Found this site through money saving expert website. I accidentally chose the insurance when I didn't need it. Sent an email as soon as I realised and the response almost instant and insurance removed. Compared to other similar sites I was extremely happy to see competitive prices.
Competitive prices but I had never heard of the, but i took a leap of faith and they were good !!
Arrived on time. good deal with free gift, BUT,, I was unaware of being sold phone insurance..{of which i already have} at the price of £12.99pcm..Its a bit on the high side..
Good deal with Vodafone on S4. Ordered and told should get phone delivered shortly after the 26th April. I know there's a lot of orders on this and they're dependent on Samsung but still not great. Had 4-5 emails and conversations with people saying "where is it" and told one thing, only to find it wasn't true the next day. Eventually gave up waiting as they eventually said they couldn't tell me when they'd get an S4 in black. So I went for white and was told it would arrive Tuesday. But then got another message saying Wednesday because of the Bank Holiday...
Phone came as (subsequently) ordered but the communication in getting it left a lot to be desired...
I'm writing this review a couple of months after my purchase as I've tried to give this company a fair time to resolve the issues.
I ordered an Iphone 5 from them, having had the payment taken I was advised of a delivery date. Then later I was told it would be another day.
Having changed plans to wait in for the delivery date nothing had come by the time they said it would (1pm). They then emailed me that day to say it would be delivered within the next 7 days!
I tried contacting them through there telephone customer support and was angry as to why I wasn't told the day before that it wouldn't be delivered, obviously if it's being sent by royal mail and it hasn't been sent by the end of the day it wont arrive the following day. The woman on the phone couldn't even comprehend this and was more than useless which angered me more as there's enough competent people in the doll drums that could easily have provided a more reassuring answer.
Anyway having not heard anything for the next 7 days I again contacted and was told it would be delivered the following day, in fairness it did actually arrive on the third planned delivery date (although late).
So I then thought this would be the end of the problems with them, however claiming the cashback from the phone has been a major hassle.
I've kept all documents both with chitter chatter and T-Mobile and have adhered to all the terms and conditions.
However when I went to claim the cashback it wasn't possible, they had declined the transaction by either pretending I had returned the phone or used a promotion code, which I hadn't.
Then after months of waiting they have now acknowledged that I have indeed stuck to the terms and conditions and I am owed the cashback however they've now decided that i'm owed £1 cashback rather than the £40 they owe me.
Having used cashback deals from many of there competitors I know it can sometimes be a little tricky however I've never had a company wrongly decline a claim so that they can try a cheap out on paying what they owe, absolute pirates.
In short if you value your time at even a £1 an hour then go elsewhere, they're not even that cheap and I know that for the recent contracts I've upgraded I wouldn't even give chitter chatter a second thought, not sure how there business model is sustainable but it certainly isn't one for repeat business!
Usually payg customer, but decided to try contract. Wanted an iphone and Chitter Chatter do a really good deal. Ordered phone Late Sunday night, had a phonecall from Chitter Chatter on Monday to say my phone would be delivered the next day-and it was! Even been able to keep my old number. Bit of confusion activating sim , as the instructions are right at the back of the Chitter Chatter booklet, I mistook it for insurance small print! But only took 5 mins after that and my phone is up and running. Will be recommending Chitter Chatter to all my friends!
I was texted the wrong date for delivery. When it arrived the seal on the box the phone was in was broken but the phone appeared fine. The Chitter Chatter literature inside was very shoddy. There is a section in it on activating the sim. I wasn't clear if this applied to me so I phoned CC and the person said I would have to do it. The T-mobile site required a 14 digit serial number and the one I had only had 12. Phoned CC who told me to phone T-Mobile who told me the sim card had expired and I would need a new one. Visited local T-Mobile shop who wanted £10 before they would give me a sim. Phoned T-Mobile to complain where I was told the I did not need to activate the card and it would start working as soon as it was in the phone! Also noticed on the invoice that CC had snuck on insurance that I never asked for. So had to phone the insurance company and get them to cancel it. I complained to CC about all this - gave them my phone number and a convenient time to phone and, of course, I've heard nothing back. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOT IF THEY WERE THE LAST PHONE COMPANY ON THE PLANET.

Sooo this is quite a long and complicated story. It started a few weeks ago when I was getting calls from chitter chatter telling me I was eligible for an upgrade (which obviously got me quite excited as I had an iPhone 4S with a screen buggered beyond recognition and was contemplating forking out £135 to get it repaired) but I vaguely remembered taking out the contract in winter 2011. So I call up tmobile and they tell me I'm not due an upgrade until FEBRUARY 2014... What?! I was on a 2 year contract, and what they failed to tell me when I changed ownership of my contract from a family member that the contract would start at another 24 months from time of exchanging ownership, meaning when I changed ownership in February last year, I wouldn't be eligible for a new phone until 2014. Absolute joke. Anyway, I called chatter chatter up to explain this and I spoke to Guy (who by the way is fab and I was lucky enough to deal with him from start to finish) he said he'd speak to tmobile and see what he could do as he reckoned he could get around the February 2014 contract end and possibly be bought out. Great. So he called me back shortly after and explained that I could buy myself out of the contract for £200 with a £40 contribution from chitter chatter if I brought out a new contract, resulting in a new iPhone 5 for free and my contract being £5 cheaper each month, which was fine by me as I was going to pay £130+ to get my old phone repaired anyway. I had a think about it and decided I'd like a cheaper tariff as I was previously paying £46 a month and wanted something cheaper. I found the £31 a month deal from chitter chatter to upgrade to an iPhone 5 for £15 and thought that would be ideal. So I spoke to Guy again and he said that if its a cheaper contract they could only offer £20 towards buy out fee, which I figured was fine as I would have a cheaper contract in the long run. So at this point it was all about to go through and guy said he'd call me back when it had been confirmed by tmobile. But then I get a call from Guy telling me that if I transfer to EE the £180 buy out fee will be cancelled and I would get a £31 a month contract and a new iPhone 5 for £70! Even better. My iPhone has just arrived after being redirected to my second home and I'm really pleased with the service and help that I received. Despite it being a complicated case to deal with Chitter Chatter were great and many thanks to Guy!
Ordered iPhone 4 at great price and could not quite believe all would go smoothly but it arrived when promised, transfer of number through T Mobile has been quick and easy and the phone itself is great. Great prices and service from ChitterChatter throughout.
Excellent service. Customer service was available on Sunday. Didn't have to wait to get call answered. iPhone 5 was delivered next day, as expected.
I'd be lying if I said that the cashback offer for buying through Topcashback wasn't the bigger draw, but the guy who followed up from Chitter Chatter was genuinely excellent (David T). Called me within 20 mins of completing the order, was really helpful, talked me through the transfer process to an iPhone from Android, and I had the new phone by noon next day having ordered after lunchtime. Pretty impressed.
i think chitter chatter is best place to look for the contracts on t-mobile..
Smooth operations, best satisfactory tariffs.
Very please would recommend highly.
I was looking for an iPhone 5 deal with a good price and Unlimited data plan and I am glad that I have visited Chitter Chatter through a search engine. Happy with the deal I have got and the customer service guys were really helpful.
My Iphone 5 arrived quickly and when they said it would. Customer service was very effiencient and responsive. A bargain price too! Would definitely recommend to a friend and use again.
The phone came when they said it would, well packaged .Would certainly use chitterchatter again in the future .
Thank you soo much for dealing with my iPhone 5 order efficiently. Item arrived next day as promised and I am very very happy. Both Customer service ladies I dealt with were pleasant and helpful :-)
Thanks for the help placing my order for the blackberry z10. You have delivered as on the tin. Had I went to t-mobile this handset would have cost me £29.00 so thanks for the great saving.
I will recommend you to friends.
This is the second time I have orders through this company and very quick and simple!!!! Great service!!!
this was an excellent enjoyable experience The website was easy to use the service was very efficient. The delivery was very prompt. The deal i got on the i phone 5 was brilliant . I would certainly recommend this company to anyone
I stayed in all day waiting for delivery but it did not arrive. Rang them but they could not explain why it it not arrive. Said they would ring me back in a few minutes. 2 hours later I rang them again. It seems that they hadn't sent it but hadn't bothered to tell me. It did arrive the next day, but they need to communicate better.

I purchased 2 two new iPhone 5 16gb.. However instead I received 2 white.
I emailed my sales advisor and her reply was "Unfortunately you did" my reply being "i checked and checked again to make sure 1 of each colour" for her to reply with " I have actually just double checked you order and you were right"
Ofcourse I was right, I knew what I was ordering.
I then had to go through the hassle with the royal mail delivery service about refusing one of them for them to return to sender, which they refused to do.
I had to accept both phones, repack and seal 1, send it back to your company and pay for postage and packing.
To add to the hassle 2 additional £12.99 insurances where added, which was refused to cancel and I was told I had to wait & cancel it myself.
It took 4 attempts for me to finally get hold of a colleague on the phone which I was made to feel like it was my fault.
I have never been more frustrated and annoyed and I believe that this could have all been avoided in the first place.
I hope that this is not a sign of whats to come with your company
The customer service was poor and I certainly won't suggest this to a friend or family member.
I believe I should receive some reimbursements for the hassle, the postage and the continuous calls I had to make.

My T mobile contract came up for upgrade on 25th January. I have never upgraded before so wasn't sure how to do it. I went onto T mobile site and couldn't really find a comparitive deal to switch from HTC to iphone. So then I did a search for upgrade and Chitter Chatter came up on the search for upgrade your T mobile. I hadn't realised you could use third parties. Went on site, lo and behold, just the deal I was looking for. iphone, calls, messaging and internet all for £26, great.
Set the deal up in minutes and package arrived 3 days later. Should have been 2 days, but not their fault as we had a foot of snow on estimated delivery date.
Also spoke to customer services as I was a bit confused about the pricing - VERY helpful, sorted to my satisfaction immediately.
Will use them next time - EXCELLENT.
I went from not even knowing of this company's mere existence to taking out a phone contract in the space of about an hour. The transaction from start to finish was swift, efficient, polite and the communications were excellent. I would say that my (first) impression was that customer service is key with Chitter-Chatter!
Very impressive.
I found the deal for £ 26.00 contract for 24 months but received a bill for £ 36.00. When I called them to notify that it was wrong they passed the problem to the provider (T-mobile), then I had to Ping Pong, when I spoke to T-mobile they advised me that the deal was with Chitterchatter. I was extremely unhappy and by this point had spend a lot on the charged 0845 call to T Mobile. Still waiting for a correction and hope to get charged the correct amount on the direc debit payment set up.

When looking for my new phone, I wanted the best deal going. And I finally found chitter chatter through a basic google search. I sent customer services am email with a query late on Sunday evening, then impulsively ordered my phone regardless. I was not disappointed customer services and I were exchanging emails on Monday and my phone was delivered 9am Tuesday morning. I would highly recommend using chitter chatter and on fact my other half is about order his phone with them too. Great experience and I have written this on my new iPhone too :)
My T-Mobile contract had been up for a few months but I was hanging on for a phone I wanted, unfortunately T-Mobile decided it wasn't worth having. Fortunately I had read about 3rd party upgrades on a forum somewhere, which I'd never heard of before. After a bit of investigation I had the numbers of a few companies, the Carphone Warehouse being the biggest and only one I recognised however the person I spoke to was unfriendly and unhelpful. After some research on some of the others I decided to call up Chitter Chatter. I spoke to a guy called Daniel who had a friendly telephone manner and was very helpful. He called me back after 20 minutes and we sorted out the formalities and a couple of days later my new phone arrived.
