Having ordered my baisin and taps on a Monday evening I was becoming slightly alarmed that by Thursday the product had not arrived despite the 24 hour delivery promise. Work commitments meant I was unable to chase the whereabouts of the goods and the first window I had to contact Clickbasin was the Friday of the same week. Slightly despondently, it was Friday afternoon and my plumber was scheduled to come on Monday of the next week, I contacted Clickbasin.
I cannot fault the customer service I received. I spoke to a polite gentleman who seemed concerned that the service had fallen short of expectations and who set about trying to remedy this. Communication was excellent. I was telephoned back and advised the product was on a delivery van somewhere in Gloucestershire. By 17.00 hours my parcel had been delivered and a subsequent phone call came from Clickbasin to ensure this was the case ..... all late on a Friday afternoon.
Despite original plans not coming to fruition every effort was made to ensure I received the ordered product. It has now been fitted and I am delighted.
