Excellent product, professional service.
Needed to buy supplies for a wedding cake. The website was easy to use, the prices were cheaper than other online retailers and the delivery was quick and well-packaged. However, what really impressed me was that the product actually tasted really nice! Often chocolate decorations look great, but taste bland - these looked lovely and tasted delicious. Will definitely use again.

Excellent service!
Chose CTC to provide a selection of truffles for my daughters wedding, from my initial telephone enquiry to the delivery I was very impressed, but the most important recommendation is that every single truffle was eaten and enjoyed!

Outstanding!
I ordered 4 boxes of chocolate cigarello's, fine curled sticks of belgian chocolate, to decorate a friends wedding cake. As they are fragile, they arrived expertly packaged in what I thought was polystyrene but was actually a biodegradable wheat product!
I also ordered a another box which arrived before 10am the next day.
This is a very professional company and i am extemely happy with their service and especially the quality of their chocolate!

Superb quality chocolate every time.
The quality of the chocolate on this site is amazing. Once tasted you cannot go back to any other chocolate. Orders are always efficiently processed and any problems quickly resolved. These chocolates are worth the price and make very good presents.

Chockywocky-do-do-do-dah - Everytime
The guy I spoke to when placing my order was so cool and efficient, I had a problem with my order on line so I called the office, the guy could not have been nicer, he was polite, confident and professional. He took my order and promised on his delivery. The chocolate pencils I ordered arrived today, they had been packaged to a very high standard, thus no chocolate was broken on arrival, which is a rarity. Therefore I give the chocolate Trading Company a Perfect 10 for handling my order with 100% efficiency. I will definitely, be placing my future orders with this Company and will make sure I pass on their details to my friends and colleagues without a second thought. superb experience!
i called customer services with a query before ordering and spoke to knowlegable & helpful staff. Once online, I ordered what I needed but soon found myself browsing a superb range of high quality yet reasonably priced items which were different from products from my usual supplier. I ended up ordering numerous things to try. The website is very user friendly, delivery was super-quick and even the packaging was top notch. All in all, 10 out 10 and I'll certainly be ordering again.

Chock-full of chocolate!
This is the first time I have ordered.
Delivery was very quick and it was beautifully packed.
I hadnt realized that 2500g was so heavy - I shall be making brownies for ever.
Havent had time to try it yet, but now have incentive to try all sorts of chocolate recipes.
When one has just a single bar of chocolate, there are limits to what one can make - and it feels extravagant.
Buying this way - no limits- and doesnt feel extravagant as one has so much.
That sound odd, but then, minds dont work straightforwardly!!

Provides what the High Street just can't
I've been trying to find 100% chocolate, but even specialist chocolate shops don't seem to sell it. However, now I've found the Chocolate Trading Company, the problem is solved. i have 2 varieties of 100% chocolate to choose from and a 99% one. Delivery is very prompt and I can see they have lots of other interesting chocolate products which will be great for special presents for friends and family who are far too sensible to go anywhere near the bitter intensity of 100%!

Great range, excellent service
I ordered my supplies online at 7.30am and received the shipping notification before 9am. All arrived by next day service - including completely intact cigarillos (which I struggle to buy unbroken from shops).

Sweet service!
I ordered a large and a small box of cigarellos for a cake and the small box were a narrower width than the large box so I contacted the chocolate trading company who took the batch numbers and replaced the small box with a large box of the same batch by return of post and I kept the small box with their compliments. Customer service at its best!

I've ordered something extra specisl to decorate my husbands 50th Birthday cake. Plain Chocolate Cigarellos and Plain Chocolate flakes to decorate his favourate chocolate sponge cake that I make. 100% FANTASTIC SERVICE
