Can't find any link to report a problem with the phone I purchased.
Batteries will not charge up, regardless of time left on the Cradle
The were no warranty details included in the package, neither was there a customer service contact number or email address.
Am still trying to report the faulty Batteries or faulty Charger.
Would be great to receive some reply.

I ordered ChatandVision's wireless Skype phone on line and the shipment came promptly. Setup was straightforward, although I'd already had prior experience because this was a replacement for a phone from another manufacturer that had stopped working.
Audio quality is clear.
I've got no complaints.
The interim email querying whether goods have been received, issues almost a week before the actual receipt of goids which are shipped from overseas . Send date on this email should therefore be delayed.
This is my second order from Chat n Vision, same situation previously.
Actual delivery cycles is acceptable, but interim email causes false expectation.
While purchasing on the website, the shipping cost was unclear until after you purchased. The amount of time to expect the shipping to take was also not clear. The DHL shipping people called three days after ordering and left a voicemail saying they required a signature and that they would arrive between 10 and 5 the next day. My husband waited at the house the whole time. They didn't show up until 6:30 and we were out eating dinner. They left a note on our door saying they would be back the next day and gave us the option to sign the note and that would count as our signature. We signed the note. We didn't need to because my husband works at home -he is always at home during the day. But we signed it anyway just in case and put it back on the door. We waited for three days. We finally called them to ask what was going on and they blamed us for not being there and that they had come to our house over and over again. They said they would come "one final time" the next day. I'm assuming they must have seen the note still on the door and thought we were on vacation or something -and consequently never even bothered to come to the door and look at their note or ring the doorbell. So we put a huge red arrow on the door and in big letters said the note was signed. They finally left us the package. Very frustrating.
this is the third time that this company has asked me to write a review for them. the first one was a good A+ review for them. the second time i just ignored it. this time I was driven to post about the fact that they won't stop contacting me to review their service. I don't get it really, they already have positive feedback from me. Its annoying to say the least. Use a disposable email address when working with these folks.
On June 23rd, I noticed my Skype phone didn't work. I complained through your two sites. Although you said you would respond in 24 hours it took over a week. Furthermore, to return the product I couldn't get an RMA number. I filled out the form 10 times and each time it erased my information. Ultimately to be within my 30 day period I just sent the phone to the NY office.
Someone higher up though noticed my complaints and ultimately you sent me a skype phone. I received it and it works!. It took way too long and was a laborious process but you did fix my phone. I got a replacement about 5 weeks after first complaining.
Now that I've had more time with ChatandVision I would summarize my service as follows. First, I had a defective phone and they replaced it with a fully functioning phone. The phone works well and once they identified that my complaint was valid they acted professionally. Second, it took a long time to get this result. It took over one month and it took many emails and mails back and forth and that process was frustrating. Third, I get the feeling that ChatandVision are working to improve their customer service.
Købte en skypetelefon i december som gave. Den holdt kun batteri i 20 min og ville så i kontakt med chatandvision. Dette kan kun gøres via en formular hos deres kundeservice
På hjemmesiden. Dog går der nemt 2-4 uger før de vender tilbage på det spørgsmål du har svaret på. Fandt til sidst en side på Skype hvor man kan "brokke sig" og det har andre også gjort. Dette gjorde jeg og så begyndte der at ske noget. Dog var vores telefon hos dem i 6 uger til reperation og da jeg rykker for svar så sker det lidt igen med en besvarelse på, at de ikke kan lave den og helt ekseptionelt sender mig en helt ny og med særlig post som jeg ikke skal betale for. Hurra det hele har taget godt 4 mdr fra min første henvendelse til jeg endelig fik en ny. Alt alt for sløv service el mangel på samme
I recommend buying from ChatandVision but you should watch the prices as it is a little higher from the market.
Product works OK, but the Skype free minutes voucher code does not accept. Not sure if that is a Skype issue, or an incorrect code provided. Have used Skype voucher codes before without issue.
January 7 paid for the camera. Were first asked to check the neighbors and work colleagues, they did not get the camera for me. Then in May, it turned out that the goods returned. They promised to return the money, but the money still not returned. June 17 was asked to clarify the details of a credit card, but the money is seen as lost as the camera on the way and will soon go back to the sender
This Skype phone is superb and works very well. Very good sound quality, very easy to use in general and features loaded. Definitely recommend. Only problem I had was with registering the handset with the base. The manual is very unclear and I had to search the web to find how to do it.
Have the 5 of July ordered a camera that was in stock, but here July 12 is the order not yet executed, but payment is approved and ChatandVision have got their money.
It would be nice if you on your website wrote how long time it take to execute the order and how many days it take from ordering to I get the item on my address. I am very disappointed that I maybe not get my new camera on time to get it with me on vacation.
But when it comes to support, i am not sure the 4 stars applies.
reason is that I had a problem with one of the item bought from chat and vision and sent an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org on Jun 10 and still haven't heard back from them.
I orderd an ipad mini at June 22nd. This item has still not been shipped, according to my order status.
Since this is a birthday present for our son, we need to have this ipad before July 18th.

Update 8 July : received an e-mail from chat and vision 3 days ago. There was a slight delay, they will send the item this week.
Strange, according to their web site the ipad mini was in stock on June 22nd, and this status has not been changed until now.
Update 10 July: my order status changed from "order is being made ready" to "order is progressing, item will ship soon"
Update 12 July: item still not shipped. I don't expect the ipad mini to be delivered in time, so I decided to cancel the order.
I'll keep you updated regarding the cancellation procedure.

Easy set up and nice features. Numbers on keypad could be bigger.
I have seen the bad reviews of customer service from ChatAndVision, but i had a good experience. I ordered the phone from Amazon, with Prime, expecting 2nd day delivery (my office opens in 3 days). But after i ordered, i saw "shipped out within 3-5 business days and delivered within 7-14 business days", and i'm like, ohhh noooooo this is going to be a nightmare! So i signed into their web site and requested "upgrade delivery method", hoping for the best. At first the response was as if they didn't get it, they reiterated the original ship time, so i wrote back and explicitly said "i need you to ship by tomorrow, and use overnight shipping, please just bill me". Well, lo and behold, they did exactly that AND did NOT charge me for the upgraded shipping. I tracked it with DHL all the way from china, and saw it delivered the next day, impressed with their customer service!
