Don't bother looking anywhere else for Web Hosting
I was having a problem finding out what was eating up all my hard drive space. They had a look for me and provided a detailed list I could easily work from. They are always speedy and efficient. Its ALL ABOUT THE SERVICE. Glad I found them.

Straight forward and easy to deal with
I have been with Cloudnext as my ISP for about 18 months now.
I have 4 websites with them, and I find them so easy to deal with and the value is amazing. Once you have your major site set up, you can then add other major sites as sub sites and only pay a small amount in charges for up to 10 sub sites, and each site gets the same attention (which was something that worried me when I first joined up).

Excellent service and value for money from the very start!
From the moment I contacted them they have been friendly and very quick to respond to any question I may have. Their control panel has all the features you need to administer your site(s) and the lock down FTP features add another level of security to your sites.
I would certainly recommend them to anyone looking for a fast, professional web hosting service!

Superb service, always ready and able to help
CloudNext are just superb; everything works as it should, their pricing is excellent as is their support.
Nothing is too much trouble for them and they have provided additional support to me for nothing, such as installing ecommerce databases.

Should have gone to them first
Having been with a company that was bought out twice I stayed with the 'big boys' thinking they would be set up and things would go smoothly. I could not be more wrong - from three months to get access to my control panel, no response to formal letters I decided enough was enough and looked around for a new host.
Coming across some good reviews for Cloud Next, I thought life could not be this good - but it is! Except for a long winded way to get to the control panel for the domain / hosting server they have been more than helpful and very responsive to my dumb questions. If you are looking for a host - go here!

I Get Exactly What I Require, and More
CloudNext have provided me with the perfect solution to my website needs. I have full control over PHP, MySQL and site content folders to ensure that I get the best out of my site. Partnered with StopTheHacker site security, I know all my content is safe and secure. They provide various CMS one-click installs that allow you to build and create any website you want. I went for the personal plan as I don't require any more than that at the moment, but if I need to upgrade or add any additions, it's very simple and cost effective. I get very quick responses to all my questions and problems, and as of yet, had no issues unresolved. I've been with them for about 2 years now, and I'm more than happy to recommend them to anyone. I regularly compare host providers to make sure I'm getting the best deal for my needs and no-one compares the their packages at the moment.

Outstanding support
The real differentiator with CloudNext is their outstanding technical support.
The responses to any sort of query are clear, fast and helpful. It s a long time since I experienced anything as good as this from a hosting company and I am now in the process of transferring all my other domains to them as they expire with other providers.
The great prices have something to do with it as well !

Value for money, beats any other company for price and performance (from what I can see).
Best of all, almost instance response from all my support tickets. I cannot see me hosting my clients sites with anybody else, I would be foolish to move.

Great user interface design and features
CloudNext are pretty hassle free if you know what you want and you know what you are doing. The interface to all the control features is well designed and easy to use and has a broad spread of services and options.
There has been a very small amount of occasional down time in 2012: I happened to check my site 2 or 3 times when the servers were down. One occasion was freak weather so I'm sure it was out of Cloud Next's control.

Reliable and helpful
In the past I have a few times contacted technical support with what probably seem to them 'silly questions'. They have always replied with a helpful answer and this has been very quick. The servers are reliable and the service provided is up to date.

Simply the best.
Since signing up for an account with Cloud Next, I have been absolutely delighted with the service. Hosting my website with Cloud Next has been faultless - easy to set up, has been very reliable, and no down-time. The Control Panel is so easy to use and contains all the tools I need to maintain and continually improve my website. Problem free hosting, pure and simple
Never really had a major problem with CloudNext. When there has been issues they have moved quickly to resolve the problem. Easy to manage, easy to set up. Exactly what was needed.

not working when you need it
good thing is that the customer service are polite and looks like trying to help but the servers are too slow with many outages and especially when i need to login to domain control panel the cloudnext system is not working. i'm using monitoring service and in month of monitoring i have recorded 7 server down in averages 30-130 minutes mainly during a day when the clients want to see theirs websites ...moving to different provider

Excellent, superfast service
I have been very impressed with Cloud Next's quality and speed of service ever since partnering with them over a year ago.
Their user interface is very intuitive and easy to use, and on the rare occasions I've needed to contact their technical support team, I've often had an answer in just 15 minutes, even on a Friday night!

CloudNext - Reliable Service, Good Support, Up to Date, Value for Money
I use a reseller account that requires a range of services for CMS website hosting.
I have tried others and found wanting. Cloud Next gives me all I need to ensure a reliable service and uptime for clients websites.
Account Control Panel is easy to use with a minimum of effort to manage. Up to date with plenty of options available in the Hosting control panels. Peace of mind is worth having when creating and supporting website services.
Contactable by phone and e-mail as well as Support tickets - get a prompt response cannot fault the 24/7/365 service and happy to recommend.

Feature Rich and Very Reliable
I am very happy with Cloud Next, I often think it is too good to be true. They give very good deals with a host of features. For the best thing is the customer service, they respond very quickly to the questions I have asked. As long the service stays the same or gets better I intend to remain with them for a long time to come.

Solid, Stable, Reliable Service.
I've had cloudnext reseller hosting for over two years now, we've had no service outages or any or other extended problems that couldn't be resolved quickly by the technical teams. Excellent customer service and great value for money!

Very quick customer service and excellent value for money
I have been using Cloudnext for a couple of years now. The service is excellent value for money and ideal for me as I have several small websites to administer. They are very quick to sort out problems. I would have given them 5 stars but I have two issues.
Firstly that given a query, responses comes from different members of staff. It would be much better if as far as possible a query was allocated to a member of staff and it would be nice if they gave their name.
Secondly, I have trouble uploading sometimes.It seems to be related to accidently logging in twice which is easily done with how their website is arranged. This seems to only be solved by going away for a little while.
None the less, I do recommend them highly.

Great Customer service, prompt and helpful
Cloudnext have made purchasing webspace so very easy. I work for a University and our finance system has always made it very hard to purchase webspace for research projects due to companies only dealing with credit cards.
Cloudnext however have bent over backwards on several occasions when there have been 'glitches' in OUR finance process (to get them paid). This has made my life so much easier.
Whenever there has been a problem, I have received communication with the HOUR, every time without fail...
Never had any downtime on the sites we have with them...... changes needed are sorted over night....
Service is second to none... which is so refreshing...

Cloud Next very helpful

Simple to Use, yet Exciting Results!
I've used other hosting companies before, and was looking for a simple package (I can't program or anything), yet which would still produce just what I wanted on the pages.
Looked at several more, but received sensible answers from Cloudnext, and so went with them. No regrets at all, it does exactly what I want it to do.
I'd recommend them every time.

Just a cracking good company with excellent support. Clear and comprehensive control panel, all the flexibility you could want with quick and helpful support. If you need reliable hosting at the right price then Cloudnext is your answer.
Excellent, fast & efficient service
I have been using Cloudnext for hosting for the last 6 months. Whenever there are issues they are dealt with promptly by the support team and my expectations have been met or exceeded on every occasion. My average response time for a reply to a new/updated support ticket is 10-15 minutes and you can't ask for better than that!
I shall continue using Cloudnext for the foreseeable future as they are an excellent service provider and an important part of our business offering.

Moved all my hosting to CloudNext
I have moved all my hosting from 3 or 4 other services in the UK and USA to CloudNext as the service, price, branding and ease of use is so much better than any of the others I have used. Their support ticket system is replied to fairly much instantly and should the need arise to speak to them on the phone, they are pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable and the issue will be resolved.

very good value
Does what I want at a very reasonable price. Seems to be a reliable service, I have no knowledge of any outage in 2 years with my first site.
I'm not an expert but had a new club website built and online in a couple of days. Supports WordPress - a great free tool for blogs and website building.
I have had no cause to contact support - it all worked.

I have used a few hosting services, I kept moving until I found one that was suitable. I don't have a technological background so I needed the clarity I enjoy with Cloud Next, equally importantly I find the support regime truly supportive.

EXCELLENT!
Cloud Next offer the best hosting service I've ever used, I've been designing websites for over 10 years so I've tried a few Web Hosts. Cloud Next are by far the best value for money and offer immediate response to Support requests, I’m very pleased with the service I received in the last two years. Highly recommend.

Great service
I have the reseller account from Cloud Next. I've never had any real problems with the service they offer and it really is the cheapest around. Usually I'm wary of the cheapest, but have never looked back since being with them.
If I ever contact support, I usually have an answer from them within a few hours.
I couldn't recommend them highly enough.

Excellent Service

I have been with cloudnext for over 2 years now for a reseller hosting package. Cloudnext have always been on hand with support for any of my needs over the 2 years, usually answering my ticket within 20 minutes of sending. They offer very competitive pricing and a great service. I have never experienced any downtime. Would definitely recommend to a friend!
