Can't find any link to report a problem with the phone I purchased. Batteries will not charge up, regardless of time left on the Cradle The were no warranty details included in the package, neither was there a customer service contact number or email address. Am still trying to report the faulty Batteries or faulty Charger. Would be great to receive some reply.
