After receiving a free trial of e cigarette package, this company has now taken £59.95 from my bank account ! I have just emailed a complaint to them so shall keep you posted on the outcome.

    ClearSmoke would like to address the complaint posted on this site. Customer feedback is very important to us and we strive to ensure all our customers receive great service and most importantly, that they are satisfied with our products.

    Our 15-day risk-free trial gives customers the chance to evaluate our Premium Starter Kit and decide whether to keep it or not.

    We believe we make it very clear that it is a free trial of the product, enabling our customers to evaluate its performance and to cancel the trial if they’re not satisfied.

    The practice of offering customers a trial period to evaluate a product, with a cancellation and returns policy before final billing for the full price of the product (if the customer decides to keep it), is standard for a range of products in a variety of markets.

    All details of the trial period, cancellation policy and billing are available to all customers in:

    • Our Terms & Conditions (available via a link at the bottom of every single page of the website – on the home page, the billing page and the Thank you Page)
    • Our Guarantee on the page where you entered your card details
    • The confirmation email sent when customers place their order
    • On the dispatch note included with the kit

    Finally, refunds are available to dissatisfied customers (evaluated on a case-by-case basis), alongside a simple product returns process. However we’re proud to say that we have many happy customers, as demonstrated by our 2200 fans on Facebook and their comments, as well as our testimonials and growing group of Twitter followers.
