Horrible service

Hi, more than 2 weeks ago I ordered a Nexus 4 for 320 euros from this company and they havent even shipped it yet. It currently has been "progressing and will ship soon" for over a week now. Their site claims to deliver in 7-14 days and often faster, while it currently has been beyond that point and they havent even given me an apology message that it will take longer than usual. Besides that, after looking at a few other reviews, it seems that they havent even had this smartphone in stock for the last 4 weeks, while their site still claims to have enough in stock. If you dont have the telephone anymore, atleast update your site so you wont have people expect a product that wont come.

Update: Another week has passed and still nothing. No message from chatandvision and no update on when it will be sent. Very unsatisfied with how this company does their business.

Another update: Today I finally received my first message from chatandvision since ordering my phone on 30-08-2013. I was really excited that after almost five weeks I would finally get a message on when my phone would be delivered. Sadly I have to say my hopes were crushed and this company made a total fool of themselves, because the message that I got asked me to review the Nexus 4 that I bought! Sadly its hard to review a product that hasnt even been delivered yet after almost a month..
I strongely advise against ordering from this company since they make alot of promises about their great customer service and delivery times, while I currently havent had a single message of apology and am currently doubting I will receive my phone any time soon.

    I can confirm that the item is in stock. Due to sheer volume of orders received for this item we have to obtain stock from secondary warehouse. Customer services will update you shortly on the expected dispatch date.
