Extremely disappointed will NEVER shop here again!!!!
I am totally disgusted with the level of customer service I have received from childs play and will never shop there again. I get two emails and text messages saying my twins oilily coats would arrive I take the day off work stay in and nothing shows. I call them up and speak to a very unhelpful member of staff who said the item has just been collected by the courier company!!! Explain not happy wasted day of work and money as I'm self employed and was like well its coming tomorrow like I can just afford another day off work. Spend over £190 with them and they can't send the good ask for some type of compensation or something apart from a heartless not cared for apology and said they would send me a £10 gift card.... Hmmm cause that's gonna go far In the shop and with twins as well. We much regret I cancelled the order even though I like the coats as they have been very uncooperative. Said she would process a full refund for me immediately. Then the icing on the cake the next day I get a text saying its being delivered! So I call yet again to speak to the most unhelpful person and she doesn't know what to explain. Ask as my refund been processed she says yes, then I get an email through saying it so they didn't even do the refund yesterday when first say.
Worst customer service ever and I will never shop there again! They don't even seem too concerned when you are trying to talk to them down the phone it's like they don't care. Well you will care as I'm taking my complaint further as there could have been more better ways to resolve my issue over the phone instead of making me feel the need to cancel the order!
