As a small start-up, price and speed of delivery are important. The range has almost everything we need except for highly specialist equipment. Website is good, but could improve its search functions. Overall good service on all aspects that matter, and would recommend
I placed my order on 03/05/12 and was only offered one delivery option, despite a drop down menu! This was supposed to be express, next day delivery, however I did not receive my order until 08/05/11.
I ordered notebooks which I needed urgently. I placed the order and paid, delivery was confirmed for next day. Then I had a follow up email to say that not all my order was available and that some of it would follow. Had I known this before, I would have tried to get my notebooks elsewhere as I needed them all. By then it was too late to cancel and arrange for next day from somewhere else.
Prices are good and goods arrived as promised.
I have ordered from other stationary companies with poor or inconsistent service. I now only stick with cheapstationary as I have received such a personalised and top calss service from them. They always deliver on time, and should there be an issue with a product, they call you straight away. Great value for money, not seen items that I have ordered cheaper anywhere else. As a business I need a company that I can rely on, and one that has a friendly voice at the end of the phone. Won't go anywhere else now.
I have used cheapstationery several times. They compare very fasvourably with other internet sales sites and I have always found their products (envelopes) to be of good quality, and delivery has always been by return. I recommend them.
