My opinion in one word - Excellent.
Placed order with Charm School UK and they must have packed my order as I was typing as goods arrived within 2 days and the charm was even better than anticipated. All round excellent service, will definitely use again.

Great selection, good value, beautifully packged
I always find a silver charm suitable for any occasion to add to my daughter's bracelet, from her 18th birthday to her graduation, her engagement to her new job, all ordered and delivered within days. Excellent!

Perfect service, perfect gift
Can't fault Charm School Uk in any area: great little item at a very decent price, super fast delivery, even the packaging was perfect, not just protecting the item but adding a little glitter that made me smile. So glad I found their website as I was loosing hope of finding the right gift at a price I could actually afford. 10 out of 10!

Lightening speed and super product
I ordered a bracelet and charm for my niece's christening and it was delivered not only speedily and perfectly (soldered on for a few pounds, much cheaper and quicker than the high street), but it also arrived with sweet little extra wrappings to make the whole purchase feel like the gift I'd intended it to be. Wonderful!

They must be psychic!
I have ordered before from this excellent company and wished to place a repeat order for their gift boxes, but it was some time ago and I was racking my brains trying to remember what they were called ( I had forgotten to save them as favourite sellers), when their promotional e-mail popped into my in-box and saved my poor brains from further damage! Great selection of good quality items at reasonable prices, I wish them every success.

Good quality and value!
I ordered charms through Charmschool last year and the service was prompt and reliable . The charms are beautiful and they are great value. I have just ordered a rose charm and a turtle charm. The service has been consistent with my last experience and the charms are perfect. I will certainly be visiting Charmschool again!

Gorgeous, pretty charm bracelet!
Item was exactly as advertised. Communication was excellent. Bracelet itself is a little delicate, but this has no reference on the standard of quality. It is simply a precious, pretty, delicate bracelet for a special occasion. Highly recommended.

Charming website!
Great website - huge choice of charms - very lifelike labrador dog.
Telephoned before ordering for advice and Paul (I presume) was very helpful. The little boxes the charms are sent in are very cute and are all ready to wrap if its a gift. This the second time I have purchased from here and will do so again.

Got everything I needed even quicker than expected!
I was looking for a specific charm (a microscope) for a friend and managed to find that and another one that were just perfect for her! Ordered on a Sunday and got them on Monday! They were packed in the cutest little box with bits of sparkly confetti stuff surrounding them, giving the whole thing a really personal touch. Smashing!

Wedge of cheese silver charm
No problems with the order process at all. The delivery was very prompt.
The charm is very pretty but hollow - which I wasn't expecting. Smaller and solid would have been better.

Charming as always!!
I have bought from Charm School on several occasions, for friends and family and also quite a few for myself! Their range of charms is huge and there is literally something there for everyone, whatever they're into, you'll find a charm for them. I have a few that are always commented on and I always recommend the website because my charms, bracelets and necklaces have always arrived quickly and they're beautifully packaged and the customer service is excellent. Basically, I'm a big fan!! Go and have a browse, treat yourself or someone special. They're not overpriced so there doesn't even need to be a reason to buy, simply because you've spotted something lovely!

Fantastic service - history of success - one slight disappointment!
i have used your on line shop a number of times and have never been disappointed. However - loved the September birth stone ring but little bit disappointed with the 21 ornate key - felt a bit cheap and the finish wasn't brilliant.

Excellent customer service from a company who did a bit extra!
my first order with this company and the product i received was exactly what i hoped for. in addition the order was a gift that i left late to order. the company obliged my late request by revisiting the post office (as they had already dispatched for the day) as a good will gesture to ensure i received the item ready for a birthday surprise the next day.

Product quality and delivery excellent, packaging dubious.
I was very impressed with the speed at which my bracelet was delivered and the quality of the jewellery. The packaging contained lots of little glitter bits that I wasn't expecting so when I opened the box they went everywhere. Wouldn't have been too bad but my sons were very interested in them and they were tempted to put them in their mouths. Online order and payment process could have been easier but overall very happy with my purchase. I'd definitely recommend charm school and will use them again.

Very professional, great service
I ordered a couple of charms for my sisters Swarovski charm bracelet as a leaving present but I couldn't find a Swarovski charm that was meaningful enough. I found exactly what I wanted at Charm School and it was delivered quicker than I thought. The charms were a bit smaller than I anticipated but the detail on them is amazing. I'll definately go back to this website again!

Always a fantastic service
I have dealt with Charm School for several years now and have received a consistently outstanding service from them during that time. Their products are of an excellent quality, beautifully packaged and are always dispatched very promptly. If I order as a last minute gift, I know it will arrive on time. An added bonus is the 5% discount they offer as an incentive to returning customers.
All in all I cannot fault this company and would have no hesitation in recommending them to others.
