I am happy with the service that I recived from chitter chatter and would recommend using the company to my friends and I would use them again myself, I ordered the iPhone 5s on Thursday evening and I was told that my phone would be with me on sat and it was with me before 10
I came across this company when looking for a iPhone 5s deal where I wouldn't be paying a stupid amount for the handset on top of a hefty monthly price. After applying for a deal online I received a phone call and email telling me that they were unable to offer me my required deal, but that they were willing to offer me an almost identical deal for a lower price and that they would waiver the cost of the handset so that I still received a great deal. The customer service was really great and friendly and I had a new contract within the space of half an hour. The phone arrived a day later and I am very happy! Much better than going direct to the network where the customer service was foul and any good deals were non existent.
in my second year of my contract and had the same issue as last year, where I have to keep chasing my missing cashback. they give cashback one month and not the other. when i chase up they say they will look into it and get back and no one does so I have to keep calling!, absolutely rubbish customer service and the phone number goes to vmail after a few rings!. even if you leave a message no one gets back to you. they have good deals to get the customer but the after service is pathetic.
Would have given them a full 5 stars but had a problem registering a new connection SIM card by following sent instructions, turns out the instructions were for upgrading and not a new connection, this was not explained by the girl I spoke to on the phone who failed to believe what I had been sent. All she could do was to be slightly (and I mean slightly) rude and put me straight through to T mobile who explained all new connection cards are pre registered (how simple)
Overall though a good deal and a good company, but just let down a little by lack of knowledge and customer service by staff
I was dubious about ordering my new iphone via Chitter Chatter as the offer seemed to be too good to be true and I had never heard of them. I was pleasantly surprised when my phone arrived within 24 hrs despite living in the Highlands. The customer service and information was excellent so I have no complaints. I am very glad I ordered my phone from Chitter Chatter.
Really happy with my iPhone 5. The website had all the info I needed and the sales team were really helpful and a pleasure to deal with.
I was looking for a Samsung Galaxy S4 on an EE roaming tariff and everywhere else was really expensive (up to £269!). I then discovered ChitterChatter. I found a Galaxy S4 for £29.99 on an EE £36 Roaming Plan with an extra £50 cashback through Quidco.co.uk (making the phone FREE plus £20 cashback)! It was received within 2 days and everything works flawlessly. I would also like to note that the phone is unlocked so it will accept any SIM card, which is not the case when ordering directly through EE!
Just remember to remove the insurance from the order. I have purchased insurance from Switched On Insurance for £49 for 12 months cover. Much cheaper!
Applied online had the best deal for iPhone 5. I had been mulling it over for a while I liked the website loved all the options and applied same day for my new contract was a bit worried I may not of been eligible as only been back in uk just over a year. Quickly got email stating in process the 2 hours later got approved. This was Thursday and they emailed to say Saturday I'd get my new iPhone which arrived on time. All this without having to actually speak to anyone which is how I like it. Thanks :0)
great deals on the latest phones but customer service is not up to mark. different people say different things and there is no record who has said what or committed what.
should have synchronised customer service and CC should pay attention to retaining customers rather than loosing with poor customer service.
I can not fault the service I received from Chitter Chatter... not only did I receive a deal not equalled by anybody else... When I messed up my order (I ordered a Samsung mini instead of a standard) they were very helpful and changed my order straight away. Normally I don't deal with internet companies because of lack of service but in this instance I was wring...
Great service, great company...
Now bookmarked and would deal with again..
Overall, I'm quite happy with the way my transaction was handled. Once I'd decided to purchase through Chitter Chatter, the process was very simple. The tariff I got on my handset couldn't be better anywhere I could find, coupled with the handset price. Delivery was prompt, I received my order within a couple of days. However, the correspondence was my only qualm. I was told via email that my order was in processing, never received one to say it was complete, or that my handset was on its way. So I contacted customer services myself, who were helpful enough to get things clarified for, but again didn't follow through on my request to have email confirmation sent to me. I also had to phone up a second time to find out if the handset had been dispatched and what the tracking number was.
I saved over £15 a month on my 2 year contract by signing up via chitter chatter rather than going direct to orange - can't argue with that! Result!
Chitter chatter I had never heard of but it had an amazing deal on the new Htc one - so I chose this to upgrade.. £32 a month for unlimited texts n data and 1000 mins ! Plus free phone! great! I phoned, (tues) sorted easy.. Women was very helpful told me it would be delivered 9-1 thurs GREAT! ...but when it came to thurs ... Nothing, I phoned and they said it had been sent to wrong address, so I rearranged for Saturday delivery. Again, no phone... I Rang and they said they were too busy to dispatch on the Friday, (Thanks for letting me know after waiting in all Saturday morning) .. I was very annoyed.. After reading bad reviews I was very nervous.. Luckily they let me change the delivery address so it can be delivered at work next week... I am still awaiting the phone .... I wouldn't say they are a bad company but communication is crap, sometimes it takes 10-15 calls to customer services and I've had none of my emails responded to.. Thank god it's a free number to call.
My son searched to find the best deal for the phone he wanted and came up with chitter chatter, I'd never heard of them so approached his existing provider to see if they could match the offer, they couldn't so I decided to take a gamble on chitter chatter. Glad I did purchase went through without any problems, good communication from them letting us know when phone would be delivered and everything worked fantastically.
I would definatley recommend and use again.
Still waiting for the company to get back to me and contacted by email and left a message by phone about my iPhone that has no sound after one week. Communication was bad about delivery. Very worried about this company dealing with it customers. The only credit to them is fast delivery.

Will definately use again based on this experience.
Found this site through money saving expert website. I accidentally chose the insurance when I didn't need it. Sent an email as soon as I realised and the response almost instant and insurance removed. Compared to other similar sites I was extremely happy to see competitive prices.
Good deal with Vodafone on S4. Ordered and told should get phone delivered shortly after the 26th April. I know there's a lot of orders on this and they're dependent on Samsung but still not great. Had 4-5 emails and conversations with people saying "where is it" and told one thing, only to find it wasn't true the next day. Eventually gave up waiting as they eventually said they couldn't tell me when they'd get an S4 in black. So I went for white and was told it would arrive Tuesday. But then got another message saying Wednesday because of the Bank Holiday...
Phone came as (subsequently) ordered but the communication in getting it left a lot to be desired...
I'm writing this review a couple of months after my purchase as I've tried to give this company a fair time to resolve the issues.
I ordered an Iphone 5 from them, having had the payment taken I was advised of a delivery date. Then later I was told it would be another day.
Having changed plans to wait in for the delivery date nothing had come by the time they said it would (1pm). They then emailed me that day to say it would be delivered within the next 7 days!
I tried contacting them through there telephone customer support and was angry as to why I wasn't told the day before that it wouldn't be delivered, obviously if it's being sent by royal mail and it hasn't been sent by the end of the day it wont arrive the following day. The woman on the phone couldn't even comprehend this and was more than useless which angered me more as there's enough competent people in the doll drums that could easily have provided a more reassuring answer.
Anyway having not heard anything for the next 7 days I again contacted and was told it would be delivered the following day, in fairness it did actually arrive on the third planned delivery date (although late).
So I then thought this would be the end of the problems with them, however claiming the cashback from the phone has been a major hassle.
I've kept all documents both with chitter chatter and T-Mobile and have adhered to all the terms and conditions.
However when I went to claim the cashback it wasn't possible, they had declined the transaction by either pretending I had returned the phone or used a promotion code, which I hadn't.
Then after months of waiting they have now acknowledged that I have indeed stuck to the terms and conditions and I am owed the cashback however they've now decided that i'm owed £1 cashback rather than the £40 they owe me.
Having used cashback deals from many of there competitors I know it can sometimes be a little tricky however I've never had a company wrongly decline a claim so that they can try a cheap out on paying what they owe, absolute pirates.
In short if you value your time at even a £1 an hour then go elsewhere, they're not even that cheap and I know that for the recent contracts I've upgraded I wouldn't even give chitter chatter a second thought, not sure how there business model is sustainable but it certainly isn't one for repeat business!
Usually payg customer, but decided to try contract. Wanted an iphone and Chitter Chatter do a really good deal. Ordered phone Late Sunday night, had a phonecall from Chitter Chatter on Monday to say my phone would be delivered the next day-and it was! Even been able to keep my old number. Bit of confusion activating sim , as the instructions are right at the back of the Chitter Chatter booklet, I mistook it for insurance small print! But only took 5 mins after that and my phone is up and running. Will be recommending Chitter Chatter to all my friends!
I was texted the wrong date for delivery. When it arrived the seal on the box the phone was in was broken but the phone appeared fine. The Chitter Chatter literature inside was very shoddy. There is a section in it on activating the sim. I wasn't clear if this applied to me so I phoned CC and the person said I would have to do it. The T-mobile site required a 14 digit serial number and the one I had only had 12. Phoned CC who told me to phone T-Mobile who told me the sim card had expired and I would need a new one. Visited local T-Mobile shop who wanted £10 before they would give me a sim. Phoned T-Mobile to complain where I was told the I did not need to activate the card and it would start working as soon as it was in the phone! Also noticed on the invoice that CC had snuck on insurance that I never asked for. So had to phone the insurance company and get them to cancel it. I complained to CC about all this - gave them my phone number and a convenient time to phone and, of course, I've heard nothing back. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOT IF THEY WERE THE LAST PHONE COMPANY ON THE PLANET.

Sooo this is quite a long and complicated story. It started a few weeks ago when I was getting calls from chitter chatter telling me I was eligible for an upgrade (which obviously got me quite excited as I had an iPhone 4S with a screen buggered beyond recognition and was contemplating forking out £135 to get it repaired) but I vaguely remembered taking out the contract in winter 2011. So I call up tmobile and they tell me I'm not due an upgrade until FEBRUARY 2014... What?! I was on a 2 year contract, and what they failed to tell me when I changed ownership of my contract from a family member that the contract would start at another 24 months from time of exchanging ownership, meaning when I changed ownership in February last year, I wouldn't be eligible for a new phone until 2014. Absolute joke. Anyway, I called chatter chatter up to explain this and I spoke to Guy (who by the way is fab and I was lucky enough to deal with him from start to finish) he said he'd speak to tmobile and see what he could do as he reckoned he could get around the February 2014 contract end and possibly be bought out. Great. So he called me back shortly after and explained that I could buy myself out of the contract for £200 with a £40 contribution from chitter chatter if I brought out a new contract, resulting in a new iPhone 5 for free and my contract being £5 cheaper each month, which was fine by me as I was going to pay £130+ to get my old phone repaired anyway. I had a think about it and decided I'd like a cheaper tariff as I was previously paying £46 a month and wanted something cheaper. I found the £31 a month deal from chitter chatter to upgrade to an iPhone 5 for £15 and thought that would be ideal. So I spoke to Guy again and he said that if its a cheaper contract they could only offer £20 towards buy out fee, which I figured was fine as I would have a cheaper contract in the long run. So at this point it was all about to go through and guy said he'd call me back when it had been confirmed by tmobile. But then I get a call from Guy telling me that if I transfer to EE the £180 buy out fee will be cancelled and I would get a £31 a month contract and a new iPhone 5 for £70! Even better. My iPhone has just arrived after being redirected to my second home and I'm really pleased with the service and help that I received. Despite it being a complicated case to deal with Chitter Chatter were great and many thanks to Guy!
Ordered iPhone 4 at great price and could not quite believe all would go smoothly but it arrived when promised, transfer of number through T Mobile has been quick and easy and the phone itself is great. Great prices and service from ChitterChatter throughout.
