Customer service is what seperates this place from the rest. Got a call immediately after placing the order to inform me item was not in stock. If that wasn't enough, they also emailed me just to make sure! Offered a suitable alternative, which worked out to be slightly more dearer but they gave it to me for the same price as my original order. Granted, it was only £5.99, but who does that?! Got the tap within 2 days! Awesome!
