My intial experience was very good and the delivery service was as advised by your company. It wa a shame that the item was damaged during transport, however I spoke to your company on Tuesday and they said that another tap would be with me on Thursday, in addition could I dispose of the damaged tap. The tap never arrived on Thursday so I am not quite sure what is going on. May be you could investigate and advise me back by email.

As discussed on the phone with Bob in our sales office a few moments ago, the new tap was sent out Royal Mail and they have a very good track record with over 99% of our parcels arriving on time. If this arrives with your post today please let us know but as discussed we are resending to ensure that your new tap arrives in case the original has been lost and if the delivery is duplicated we will collect the extra tap from you.
