Easy to deal with
Found the website easy to use but was a little concerned with the e-mail saying that the part was on its way as it had part of the billing address in it ! None-the-less it arrived safely and enabled the car to pass it's MoT. Part fitted correctly and was a good price. Many Thanks.

You cannot ask for more. Great prices, service and they satisfy my sweet tooth.
Superb prices, free delivery and nice fellas to boot. Don't get ripped off by halfords for parts, phone CCP first and save yourself time and money. Halfords wanted £84 for four glow plugs and I got all four (proper NGK ones as well, not cheap ones) delivered to my door for less than half that from CCP. I got free "thanks for your order" shortbread as well. :)

Would highly recommend!

Ordered a part that had many options and got it wrong! Not only did the original part turn up quick but the replacement turned up next day too.. The guys were super friendly which I know sounds cheesy but trust me I'm a hard man to please.. All in all I was totally satisfied with them

Sparks fly with my new battery !!
Click Car Parts customer service is second to none!.The sales team were so patient and helpful when it came to find the correct Exide battery for my Monaro.As a new customer I found the buying experience with the company very impressive.They kept me up to date with e-mails right throughout the sales process,nothing was too much trouble.The price of the battery was such good value.The packaging and the delivery of the battery was excellent,brilliant!

Bottles Leaked
I ordered two bottles of PAT fluid and both leaked in the post. Other than that service was good

Great customer service
Need a new catalyser for my wife's Peugeot 206 in France. Local prices are stupidly high so I found Click Car Parts via eBay. I called to check what part I needed and whether it could be sent to me in France. The person I spoke to was very helpful, explained that France has more stringent emissions regulations and told me what part was required. We did the transaction by phone and the part arrived 3 days later. Wife's car now fixed - no more daily bakery / supermarket trips for me - result!

These guys are not only a great service at great prices but their customer service goes above and beyond anything I have ever experienced! Part lost by initial courier, another part sent as an urgency by clickparts, arrived this morning and my car is being fixed as I type ready for our well awaited trip tonight. Lifesavers!!

OMG what a bargin at Click Car Parts
I was not aware when purchasing the item on-line this was for next day delivery, not saying this was a bad thing, as the item brought was required in a limited amount of time, because it had failed the MOT.
It might of made my purchase less painful if this had been discribed in the first place, having said that thank you very much for enabling me to get the car passed in the time required.

Outstanding customer service is second to none
Currently in Australia I needed to have my car moved from storage in the UK and that car required a battery. I chose ClickCarParts to supply one for an unusual car, their service was truly excellent. When the battery manufacturer supplied them the incorrect part ClickCarParts sorted it out quickly without fuss, even when the delivery addresses changed across the country! Magic company to deal with
Needed an urgent part for my 1994 Opel Frontera Sport.
The timing belt./water pump kit was supplied after many emails because I have on non UK reg vehicle and I am a non resident in UK also.
The staff did a great job sourcing thier stock to obtain the correct part for the vehicle.
Delivery to Spain was quick and hassle free.

Fantastic service, Best price on the net!
I was looking for a 1.4 16v Punto catalytic converter after an MOT fail and Click Car Parts were by far the cheapest around. Car now runs perfectly. Also, delivery times can be trusted. I had my part within 48 hours as confirmed. Will use again.
