BRILLIANT
Ordered, delivered with more pacakaging then you could shake a stick at ( Which is good ). Excellent value for money. Ressured by the 30 day guarantee if it didn't fit etc. What more can a man want !

Exellent site, my sink was delivered very quickly, very well packed and was
exactly as described online. The quality of the tap and waste with the
counter top sink belies the very reasonable price, and it looks great in my
new bathroom.

Excellent Client Service
I brought a glass shelf and ceramic basin, which was delivered swiftly and was exactly as advertised. However it turned out it was too big, Click Basin, were able to take back the glass shelf and replace with a smaller withhout hesitation. The service level and responsiveness of the team at Click Basin is excellent and surpasses any other internet provider I have used in the past! Would definitely recommend them.

No nonsense and very helpful service

Well versed, well wrapped,well accepted!
We needed a small basin and couldnt find one that was small enough yet still had that contemporary look. We found this one and it was perfect! It was a great price too and was very well packaged when it came. It's very good quality and the description of it on the website was very detailed and helpful. We would def recommend them and buy from them again!

Good value for money
I got very decent undercounter sink plus few addtional elements like pipes etc. All together with shipping to Northern Ireland and addtional shipping to ROI thru parcel motel was between 100 and 110 euro. Very very competitive price.

Super Sink!
I love my new cloakroom sink. It's stylish and well worth the money paid. I initially rang Clickbasin to enquire about delivery times and was told my basin (which I ordered online on the Thursday before Good Friday) would be dispatched and would be with me on the Tuesday after the Easter weekend. So I was delighted to actually take delivery on the Saturday - 2 days after placing the order! I'm very pleased with the service received and the quality of the product and will definately use again when tackling the bigger jobs of the bathroom and en-suite. Would have no qualms recommending to anyone

Sooo pleaseeeed
Recently purchased a basin and tap package from Clckbasin. Am sooo pleaseed. It was a reseanable price,love it. Website gave me so many ideas I hadnt considered before. It came so quick!!! couldnt believe it was at the door so quickly an efficienly.especially since I ordered it on a Bank holiday. Looks stunning,Would defo recommend this website. One critism wish plughole was concaved,as I do get a little residue of water,but was avery reasonable price I guess!!

Great Little Basin
Looked for ages to find a basin small enough to fit in my cloakroom and this is perfect. Very happy with the prompt delivery and the basin was carefully packaged to minimise any risk of breakage.

What a bargain !!
We are extremely pleased with the 2 basins which we received within 48 hours of despatch. They are the perfect size for our ensuite. We have 2 basins for the price that
we expected to pay for one. The natural lime stone is a lovely colour and so cool to the touch and tactile, being cool to touch. Great product, great price and great delivery service, what more could you ask for...Thank you Mrs Jarvis

Exactly what I was looking for...
Just added a new downstairs cloakroom but my builder couldn't find a sink small enough to fit neatly. I googled "tiny basin" and came up with a gorgeous little corner sink from Clickbasin. And it was on sale. Turned up three days later, looked as lovely as in the pic, fitted beautifully and, although tiny is still very practical. Thank you!

courteous, speedy and worry free ordering and delivery........
The person at the end of the phone was courteous, helpful and accommodating. The item was dispatched quickly and the item was very well wrapped and there was no damage. The courier did exactly what was asked, so all in all it was a very good experience.
However, the plumber has not yet arrived to assemble the product-I am concerned that the oak cabinet has no pre-drilled holes for the sink to fit to, that is the downside.

I bought two monobloc taps, theay arrived on time but one was damaged. A new one was sent out as soon as I let clickbasin know.
Well done, maybe more inspection should be carried out before items are dispatched.

Always a bit of a gamble ordering something online, but this was so easy, and with all the info given on their website, you know you can't go wrong. I only needed a sink and tap, but I would definitely use them when I update my bathroom.

Fast and efficient
