I have never received an email or anything from chat and vision about my order, I needed to go and open a chargeback process with PayPal because I never had contact from chat and vision, I called the phone number shown in PayPal receipt and nobody answered in 1 week, I sent a lot of emails thru my email directly and support forms in chat and vision chat and nobody answered. They just answered when I started the chargeback and then to send this survey.

We do apologise for your experiences with us, but we'd like to take this opportunity to tell our side of story:
- We shipped the item on the 12th April after receiving it on the 10th April. As with all our orders, we send a dispatch confirmations via email along with any relevant tracking details. We also always send order confirmations as well, which I believe many of our past customer can attest to.
- We received your query on ticket TICKET ID WWN-350-5_____ and can see our CS reps responded on the same day. If this was not received, I suggest to check all spam/junk folders as it's been known that some of our customer receive emails here. Another solution is to check with your ISP to see if it's blocking any emails from our domain or treating it as spam.
- According to our courier USPS, order was delivered on the 15th April, which meant the order was delivered within 5 days of being placed (well within our advertised timeframes of 7-10 business days).
Having said this, it seems the experiences described in this review were directly caused by not receiving any of our emails and understand your feelings for the seeming lack of service, and will have our team look into this further from our end. I hope this explanation did help to give a better understanding of our usual levels of service.
