Great clothes but improved service

We like your collection, the price are good but we order Versace shirt, you sent us the wrong one. But we couldnt replace it because you didn't have the size, unlike children salon and Alex and Alexa that their customer service is great.

I have some issues regarding your website :-
1) The items I purshaced it apears to be out of stuck after I paid for.
2) The prices a littel bit higher than other websites
3) The website design is very heavy not easy to search on

Perhaps, consider UPS as it only takes them 2-3 days to deliver. I have ordered from Burberry UK website and Stella Mccartney and both stores use UPS and I love how fast the parcel gets to me.
