great products, good prices, fast delivery, great customer service!
I'm very happy with the service cheapsupplements.co.uk provided me. I got my delivery in two working days, got emails and texts saying what time they would deliver and the option to change that if i needed to. I wasn't in when they delivered so they left it in my buildings office as per my intructions. Because I had ordered something else from another website in the same day, and the texts and emails I got didn't have the name "cheap supplements" in it (i believe the company name is actually "chaice nutrition"), i got the two orders confused and thought the text/emails i was getting were from the other website, so i wrote to cheapsupplements.co.uk to find out what had happened to my order, and got a really fast response from customer service, clearing up my confusion. I then went and picked up the products from my buildings office, which arrived in perfect condition. In short, overall a perfect buying experience, definetly recommend it!

Great service but website not up to date.
Ordered two 450kg optimum nutrition casein protein in chocolate to then get an email after I'd paid for my products to say they're out of stock and only have vanilla. They should of updated their website to say they were out of Stock before people purchased that item. I decided to just get vanilla instead to save waiting to get my money back and looking elsewhere. However the deal was great and the delivery service was excellent so it makes up for that little mistake.

Not updated web site!
I ordered schiex gloves medium, paid for them and then they said they not available. then the question is- why is not uptadet on website? was very disapointed. sorry guys no good feedback from me!

Received my order well packaged. Products were in perfect condition. Cheap compared to most, which is the reason why I ordered from them in the first place. Great service also, which counts for alot!

cheap but high quality products
I have bought from this company twice now and wouldn't look anywhere else for mutual products, the price is just right for the high quality products you are purchasing. It is also good how the shipping company text you to check what date you would like your package to be delivered or if you would like them to leave with a neighbour

Super betjening
Super betjening. Bestilte for første gang hos Cheap Supplement og er overrasket over hvor hurtigt det gik. Til trods for, at nogle varer var udsolgt, og at der derfor var noget mailudveksling, havde jeg varene efter 3 dage. Jeg vil helt klart handle på siden igen.

Didn't get what I paid for
Didn't get what I paid for. I was charged for the purchase of bsn syntha 6 chocolate peanut butter. AFTER payment is accepted I am told ithe flavour is unavailable. Bsn syntha 6 are famous for the great flavours (as I struggle to enjoy protein this is very important to me). I received an email stating the flavour I requested was out if stock and I was to choose another. But.... Choose another was very limited. I had a choice of the 3 basic. Chocolate strawberry and banana. All companies do these flavours. The reason I choose bsn syntha 6 is for the chocolate peanut butter. The chocolate mint. The mochachino. All of these flavours were unavailable. As a refund wasn't offered to me and I NEEDED the protein quickly for my training I reluctantly chose another option but I will certainly not buy from this company again. As they should not have mis sold me.

Rubish quality!!! :(
I bought a couple of shakers and the quality is awful of course they do their job but i could have got a better item in a pound shop. The picture and description showed a much better quality of item, received days after anticipated arrival. Worst online buy ever!

Bedste service!
Jeg bestilte en omgang proteinpulver via Cheap Supplements.
Bestilte i sidste uge, og modtog pakken i går.
Desværre havde Post Danmark brugt pakken til at spille fodbold, så der var både hul i pakken, og en af spandene med proteinpulver havde fået et hul.
Der var en del pulver der var røget ud i kassen, men det var ikke helt katastrofalt.
Jeg kontaktede firmaet, med henblik på at afklare hvem jeg skulle henvende mig til. Jeg brugte ventetiden på, at kontakte Post Danmark, som var særdeles usamarbejdsvillige.
Efter 2 timer fik jeg svar fra Cheap Supplements, hvori de beklagede, og at de med det samme havde sendt en ny spand afsted. 30 sekunder efter, modtog jeg en ordrebekræftelse.
Den bedste service, jeg nogensinde har fået.
Har før handlet med firmaet, og der har aldrig været problemer. Hvis i skal købe proteinpulver over nettet, så brug Cheap Supplements!!!!!

Good product, could do with more communication.
Ordered sunday, received wednesday, however no tracking number was present on the website, so the site says to contact them.
Rang several times on both provided numbers, never answered, but product was delivered in a reasonable time.

User friendly website, good range and excellent service.
I was searching for a specific product that I usually obtained from my local health food shop but for some reason they have been unable to get it for me so I went online and came across this company. The site was easy to use with a good range of products. some of which were known to me and I could see that the prices were very competitive. Having placed my order the items (which were in stock) arrived within two working days which is excellent. I highly recommend Cheap-Supplements.

I wish I had read these other reviews first! I ordered multiples of 2 different products, money was taken and then I was told they were out of stock and offered an alternative or refund. Once money has exchanged this is technically breach of contract but on a more practical level it's just infuriating, especially when you grab some time out of your day to find a product that's a bit tricky to obtain, go through all the sign-up palaver with yet another internet supplier, go back to your day job, only to find you've got to do the same thing all over again! Correspondence was nice enough but unfortunately in this day and age, as an online supplier, you have to tick all the boxes - stock, price, speedy delivery, good customer service, trouble free returns etc. Why pay an outside company to gather opinions to improve your company and then continue to do the same things you've always done!? Hopefully someone at the top might read this...

Friendly, efficient service
Like a previous reviewer, was disappointed two of my items were out of stock, but was emailed immediately and asked if I wanted to replace or drop from order. I partially replaced, which brought me below the minimum for free delivery - but this was still given.
Tone of emails was friendly, pleasant, efficient yet human.
I gave them a try because a similar company was out of stock and held over my order, without notifying me, for ten days AND ignored both my emails and text messages, just before Christmas. THAT is what I call bad service: I'll stick with Cheap Supplements in future!

Extremely Unprofessional!
Ordered Optimum Nutrition Whey Crisp Bars x 12 as stated were in stock only to be emailed late evening the next day that the item had been back ordered, this was the 30th Dec.
2nd Jan I get an email advising no restock date. I was happy to let the whole thing go and get a refund which they did very quickly to be fair and due to New Year getting in the way response wise I certainly couldn't complain. I then out of curiosity check on their website, today 5th Jan to see if they had changed the item to show no stock. What a surprise, it still quite happily shows stock available, it's that more than anything which has caused me to write this review, believe it or not it's the first time I've ever done this and I'm 40!
Service like this is a joke and can only lose you more customers than you gain!

Bought product and had confirmation emails about order. Then the next day I was emailed to say the item was out of sock yet when I ordered was advertised as in stock avail for delivery.

Very slow delivery!!!!

No Customer Service
Ok my first exprience ordering from Cheap-Supplement was not bad or good, the reason being they have a FREEPHONE number
0800 013 3614 you can call that NOBODY answers it just rings and rings
They don't make any attempt whatsoever to contact you to let you know when delivery will take place so you just have to wait and hope it will be soon.
So don't expect to receive your orders within 1-3 working days because you will be disapointed give at least a week and you will be pleasantly supprised if it arrives befor that.
But I will say one good thing the price was cheap on my items.

Shockingly bad
I purchased an item marked clearly as "In stock" from their website and paid for next day delivery. A few days later I get an email saying they don't have the item and would I like to have something else or get a refund. It still says "In stock" now for the item. Amazing!

Excellent Again
Best price and rapid delivery via Royal Mail, excellent. One of my earlier orders had been out of stock even though this was not stated on the site; 'touch wood' this issue is now resolved.
