What do I think of Chat & Vision Ltd? Well as you can see from my my opinion above, not much. I placed my order on 13th Oct 2013, I receive confirmation, I then receive an email telling me that my order delivery has been "upgraded" & that I should expect to receive it with a few days, dated 16th Oct. From then until now (26 Oct) I have received precisely nothing. I have contact Chat & Vision to report the fact I have not received my order, receiving a non-contactable email confirming my report + plus 2 companies asking me to tell them what I think of Chat & Vision Ltd, but still no order.
This is the 2nd time I have been asked my opinion on your service< so this time I had better tell you. I ordered on the 6th of October, I received an email from you on the 10th, stating that my order had been upgraded to express at no extra cost to me. Today is the 22nd and still my order has not arrived.
I ordered a skype phone from ChatandVision, and I chose regular shipping speed of 7-10 days. My order got upgraded free to premium shipping and I got my order in 3 days. I kept getting emails during the process, so they are trying hard to make sure I am not having any issues. I am quite happy about buying from ChatandVision.
Have been in touch over a period of weeks due to a faulty handset. Keep getting fobbed of to computer replies, NO real help in replacing phone or getting my money back. Who is running Chat and Vision? Not a business person, that is obvious.
Never again... was a nightmare from start to finish...NEVER replied to emails.. whole return process under warranty took six weeks... don't deal with a company that hides behind a webpage contact with no other option... STAY AWAY
I am very happy that I ordered my Skype phone through Chat and Vision. I was given free minutes for purchasing the phone, free upgraded shipping, and customer service followed up with me! I am definitely pleased with their customer service and appreciation. No one else in the industry can compete with them!
I ordered Skype dual phones from Chatandvision. They are prompt in sending the product. They also follow up to make sure you got your order -a fact that is not common amongst most vendors. I love their service and attitude.
Ordered a RTX DUALphone 4088 on Sept. 25th. It actually arrived 3 days later. The base doesn't boot, I can't connect the phone to the base. Wrote to support and got a standard "reset and wait" mail that wasn't helpful. Searched online for my problem and it turned out that there are a lot of customers with the same issue. Why don't they test the phones before they ship? Asked for a new phone. Filled out the form "my device is faulty and I want my money back" It is October 17 and I am still waiting to have my phone picked up.
All I wanted to buy was a Skype gift card for $10. They asked me to provide a proof of address in the form of a utility bill. YOU GOT TO BE KIDDING! I just want a $10 gift card. Do I really have time to scan my utility bill and send it to you?! There need to be balance and common sense. By the way, the gift cards were 20% off. Obnoxious communication.
First of all, I just want to buy a Skype e-gift card online for my brother's birthday gift. AINT NOBODY GOT TIME FOR THAT!!!!!!!!!!!! My advice is don't shop here. Find a better one.
I ordered an ipad mini in may 2013. It was never delivered though payment was made. In contacting the company they promised to refund, but now it is almost five month later and I am still emailing..... In the correspondence following every answer is the same: 'My sincere apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused. Rest assured we will help rectify the matter for you. I have already alerted the Relevant Department so that they can immediately investigate the matter internally as well.
Nobody seems to be responsible at chatandvision or capable of solving problems
