Really good service

Order arrived on date and at time expected, was beautifully wrapped and a good quality product. Unfortunately the tracksuit was too small for my son but the refund was swiftly processed and I was emailed with update throughout. Excellent service would use company again

It 'really was a pleasant surprise to know this site despite my difficulties with the English language. what can i say...perfect product perfect packaging

Received an e-mail with a 1 hour delivery slot came bang on time, the packaging was fantastic and item was amazing, I can see me spending a lot of my time on your website for my grandson...thankyou again

Extremely disappointed will NEVER shop here again!!!!

I am totally disgusted with the level of customer service I have received from childs play and will never shop there again. I get two emails and text messages saying my twins oilily coats would arrive I take the day off work stay in and nothing shows. I call them up and speak to a very unhelpful member of staff who said the item has just been collected by the courier company!!! Explain not happy wasted day of work and money as I'm self employed and was like well its coming tomorrow like I can just afford another day off work. Spend over £190 with them and they can't send the good ask for some type of compensation or something apart from a heartless not cared for apology and said they would send me a £10 gift card.... Hmmm cause that's gonna go far In the shop and with twins as well. We much regret I cancelled the order even though I like the coats as they have been very uncooperative. Said she would process a full refund for me immediately. Then the icing on the cake the next day I get a text saying its being delivered! So I call yet again to speak to the most unhelpful person and she doesn't know what to explain. Ask as my refund been processed she says yes, then I get an email through saying it so they didn't even do the refund yesterday when first say.

Worst customer service ever and I will never shop there again! They don't even seem too concerned when you are trying to talk to them down the phone it's like they don't care. Well you will care as I'm taking my complaint further as there could have been more better ways to resolve my issue over the phone instead of making me feel the need to cancel the order!

I recieved my order within 2 days. I was very pleased with the packing of my goods, i ordered Gucci top and hat which were both excellent. Yess to Childsplay clothing!!!

Outstanding products, customer service and delivery.

I couldn't recommend Childsplay enough, the dress I bought was stunning and the tights are great, my items were safely delivered, well packaged and I was kept up to date with delivery details right up to an hour timeslot on the day which was accurate. I won't hesitate to buy from them again.

Rubbish customer service

Purchased item which was stained on arrival. Returned item in same condition it was received in but was told I am not entitled to a refund as the item is re-saleable. Will be getting in touch with the consumer watchdog and making a formal complaint as they sent the item in the condition I received it then they expect me to keep it when it's damaged..
Will never use them again and would never recommend them!!!
Shame I can't give zero as a rating!!!!

All items that are shipped are checked through three processes and any defect results in the item not being dispatched. Further to your return all processes were vigorously applied and we can confirm that the garment was not dispatched to you in the state that it was returned. We are sorry that you are disappointed however our company will not tolerate abusive and threatening phone calls to our staff. This has been noted and recorded. We also note that you have another review to a pest control company where you have also been abusive. Once again we would like to reiterate our full commitment to our customers.

I'm more than satisfied with my shopping @ Childsplay Clothing. Kenzo Kid collection items I received are gorgeous and definitely worth the price I paid. All packed in tissue-paper and Kenzo box. Delivery (with Royal Mail and further - in Poland - with courier) was really very fast.

Excellent quality clothing for kids

My only comment is the packaging. I order from other companies and they are packaged better & placed in nice gift boxes free of charge. (pink, blue or white boxes). That's the only reason you got 4 stars instead of 5!
