Purchased item which was stained on arrival. Returned item in same condition it was received in but was told I am not entitled to a refund as the item is re-saleable. Will be getting in touch with the consumer watchdog and making a formal complaint as they sent the item in the condition I received it then they expect me to keep it when it's damaged.. Will never use them again and would never recommend them!!! Shame I can't give zero as a rating!!!!

Dear Sir, with regards to your disapproval of our customer service we can assure you that we have very strict quality control processes that every order is subject to. All items that are shipped are checked through three processes and any defect results in the item not being dispatched. Further to your return all processes were vigorously applied and we can confirm that the garment was not dispatched to you in the state that it was returned. We are sorry that you are disappointed however our company will not tolerate abusive and threatening phone calls to our staff. This has been noted and recorded. We also note that you have another review to a pest control company where you have also been abusive. Once again we would like to reiterate our full commitment to our customers.
