Fantastic Fast Delivery!!

Speedy Delivery, Conscientious & Friendly Service
I was very impressed with the service Clear Chemist provided me with.
Unfortunately the order that I received was not complete, however the friendly people here corrected the order almost immediately and I received the correct order a day later.
I would happily shop with Clear Chemist again, their price was the most competitive one available across the internet.

Wouldn't buy from again!
I purchased some Syndol tablets on 30th Jan 2013, have never received them to date, have sent 3 emails but have never had a response to any of them! Not professional at all and i am £6.83 out of pocket now!

Just a cracking service
This Company were so easy to deal with. The product I required was available and was dispatched to me so quickly, I was really impressed. My only quibble was the cost of postage for such a small item. £3.50 seems such a large amount for such a small, light object. However, I would use this company again.

Cheap prices and Good Customer Services
Bought a stock of hayfever medicine from Clear Chemist. Although there was an intitial problem with the order (hence not 5 stars) this problem was dealt with promptly, politely and helpfully.
Despatch was quick and happy with purchase.

Cheap prices but broken checkout
When trying to order something I needed to get the item delivered to a different address (work) than my billing address as no-one would be there to accept it at home.
I found that their website insisted that my alternate postal address have a different email address as well, one that had to be different than the email address used for my billing postal address. This makes no sense. Why would you have a different email address for a different postal location? Most people are only likely to have ONE email address.

Well done Clear Chemist!
I thought I would give Clear Chemist a try as they were recommended by a user on Hot UK Deals. I ordered 12 boxes of antihistamine for £2.16 which is a year's supply and I thought was an absolute bargain! I also ordered a box of 30 fybogel lemon sachets which was £2.99, I paid £2.50 for a box of TEN from Tesco online so an immediate saving. The website was easy to use and to make payment. My order arrived very quickly in 3 days. I shall certainly be ordering more from this company as I found the service to be outstanding from start to finish, well done Clear Chemist!

Clearly the best online Chemist!
Love the online chemist website. They stock a lot of products that are difficult to find. I discovered Nivea Shower Oil whilst living in South Africa. On my return to the UK I realised no high st chemists or supermarkets stocked it. After comparing prices online I found that Clear Chemist were the most competitively priced.
Had to contact Clear Chemist customer services shortly after placing the order online to change the address. They were super helpful, friendly and amendments were actioned immediately. My order arrived very quickly and perfectly packaged.
Will definately purchase again and recommend to friends.

excellent service would use again
I ordered two prescriptions of malarone (anti-malaria drug) from Clear Chemist, as they had the cheapest price at the time (31 Jan 2013). I was updated by e-mail at every stage. From ordering to receiving it took only 3 working days.

Great price but embarrassing packaging!
I ordered some Regaine foam to reduce baldness and despite the promise that packaging would be discreet, they delivered it in a Regaine branded box, which was left on my desk. Highly embarrassing.
Great price and delivery was very prompt.

Late and misleading.
I made an order from a private prescription and sent this prescription by first class post to the address provided. It took a full three days to acknowledge my prescription was received. I also made the order through a cashback website, despite Clear Chemist being more expensive as they offered 7% cashback. They did not pay any cashback at all and I feel like they have cheated me into making the purchase.

Quick, easy and best of all ... cheap!
I wanted some standard off-the-shelf antistamine tablets and stumbled across this outlet. They were by far THE best price, so thought I'd give them a go. Not disappointed at all. Very quick delivery, stuff exactly as expected and at an absolute fraction of the High Street.
I'll definately bookmark and consider using Clear Chemist again.
