Coimpany support EXCELLENT- Pity about the Carrier!
The experience that I had with the company Clickbasin.co.uk was excellent and was fully supported every step of the way. The only disappoint that I had was with YODEL the carrier that delivered my goods. The delivery driver refused to allow me to inspect the goods for damage, despite the fact that this was one of Clickbasin's Terms and Condition of Contract. Apparently, having been in contact with YODEL …quote “the process of customers opening the parcel on the door step to inspect the parcel is not a process that we are aware of”. Therefore if you are ordering Ceramic goods or items that could be broken…be aware!!!

Rest assured this has been and continues to be followed up with the delivery company on your and our behalf.
We do ask that products are checked upon arrival, however, if ever a situation arises where a customer does not feel comfortable with the driver and his / her response, with a ceramic basin as in this case, there is a 24 hour period in which to advise us of any damage, so, it is acceptable to take the delivery and check it within this 24 hours and report if necessary. Hopefully there will be no need to as the delivery will arrive well wrapped and in perfect condition.
Just to re iterate that there is no problem addressing any issues if a ceramic basin is not as ordered / damaged within this 24 hour period.
