5 Star Service
This was the easiest online purchasing experience I've ever had, bearing in mind I had to send my prescription, which got to them the day after the online order, I received the medication the following morning. They kept me informed at each stage and when I rang them, they seemed very professional and knew exactly what was happening. I was a bit nervous ordering online but will certainly be doing it again from Clear Chemist. THANK YOU!

Excellent speedy service at a competitive price

Postage too expensive
Postage costs £3.50, for something that actually costs 90p to post.

Excellant value and service
Only just recently found this site via my son. We both suffer badly from hayfever and he spotted tablets on this site so much cheaper than the one we used to use. Ordering was simple and they were delivered within 3 days. Excellant value and service. Have told all my friends about it so they can save money too. Why pay top high street prices when everything is here at less than half the price.

Good service
Its the first time I've used this website and will definitely not be the last. The items were received in good time and have the same effect as the costlier brands so what's the point in going to them when you can get it cheaper from these guys. I highly recommend them :)

Good but room for improvement.
Told after order certain items contain too much paracetamol. Tell me before please. Prefer Royal Mail delivery. Sent me alternative antihistamines. Other than that. Not bad.

Great prices, speedy delivery, no hassle
Never considered buying medicines online but I'll definitely use Clear Chemist again. Some of the prices are amazing for the same drug as available on the high street. Delivered quickly (and discretely!). Would consider for other products too.
Didn't mind paying postage as it wasn't very high and dispatch/ delivery was quick enough for me.

Last minute but excellent service!
I posted my prescription but it took a while to arrive due to some problem with Royal Mail. I spoke to staff at Clear Chemist and they were so helpful...went and found my prescription and made sure the tablets were posted that day. I emailed the next morning when they hadnt arrived and a lovely lady rang Royal Mail to track my package which arrived about an hour later. Excellent friendly service.

Excellence is an under statement
Great service with an excellent delivery time. I think it took only 48 hours from purchasing to me having 365 days worth of hay-fever pills at my door.

Good customer service and speedy delivery
Goods were cheapest online and despatched on time with free delivery which is a briiliant bonus. Clear Chemist kept me informed throughout of the progress. Only one drawback is the cashback via Topcashback website which is still showing as zero . If they can honour this as advertised, it would be a added bonus and I would have given them 5 stars.

Wrong Meds Sent
I ordered Loratadine based Antihistamines and received Cetirizine based ones, but this was quickly resolved with a new delivery sent out pronto at no cost to myself. Well done.

A years supply of a cetirizine for a few quid is a deal not to be sniffed at.These work well for me and it is my second lot from clear chemist.If they have a similar deal next year I wont hesitate.

Problem free shopping
