First rate products and service
We created a new small en-suite for guests and I wanted it to look modern with quality products. I found Clickbasin's website very user friendly and with the best selection of basins.
I ordered on-line and received the goods as stated, in good condition and I am very pleased with my choice.
In addition, when I spoke in person to Clickbasin, they were pleasant and helpful.
Strongly recommend.

Beautiful Basins
I ordered two countertop basins - a black limestone and a rectangular ceramic. We are all thrilled with them - they are stunning and will look amazing in the bathrooms.

Fast and trustworthy
Basin ordered arrived badly cracked but strangely enough with no signs of damage to the external packaging. I was a little concerned this would create a problem when reporting the damage. Not at all - no problems all and the new one was despached that day.

Customer service with bob, was great. He was more than understanding when I needed to swap a sink , which was out of the 30 day return. Delivery is fast, and all well packed.

A dream looking sink from clickbasin
Refurbishing bathroom at home seen the prices at clickbasin on internet had a look and same basin at b&q £30 more plus delivery price?/ also was going to take 2weeks to come so i just ordered from clickbasin got within 2days (wow)

Damn good packaging
Got that little basin for the cloakroom, packed really well. Thde bubble wrap should keep the simple minded on site amused for days. If the cap fits wear it.

I was so pleased with my oak corner unit that I went back bought two more items. The delivery is speedy and courteous. One of the taps arrived damaged and we received a replacement the next day! I would highly recommend Clickbasin to anyone who is looking for high quality at an affordable price.

First rate service.
I had to have the basin which had been delivered changed due to the fact that I had ordered the wrong one. This was done extremely quickly and with absolutely no problems. I would certainly recommend this company.

Clickbasin fine- Yodel dire!!
My order on a Thursday was processed and dispatched immediately. I had provided my mobile number with the order.
Yodel attempted to deliver to my apartment on the Saturday. I was in the underground car park with my mobile phone. They did not call me. On returning to my apartment the Yodel tracking system stated delivery attempted and failed (no card left). I phoned Yodel, it took 45 minsutes to get a reply. I offered to pick the basin up from the collection centre but was told this was impossible (the web claimed it was returned there by 1pm- (although this information was only posted on the following monday!). Delivery was re-arranged for the Tuesday. On Tuesday - no tracking information about the parcel being en route- phoned again- a 20 minute wait- At 11.30 it was posted on tracking system as en route since 8am - eventually delivered at 3.30- I would only order again if some other carrier is employed.

Thank you for review and our apologies that there was a problem with the delivery of your order.
We despatched as normal on the Friday following your order being received for delivery on the Monday, so the initial attempt to deliver on a Saturday AM service was ahead of the scheduled arrival, which if not successful would have meant they would then re-deliver on the standard service on the Monday. It having been their choice to attempt an early delivery.
So we are sorry that this unplanned upgrade resulted in a missed delivery on the Saturday and the subsequent calls requesting collection etc as outlined with the delivery then being agreed for the Tuesday.
Goods despatched on a Friday are expected to arrive on the Monday so again our apologies that unrequested upgrade by Yodel and the attempt to deliver early on the Saturday led to this confusion and to your dissatisfaction.

Beauty and the beast
I received the basin tap and drain within two days of ordering which was amazing for such a large post free package. I was pleased with the quality of everything until it came to fitting the basin to the wall it was a nightmare the fittings provided were rubbish. After two hours of blood sweat and tears we gave up.The next day I bought a fischer wall mounted basin kit in twenty minutes the job was done without even braking sweat. In the end I was very pleased.

Quality product, quality service, value for money - phenomenal!
Ordered late in the evening but unfortunately realised that I needed a different size. Emailed back and received a phone call the next morning at 9am, the order was immediately changed and delivered the next day. Product was exactly as described, packaged well and at an excellent price. Will definitely recommend Clickbasin in the future.

This is the type of service that all the rest need to work to!
From start to finish the service was excellent. I had to change my order after I had measured up wrong, they pulled it off the delivery van to ensure that I got the one that I required - this was after chatting it through with them. Then once it was delivered there was a slight problem, though it was dealt with before I had time to worry about it!! Great product and a really great personable service, nothing was too much trouble, will use again and tell everyone I know to use them!

Outstanding customer Service
I jsut recently purchsed a cabginet from clickbasin.co.uk. I was really impressed with their communitcaition right from the outset. Excellent price, outstanding customer service.
I would definitely recommend Click Basin. We bought a cloakroom basin from them. The price was great, but the service was excellent. They were really quick to respond the emails and were always very helpful. The delivery arrived on time and well packaged (we've had bad experieces in the past of poorly packaged basins getting damaged in delivery). Clickbasin is the first place I'd go in future if I was looking for anything for a bathroom.

what a nice man!
Having ordered my baisin and taps on a Monday evening I was becoming slightly alarmed that by Thursday the product had not arrived despite the 24 hour delivery promise. Work commitments meant I was unable to chase the whereabouts of the goods and the first window I had to contact Clickbasin was the Friday of the same week. Slightly despondently, it was Friday afternoon and my plumber was scheduled to come on Monday of the next week, I contacted Clickbasin.
I cannot fault the customer service I received. I spoke to a polite gentleman who seemed concerned that the service had fallen short of expectations and who set about trying to remedy this. Communication was excellent. I was telephoned back and advised the product was on a delivery van somewhere in Gloucestershire.
By 17.00 hours my parcel had been delivered and a subsequent phone call came
from Clickbasin to ensure this was the case ..... all late on a Friday afternoon.
Despite original plans not coming to fruition every effort was made to ensure I received the ordered product. It has now been fitted and I am delighted.
