ZERO customer support.
After purchasing I tried to do the VPN myself, did not work. Then wrote to the company and asked them to do it and got no response. I then got the VPN to work after 2 days and it turned out the key they gave me was bad(already in use). Wrote 2 more emails over the next 2 days asking for help and no response. I bought this on the 25th and it is now the 29th and I have yet to hear anything from them. They sure charged me quick though. I have no idea how to even go about getting a refund. SO BUYER BEWARE.
