Enthusiastic and thorough!
The company rang me to thank me for the order, then phoned as soon as they knew the delivery date to tell me about the guarantee...then folloed it up when the date changed (I had to change it, not them).

Excellent Customer Service
We ordered a bed for our son through Children's Funky Furniture - not only was the bed cheaper than on any other website I found, but the service received since ordering has been excellent! Karen called soon after the order was placed, and provided us with an idea of delivery times. She has since called to update us once again upon the delivery. It is nice to receive a personal touch rather than just emails - I would recommend the website to anyone. Superb!

excellent buying experience
I searched for this bed everywhere. there were lots of different places selling it at lots of different prices, with and without delivery charge.
I am very glad I chose Childrens Funky Furniture. Almost as soon as I had ordered I received a confirmation e-mail followed very quickily by a phone call letting me know when delivery would be.
Delivery was within 7 days I received a phone call giving me a waiting in period which was thankfully accurate. the delivery went smoothly and bed pieces were left where I needed them to be.
The bed was well boxed and had no marks or damage. It looks lovely in my daughters room.
I also receieved a post delivery phine call asking how everything had gone with an offer to get in touch should any problems arrive.
I am very, very pleased with the service and the product.

Brilliant, friendly service and the stool exactly what we wanted!
On the website it says 3-4 weeks but in actual fact our stool came 4 days after placing the order which was fantastic. We said the said stool over the weekend and it was fantastic - exactly what we wanted!!
One thing to consider....we sent the present to the actual person it was for and there was no room for a note or card therefore they didn't know who it was off until she mentioned it had arrived.

Excellent customer service, poor product finish quality.
Received bookcase promptly and with excellent customer service (a courtesy phone call prior and after delivery). Unfortunately the quality of the product was not as high as expected. There were several mistakes in the paintwork, missing paint work and a blob of blue, consistent with spilt paint, on one of the dinosaurs faces. The overall finish of this product was slightly disappointing for the £100 paid. Having said that we will be keeping the product as when built up these imperfections were not visible enough for the inconvenience of returning it.

Very happy
I bought a few things for when i was doing up my sons room. I was so pleased with all my purchases my son loved them too. They were delivered on time and in excellent condition. Im very pleased with service. I would recommend it and will be using again if i need to.

i found the service from childrens funky furniture excellent, from karen ringing me to confirm my order & the delivery day right through to me ringing them to inform them that the unit we had bought had slight shipping damage from the supplier, i was told that there would be no problem in getting a new unit out to us in the new year and as the damage did not impact on the use of the unit then this was no problem. i just attached a picture of the fault as requested and sent it in

Excellent Customer Service
My order was being delivered to Northern Ireland very close to Christmas. Delighted to have a call after ordering online to arrange non standard delivery. Speedy service and lovely after care to check the delivery had arrived!

Great communication and customer service.
I've ordered two kids beds from Children's Funky Furniture, returning to order the second as I was impressed with the competitive pricing, ease of ordering and great customer service. I was kept informed of when my bed should be leaving the warehouse and that I would get a call arranging delivery. This was the case both times. It's refreshing to experience an ecommerce site that has such personal touch with its consumers.

Best customer service I've experienced in years
Bought a cabin bed from Funky Furniture about a year ago. Customer service at the time was fab and clearly labelled parcels delivered very efficiently. Confession time, we didn't build all the elements! Then we moved house and in so doing mislaid the instructions and some of the fittings for one of the elements. I asked Funky Furniture if it would be possible to purchase replacements and was sent a set, at zero charge within 24 hours. I cannot rate them highly enough and I'm hard to please! Thank you Karen.

Brilliant bed
I bought a Gami Montana mezzanine bed and it has been absolutely wonderful. The bed was manufactured within a month and the delivery was quick and efficient. It took about two to three hours to assemble, mainly because it has a lot of features. My nine year old son loves it and is very happy. It's a great bed if you're a little short on space because it has a small cupboard and bookshelves and desk included. It also looks very cool. I would recommend it 110%.
