Great customer service from the booking office girl....she took time to find out some info for me as I needed to know exactly where the apartment was.
Citybase Apartments were really helpful and sorted out my Company's problem about finding accommodation in Aberdeen during the All Energy Event. Can't rate them high enough. Will definitely use them again.
I called to speak to someone because of the specific questions I had to ask before making my booking. On both occasions the different ladies I spoke to were polite and helpful. They made the process simple and answered the questions I needed efficiently.
Was nice make a reservation by phone instead webside method, Mr. Graham (reservation staff) was extremly professional and kind as well, like a pleasant talking, considering also that my english is not the best.....
I will suggest to anyone Citybase to reserve a short-long stay in London.
Website good and informative and works easily allowing you to search as you need. Took a while to hear from someone but when they telephoned it was impressive and slick, they apologised for the delay and were able to answer all my queries.
Only time will tell if the apartment lives up to what they have promised! If it does, I would definitely use them again!
I stay a lot in London and frankly sorting accommodation is a big pain! Trying to juggle price, location and desirability while doing the day job is time consuming and frustrating. However, Lynette at Citybase Apartments took all the pain away by doing the job for me. Not only did she find something I've never been able to in my endless web searches, but she got it a good price. I immediately asked her to make two more bookings for me. Well done Lynette - my new BFF!
We booked on line and received an email reply that there were no available rooms.
These wonderful people recommended a couple of alternatives and we immediately booked one of these.
The main thing that impressed us was that the Citybase Apartments people followed up the email with a phone call to us in Australia. This was to ensure we received the email and alternative accommodation recommendation and also asked us to contact them if we have any problems or queries.
I would use these again cause they were cool and efficient and understood my needs.
Do not ever use this company again, they have terrible communication within the office, one employee did say I would be able to get a refund for a cancellation minutes before I booked, whilst another said the complete opposite. Their policies are not reasonable at all and I can assure you, you will be disappointed. On the other hand there are various other companies I can recommend which I wish I had gone with from the beginning. Oh well. Lesson learnt.
Lynnette could not do enough to try and sort out my requirements for an apartment in Birmingham in December even when I kept changing the dates. She phoned back when she said she would :-) speaking with the apartment owners to clarify details.
Will be using CityBase Apartments again the next time the family come back next year :-)
Good properties and accommodation solutions, but redirection to the property owners to complete the booking was a bother. They needed extra security for the booking, as I was booking for a colleague not myself. I was mis-sent someone else's booking, and communications from property were full of typos. Friendly and prompt service from Citybase themselves though.
Very friendly and helpful on the phone. Worked through the options available and able to easily make a decision. Not the first time i have used them, again very easy tto work with.
I spoke with a lady called Lynette and she helped me from the very beginning to the end of my booking. Even called me back when the line got cut off. Would definitely recommend this service to all my friends. This is my second time booking through this site. Fantastic, keep up the great job. :) a very happy customer.
I am unable to review the apartment as we have not yet been on our trip, however the booking service was fantastic - very fast and efficient. Graham was very friendly yet professional and was able to answer all my questions relating to car parking etc.

Talked to Sarah to book, first time I've used Citybase and will certainly use them again. Sarah was very friendly listening to what I needed and sourcing it quickly and efficiently, wished me luck with my new job and hoped I enjoyed my time in Leeds, very nice personal touch.
The whole process was really straight forward from start to finish. I was contacted the day after I'd made the initial request to be told that the property I'd requested wasn't available but then I received an email within half an hour with alternatives and then a follow up call the day after to see if any of these were suitable options. I then booked over the phone and have since received a confirmation email. Easy! Thank you

Couldn't ask for more from the lady who answered the phone. She made booking very easy. Also she was very friendly, she understood everything I asked for and why we needed what we asked for. Linnets great.
Thought I'd got a bargain in London, but turned out to be awful. Room was small and noisy (facing main road). Fittings were cheap. Had showers that turned cold after a few minutes. Can not even be described as 'functional'. Never again. I'll pay for decent accommodation in future.
The website was clear enough, and we found what we wanted. Within 24 hours we received an email acknowledging our booking. It wasn't clear to me where and when we paid either a deposit or the full fee, or whether the booking was actually definite and accepted.
