I was very impressed with the whole process - the online shop was easy to navigate and I had confidence that what I ordered was what would arrive! Sure enough, the descriptions were very accurate and I was delighted with what was delivered! It was also delivered quickly.

Top service

Easy to order, well packaged, great all round !

Chocolate heaven

Being a borderline diabetic a wanted to get away from sugar rich dark chocolates, so I've been checking out sites for dark chocolate and tried a few. Some have little choice or poor descriptions of the chocolate on offer, but these guys are great. It might sound expensive, but the prices are very good considering the quality. I've been eating some 90% stuff from a well known maker, but loved the Bonnat 100% today and as it is sugar free I enjoyed it even more. I've ordered the 4 sugar free ones and will be back once they're devoured.

The chocolate ladybirds I ordered for a treasure hunt at a children's party looked like they weren't going to get to me in time, (in fact they were with a neighbour who had taken them in from the postman), and the CTC immediately sent out a replacement next day delivery. I am very impressed how the went out of their way to put things right. Top service!

Found website by chance when looking for bulk chocolate savings for baking at home and this company delivered on all counts and with a quality product which encouraged confidence to repeat order - and I have!

Fabulous products!

My first delivery arrived the next day as promised and I was very impressed with the quality of the chocolate squares and triangles. I haven't used the chocolate acetate sheets or the chocolate cups yet but they both look fabulous. Everything was packaged very carefully and it all arrived in excellent condition.

Very professions and extremely helpful

I was looking for something in particular and the guy on the phone (Jonathan) was extremely helpful and helped with every part of my query. I even called back for further assistance! My goods were delivered promptly as promised and all in excellent condition as my packed was very well packed.

Due to the fact that Jonanthan helped me so much during my first phone call, I spent more money on the website. I only needed one item and ended up buying 5.

Excellent service

Excellent website which made choosing the products fun and ordering online was very easy.
The company kept me informed regularly about the order and at what point of despatch we had reached.
The Oder was dispatched as requested and on arrival every item was intact.
