed this issue.
