Quality products at reasonable prices, service is excellent.
I originally purchased these from another well known online store, for almost double the price, and when i opened them alot of them were broken. I came across the website through an advertisement on facebook, and to my delight sold these wonderful coloured cigarellos for almost half the price. I went ahead and bought a box, they arrived two days later, i wasnt expecting delivery to be that quick, They were well packaged and for only one breakage I was really impressed. Thank you for great quality products at reasonable prices, this will keep my costs down in a competitive cake making industry. Without hesitation i will definately be buying again. Many many thanks.

Perfect! Delicious chocolates delivered within 24hrs
Since my local Waitrose (and Ocado) stopped stocking my favourite Valrhona Manjari Orange chocolate bars, I've been searching for new stockists. Thank goodness for the Chocolate Trading Company - a fantastic selection of Valrhona chocolates (plus plenty of other top quality brands), delivered within 24hours in perfect condition. The website is easy to use and I like the environmentally-friendly packaging too. I'd definitely recommend this company and will continue to use them regularly (to feed my Manjari Orange addiction).

Give this company a go. the first order I put in online and the order came two days later, I could not believe it was so well packed. I ordered the cigarellos and woke suddenly the next morning and realised I had not ordered enough to do the three tier wedding cake. Well I rang the company explained my mistake and the lovely gentleman on the phone helped me work out the right amount that I needed and they arrived the very next morning in the same packaging and well wrapped.. I am really pleased with the company and will definatley be using them again

My chocolate is BEEautiful!!
I ordered the gorgeous looking chocolate bees for my daughter in law's (to Bee) favours. They arrived when stated, in a very well packaged box with all 250 chocolate pieces in tact, in damage at all!
The chocolate bees and hearts are a lot bigger than I thought! (The picture just not do the item justice).
I was kept informed re my order, I ordered them late Sunday evening and they arrived on Tuesday afternoon!
I didn't think service like this still existed in the UK! Well done to all at the Chocolate Trading Co.
This is the first time I have ever used your company but I will defo being using again.

This is my first experience of buying from the Chocolate Trading Company. I was concerned the chocolate cigarellos might arrive with a fair amount of damage because of their fragile nature. Due to the very good packing method and materials, every one was perfect. I have tried the chocolate and it is very good, so much so that I bought a smaller sponge tin in case I have eaten too many cigarellos.

Quality service
I only looked at this site because there was a special offer on the O2 moments, But the site is clear, straight forward and has plenty to offer a fussy chocoholic.
I had a emails informing me of my order and when it was dispatched.
Although I haven't tried the chocolate yet I would quite happily recommend this site to anyone.

I first found the chocolate trading company on Amazon but decided to go direct as discounted prices. The service with delivery and level of communication is beyond my expectations. And dont get me started on the packing *wotsits* they are perfect to put in the bottom of the homemade hampers I make at Christmas. All I can say is thank you thank you thank you and that I will definitely be using again.
Oh yeah the chocolate is delicious and melts fantastically and the chocolate vermicelli is not only smooth it would cost me £100+ for me to buy the same amount for the supermakets!!!

Easy to navigate and well set out web site. Seemingly no end to the choccy choices. Prices reasonable for high quality confectionery. Prompt service. Order acknnowleged by email, followed by despatch notification. Invoice comes a PDF attachment by email, so no need to unpack if the goods are for a present.. Three days from order to receipt (standard postage). Package tracked by Royal Mail. Packaging strong and well sealed. Plenty of padding to protect goods. No damage to contents. Good quality (birthday) card enclosed, as per order. Goods correct, as ordered. Highly recommended Company. Have used them before. Never any problems.

CTC has a wide range of very good quality chocolate, the website is easy to navigate and orders are processed and delivered rapidly. I have been using CTC for years and would highly recommend them.

Bought some Callebaut chocolate chips and couldn't be happier with the product or the service. The postage was fast, the chocolate was very well packaged and the postage cost was very reasonable. The chocolate cake with chocolate swiss meringue buttercream for my sons birthday cake and cupcakes is going to taste amazing! I'm deffinately going to shop with CTC again.
