Lying bastards
When i ordered nothing seemd wrong, but after a week of nothing happening to my order I send a mail asking why nothing was happening. They responded by telling me it was a stock problem and that my order would be shipped as soon as possible.
Then another week of nothing happening I send another mail asking why nothing was happening and they replied that my order was about to be shipped.
Then 3 days later I noticed that my order was still listed "in stock" in their web store. I send you a mail questioning their policy of listing items that are not in stock as "in stock" in their web store. I also demanded that my order is canceled and that I wanted my money back. because it took so damn long for something to happen and I was already fed up with the store.
They completely ignored my email about me wanting to cancel my order and that I wanted my money back. So I submitted another ticket asking why they did not respond to my mail. They then respond and tell me that my order is delayed but that they have upgraded my shipping to the extra shipping again (The exact same message I got in the very first mail). Completely ignoring that fact that I asked for my money back and that I want to cancel my order.
I then send them a message about this whole story you read here and also again asking them to cancel the order and giving me back my money. They have yet to respond to that mail but I'm already fed up with them because they are just blandly lying to their customers. Its been about a month since I ordered and nothing has happend I have only been told 3 times that they'll try to send my order as soon as possible.
Please don't buy from this website they don't deserve it.

A Disaster and Debacle
I bought a Clearone CHAT 60 U, and it worked - briefly. The problems began when trying to install and utilize their recommended programs to update the firmward/software. I wrote to service who recommended installing specific software and told me that the device doesn't work on USB 3's.
So connected through a USB 2 hub, it still won't work, altho0ugh the Skype options show it as the selected device, and the check program plays the speakers and hears the mic, but as soon as I try to make a call, everything goes silent, whether the speaker or the headphones to which I tried to revert.
I just can't use Skype except through the built in speaker and mic in the computer.
I regret the day I thought this would be a good idea.
DON'T BUY ONE, DON'T EVEN THINK OF IT!!

Crappy website
The payment method is done by an external company which tells the user that it's payed. When returning to the website, there's no sign of the order or the payment. Scary experience.
In the end everything went well as the customer care is efficient.

worst company i've ever delt with.
I ordered a skype phone over one month ago, and still don't have it. i think that says it all.
even after this huge delay, and taking my money over a month ago, they only offered a free 4gb sd card (no discount on product, or for free) and a useless upgraded delivery.
take my advice, buy somewhere else. worst company i have ever had to deal with.

Fraud company which misuse the good name of Skype
I placed an order and in same moment or half hour later I cancelled my order as I had an opportunity to get the "Amazon Kindle Fire HD" from another place (channel) which I unfortunately did not knew before ordering. I have contacted them 4 times since I placed the order on the 19th of May 2013 and they have only responded back once that they have placed my order on hold however they have already withdrawn the money from my bank account on the 23rd og may 2013. I have researched a bit on the company and they are not related to Skype as they write on their website and I also see that many others have had very bad experiences with the company so this is the reason for calling them a fraud company because they misuse the good name of Skype. Now I have contacted my bank to create a opposition against them as it is illegal to withdraw the Money before sending the goods. They will properly write me that they have been very busy and that the apologize now...let's see.

Its not working. Only sound works and cal keeps dropping.
Hi I received a webcam from Chatandvison.I ordered it on skype website. It really doesnt live upto expectation because of following reasons.Order number-SO284924
1. Video doesn't work most of the time.
As per Skype website they promised that there will be option to browse web and you tube and I cannot see that after paying 269$ to this company.
I am totally dissatisfied. would prefer if company can take this box back and return my money.

Average... with a few hick-ups
My experience is based on ordering a skype phone.
The order process and receiving the product went well. Unfortunately the product was faulty and I wanted to return it. To return it I had to write back and forth with 3 different people, everytime receiving a "please rate our service" mail from them, which was annoying. When I returned my product to them I had to wait almost a month until they confirmed receiving my item and additional 5-7 working days before confirming that it was faulty. Furthermore I also had to pay the return fee with the postal service.
Now I have received my replacement product, it works, and therefore I give them 3 out of 5

Failure to fulfill order correctly.
Received wrong item has yet to send me a slip t return item. Asked to go ahead and cancel item because of delay I had to purchase elsewhere and no they are finally shipping my items.

Phone goes offline very often
The phone looses internet connection very often and this results in being offline most of the time.

Really bad contact (or no contact) with customers
I have never received an email or anything from chat and vision about my order, I needed to go and open a chargeback process with PayPal because I never had contact from chat and vision, I called the phone number shown in PayPal receipt and nobody answered in 1 week, I sent a lot of emails thru my email directly and support forms in chat and vision chat and nobody answered. They just answered when I started the chargeback and then to send this survey.

We do apologise for your experiences with us, but we'd like to take this opportunity to tell our side of story:
- We shipped the item on the 12th April after receiving it on the 10th April. As with all our orders, we send a dispatch confirmations via email along with any relevant tracking details. We also always send order confirmations as well, which I believe many of our past customer can attest to.
- We received your query on ticket TICKET ID WWN-350-5_____ and can see our CS reps responded on the same day. If this was not received, I suggest to check all spam/junk folders as it's been known that some of our customer receive emails here. Another solution is to check with your ISP to see if it's blocking any emails from our domain or treating it as spam.
- According to our courier USPS, order was delivered on the 15th April, which meant the order was delivered within 5 days of being placed (well within our advertised timeframes of 7-10 business days).
Having said this, it seems the experiences described in this review were directly caused by not receiving any of our emails and understand your feelings for the seeming lack of service, and will have our team look into this further from our end. I hope this explanation did help to give a better understanding of our usual levels of service.

Excellent product and customer support.
I removed long distance from our land line a couple of years ago and don't get reliable cell service where I live. I have relied on Skype for long distance. Unfortunately this meant sitting at the computer to make long distance calls. Call quality was usually ok but sometimes not. The RTX 4088 changed all that. The phone adapter plugs directly into my router (no computer needed) and sound quality is now the same as my local land line calls. Plus I can now move around with the phone just as a normal wireless phone. Great product!

Yakkity Yak will come back
The handset works as expected with one problem which may skype. When calling a cell phone get a lot of drops during the calls. Other than that sound quality is excellent and the handset is easy to set up. Would recommend to anyone with skype. One suggestion, need to come up a self stick phone hook to put on side of PC tower, desk or wall to hang phone when not in use. Just an FYI

Was great to get a skype phone that works with my MAC
The item was sent promptly, and the only reservation I have is that the instructions for connection to the modem and powering up were a bit short on information, so if you had no computer savvy, things might seem complicated. Once connected it was a really great to have Skype showing on the handset and operating as easy as if you using the computer Skype system - the contacts all came through correctly and show whether they are phone or Sykpe contacts by way of an icon - as I said all easy.

The product I have ordered was shipped fast, and works perfectly.
Everything was superfine, but I had problems only with the payment options, there was none except Skrill. I would gladly pay with credit-card (mastercard/visa) and with Paypal. I do not like Skrill, and I had to make a Skrill account to pay on ChatandVision site.

Worth the effort
A good product no mannual had to download by google the phone all 84 pages. thus the 4 star and not five. The phone is of good quality slight echoing on occasions which I have not been able to completely get rid of
