went rather late on a saturday 4.30 nothing was to much trouble we dd say we would come back next day to test drive but the stayed late Tom and the manager. Picked it u h following saturday tom kept in touch with us in the weekto let us know when the car would be ready. My daghter bought the same make car from you last year we got the same service from the young man unfortunatley I can.t remember hisname in fact when we looked round previously he came over to ask how ou daughter was liking her car wow what a memory, when we went to purchase this car he was'nt there but tom was excellent to .
I hate changing cars. I do enjoy looking at the new cars sitting immaculately in the showroom but hate the disdain with which the usual predatory salesmen treat you when it comes to the deal itself. 'Ooh I'd be giving it away if I took any more off the price' - 'you say your tradein is worth £xxxx - sorry way over the odds we'd be looking at £xxxx less 20%' -' I'll go and see if the Manager would knock £xx off'' returning 10 minutes later agreeing but acting as if he's giving the car away.
Anyhow I've nothing but praise for the way in which Aaron Speight conducted the whole transaction. He was extremely pleasant and helpful throughout and the Hyundai discount brought the price to the 'What Car' target price. The whole process including finance and delivery was arranged smoothly and I did not feel I had been ripped off as is my usual car buying experience.
Delighted with the car and would have no hesitation in recommending Chorley to others. I must also mention that the other salesmen who were around when Aaron was otherwise engaged were also very pleasnt and helpful.
Everyone I spoke to was really helpful, I've been fully informed about everything with plenty given to me about the car and options available, already recommended to many friends!

Very bad experience in trying to get a meaningful test drive etc. at the Chorley Group Hyundai dealership in Blackpool - salesman thought a 73 second loop round part of the industrial estate constitued enough of a test drive on which to place an order. Wrong !!
Entirely different experience at the Chorley Group Kia dealership two doors away. Very helpful all the way through the enquiry and test drive phase though their level of interest in answering queries dropped significantly once an order had been placed. Had the new car a week now and still waiting for extras that should have been supplied with the car.
I went into Chorleyfiat to ask about a part for my loved Fiat 500 and came away with an order for a new car. There were no pushy salesmen just Gareth who gave me all the help I needed. I love the Fiat 500 and know who I'll be buying from in the future. Chorleyfiat Fiat are well worth a visit if your thinking a new car.
I visited Chorley group KIa (Blackpool) after going to other makes and dealers who were either pushy or indifferent, but the Motability salesman Russell was friendly and showed us round the different cars they had which were suitable for my needs. There was no hard sell just good relevant info on each car and no feeling of being rushed or undervalued. We finally decided on a KIa Venga and the process was made easy and hassle free by Russell who even checked that they had my chosen car and colour available and i was able to pick up my car within 2 weeks of ordering (better than 3 months quoted by some other makes/dealers). I would really recommend Chorley group Kia and Russell to anyone wanting a motability car, or buying a car. Its a shame there are only 5 stars to rate with.
I have a distrust for car dealers after years of bad experiences buying used and brand new high end cars. However Chorley Group in Blackpool have won me over after buying two vehicles in 4 years. Both salesmen were pleasant unintrusive and did what was agreed on time.

Brett was very informative, friendly and helpful in helping me all the way through the process of purchasing my car. I can't recommend him highly enough. The only minor thing I have an issue with is that the car will not charge or play my iPhone 5 through the USB port. I have had to buy a car adapter to put into the cigarette lighter in order to charge it, however it still does not play my songs.
The service was outstanding. From the time that I ordered my car, I was kept informed and delivery was very prompt. Even when we dropped in without an appointment, we were attended to. When we went to collect my car and the salesperson was delayed on another handover, we were given a drink whilst we were waiting. The handover of the car was the best that I've ever had with everything explained in detail. I have also been phoned to check that everything is okay. And as an added bonus, the car is superb!
We just picked up our brand new Kia Sportage 3 today from this Kia dealer. We are from Perth Scotland and had looked around dealers here and met our fair share of pushey dealers with very high prices. After looking on the net we came across a fantastic deal from Chorley Group thinking it was maybe to good to be true we gave them a call and was put through to sales and spoke to Russell. Much to our delight the deal was there and ours from the taken which we snapped up. After going over everything with Russell and getting the car ordered and going to pick it up Russell kept us well informed if I needed to know anything a quick email sent off was answered in great time. Nothing was to much hassle we were even picked up from the train station to go and collect our car today. So to sum up our experience if you want to purchase a top class vehicle with 1st class customer care and great value for money, deal with Chorley group. Even if you don't live in Blackpool they are definitely worth traveling to. Russell made you feel at ease he took care of everything. i had a very warm welcome when i collected my new automatic i 10 hyundai. its the second car i have purchased from this dealer and they cannot be faulted.
I cannot fault the service given to us by the sales team, namely Darren. Everything was explained fully and we made a hassle free purchase. Sorry that I cannot be as complimentary re the parts dept. Darren asked for a quote to be prepared for me for a full size spare wheel and from start to finish this took almost two week. On the whole extremely happy with my purchase.
We test drove a used Hyundai i20 Active, which had 3k on the clock. We liked it and were willing to buy it despite a very small paint chip on the rear bumper.
The salesman then told us we could get the same car brand new for cheaper. Gave us a reasonable trade in value on our car, car arrived two weeks early - all good so far!!
Was on the lookout for a large family car and after a few months test driving different makes/models decided to give the Kia Sportage a run after reading good reviews. The closest Kia dealership was the Chorley Group, Blackpool.
A quick drive by to scope the cars on show proved a good move as not only do they offer Kia cars, they also offer cars from Fiat and Nissan.
Parking up and browsing the forecourt, I was left to look around, I wasn't pounced on by over eager salesmen (a put off at any dealership, usually having to respond "I'm OK - just browsing" and then walking away) so had a chance to have a good look around the car , a peer in the windows before going in to see someone who could let me have a look inside and tell me more about it.
The salesman I dealt with, Darren, was a pleasure to do business with. After asking if I could have a look inside he happily grabbed the keys and gave me a tour of the car explaining the differences between the models and giving an insight into the options available. Unlike salesmen I've dealt with before he didn't ask any intrusive questions to try and befriend me, he just responded to what was asked of him.
I hate salesmen that try to befriend you, I'm probably never going to see you again, I'm here to buy something from you, not marry your daughter, spend the weekend with you and your girlfriend, nor invite you back to mine for beers and a night on the PS3 (other consoles are available). but I digress...
After sorting out a date for a test drive and given a list of prices and models to choose from, as well as being told the availability of each, in the colour of my choice,I Ieft to look over the options.
Returning on a foggy day for the test drive, Darren was as pleasant as before (no sales alter ego had stepped in) he happliy showed me the ropes and allowed me to give the car a thorough test (motorway run, bumpy roads, etc)
To be fair, I was sold on the car after the reviews, cost and the ride, so was willing to let Darren take over for the hard sell. Which wasn't forthcoming...
We sat and discussed options, prices and additional extras (paint/upholstery protection, etc) and after a quick game of "let me put that past my manager" I was happy with the deal.
I was given an expected date of delivery for the car. It came a week earlier then expected.
Overall, a great experience. I would happily buy another car from this dealership if they are all like Darren!
Recently opted for a Hyndai i10 car on mobility. As a new comer to mobility I was pleasantly surprised by our customer service Agent Aaron who was not only friendly and professional was also very knowledgeable. He made everything easy to understand and was happy to go over different areas. He made going with mobility an easy transition and I would happily recommend him and his colleagues.

I could not praise to highly the service I received from The Chorley Group when I decided to purchase a new Kia Ceed car from them. The salesman (Russell Lambert) kept me fully informed on the delivery of the vehicle as well as an excellent understanding of the vehicles facilities. Really good service from Aaron who was very welcoming and friendly. He wasn't pushy in his sales technique and let me take my time in deciding which car was best for me. When looking at different services that could be added to the cost of my payment plan, he didn't push them onto me so I didn't feel like I was made to take something I didn't want. On the day I picked up my car, he took a lot of time to show me the different features which was really good and beneficial. I didn't feel as if he was rushing me out the door so that he could go to other customers. I guess what I am trying to say overall is that he made me feel very valued as a customer. Having dealt with Chorley Group before on our previous Kia. The service and the back-up we received last time from them made our mind up.
Bought the Hyundai Santa Fe, 1 year old, great car, smooth transaction. But after 2days the rear number plate fell off, this had been changed by the garage to my own personal plates, but they had not fixed it on very well and also had scratched the paint getting the old one off and also left the old adhesive pads on. but that said i think i got a reasonable deal from the garage after a bit of work on my side prior to purchasing.
I visited 8 main dealers before going to Chorley group KIA. I had a specific set of requirements as I only have 1 working leg. Went in spoke to Phil Waring told him what I wanted and that I needed it ASAP. He took time to listen then suggested 5 cars that could suit my needs, I finally settled on the Venga 2 1.6 auto as the seat could be raised to 70cm and it fit all my other needs nearly perfectly. It took a week from order to delivery and Phil kept me informed all the way. The hand over was excellent as has been the courtesy calls to make sure all is going well and I have no issues or questions. I have already recommended Chorley group to all my friends and wouldn't hesitate to use them in the future. Thanks for the help in choosing my new car I'm loving it.
We bought are car Hyundia I20 salesman very helpful and went through everything we needed very happy,We recommended three other people who bought cars from the group,the company showroom split up into two different building selling Hyundia and Nissan, the other Fiat and Kia cars, The daughter wanted and loved the Fiat 500 and bought one but the salesman was not very helpful, had to say it not happy with him and he new this,He even filled the form in himself on how good the dealing was which should of been done by the customer and gave himself 10/10`s.end of the day its the cars that matters and all of us happy with the cars with no problems after six months of doing this review
I'm not often impressed by car salesmen but this was the exception. The deal was done without hassle and probably with the right amount of give and take on both sides. My daughters are very happy with the car.
Everything was great until changeover day, having sercured the vehicle 7 days before the pick up date, the car was only (half arsed) valeted and the wheel which was suppose to be fully painted was touched up by a what looked like a 5 year old child. But the salesman Liam Wayne was good and assured me things would be sorted. The wheel was done but I have had to pay to have it valeted properly
