Great product - massively overcharged
I used Clear Chemist as they had an offer running with Groupon. The product was great and arrived quickly but I was charged the full amount instead of the Groupon amount - a £50 difference. Not great but the refund came 7 days later after a quick email to their help desk.

Sorry for the poor experience using our website. Unfortunately we did have a technical error and worked throughout the night to resolve it. Some payments went through at the full amount and we aimed to process all the refunds with 1 working day. The banks take 3-5 working days to process these.

Never buy with a groupon
I purchased some hayfever products through groupon for £15 and placed my order, i was only supposed to be spending the £2.99 delivery charge direct to Clear Chemis, only to find that 2 days later Clear Chemist had deducted the full retail amount of over £190 over a bank holiday weekend leaving me with no money until the refund appeared back in my account some 5 days later. Clear Chemist then blamed a technical error and that the matter is now closed.
Not happy in the slightest.

You Get What You Pay Fop
I ordered from Clear Chemist using a Groupon voucher and my package arrived within about 7 days so luckily it wasn't for urgent medication.
The packaging wasn't the best it was just a bundle of medicines wrapped up in brown paper.
On opening I found most of the boxes damaged but the contents were fine so I'm happy enough with the service I just think a bit more thought needs to go into the packaging process.

Very willing to help and provide a good service
Despite some server issues resulting in overcharging there was never any issue in the refund being credited with full and sincere apologies. You only know how good a company is when something goes wrong but Clear Chemist certainly are a good company, putting right any issues.
I would very much recommend anyone looking to purchase medicines on line to use CLear CHemist.

Clear Choice
Bought my products through Groupon. I was expecting a two- to three-week delivery. The items were delivered within the week.
The issue of being charged twice for delivery was dealt with immediately.

Fantasitc Prices & Great Service
Ordered anti-histamines from Clear Chemist - 90 tablets including delivery cost less than £5. If I had bought the branded version in the supermarket it would have cost more than this for one weeks supply. Delivery was next day, fantastic service and a great product

Cheapest I have found!!!
Ordered 6 months worth of hayfever tablets for my son for less than a fiver including postage. It has exactly the same main ingredient as some of the more expensive brands, so why pay more. Will definitely use them again.

After attempting various other sites for the goods I wanted I finally found this site which had them in stock. Just to be on the safe side I called them before ordering and the person I spoke to was extremely helpful and obliging. Goods took about 7 days to arrive. Very happy with the service.

Slick and easy process – drugs delivered quickly
I’ve used the site several times. The prices are competitive, especially if you spend enough to avoid postage. The site is easy to use. For prescription drugs you need to send your prescription off and the drugs come back quickly. I will use them again.

excellent customer service
I ordered hay fever medication from this company via a Groupon deal, although there was an initial problem with the charges this was sorted out very quickly and a refund received.The medication has now arrived only 6 days after the order was placed and that includes the bank holiday weekend. Overall very pleased with the service.

really poor service and very disappointing
I placed an order on 22nd of April 2013 and I was told that my order would be dispatched within a next few days I am writing this review on the 7th of may 2013 and I still haven't received my order the order was for medication I have been in contact with them twice now by email the first one was ignored the second they responded to however since the order was for medication there has been no attempt to either dispatched a replacement or refund my money.

WRONG PRODUCT SENT OUT
I ordered 4 tubes of durex play massage 2in1 as I had done a few months ago, we only like the Purple one with no additives. We where sent 4 tubes of the SENSUAL with Ylang Ylang.
I have complained and the correct product is being sent out to me with a return envelope, that was 10 days ago and I have received nothing yet.

Fantastic!

Disgraceful
After reviewing the other day about being overcharged for my groupon I logged on to see if I have received a refund - I did receive a refund but thought as a good will gesture they may have taken off the £2.95 delivery charge but no they still charged me! Seeming as it was their fault I think this is disgraceful!! £51 is a lot of money to be overcharged. Definitely won't be ordering from them again - what a sham of a company!!

Customer services have responded to your email. The automatic email we sent was to explain that some customers had been overcharged and that we were working to resolve the matter. We hoped some explanation would help give people comfort we were aware of the problem. With regards the narrative on your bank. We had, up until 2011 traded as onlinechemist4u but passed this on to chemist-4-u when we re-branded to Clear Chemist. When the server when down they reset the system and unfortunately it temporarily reverted to onlinechemist4u.
I am personally very sorry for any inconvenience.

Good male order site if you wish to keep your problems to yourself.
Very good service, but if Clear Chemist have supplied an item previously and are holding your prescription when you order again there is no box on the order screen to indicate this. Consequently you have to advise them by E mail, not the most effective system.

very trustworthy and highly recommend
Fast delivery and products as described and very good value. Very satisfied with service and goods. I had a problem with something which I think was a computer error and called them up and they were very friendly and made me feel valued as a customer. Said they were very sorry for error and assured me it would be corrected immediately. I checked a few days later and it had all been sorted out. This made me feel even more inclined to use them again, as they addressed and sorted out a problem without any fuss whatsoever. Highly recommend.

It,s been good except it's been 30 days since my last order still have not received it.
I have bought stuff from clear chemist four times the first three were fine but the last order has gone missin stii have not recived it because off this I can't get wat I wanted as its no longer in stock so I'm very upset.

Absolutely Fantastic Service and very quick delivery twice of the same item!!
When I ordered I got my delivery extremely fast but what I ordered only had an expiry date until the end of August 2013 and I had ordered two packs. I was very disappointed but I thought this must be why they are cheap but decided to ring and explain. The lady who I spoke with was very disappointed that I had been sent what I had received and without any more said she sent me a replacement of two new packs with an expiry date of 2015 which arrived within two days. I am very pleased with this company as this is the first time I have used them and would definitely recommend them based on the customer service and speed of delivery I experienced. Thank you.

There are follow-up emails to let you know where your order is in the process chain and delivery is fast. This was the easiest online purchasing experience I've ever had, bearing in mind I had to send my prescription, which got to them the day after the online order, I received the medication the following morning. They kept me informed at each stage and when I rang them, they seemed very professional and knew exactly what was happening.
