I purchased an item and received it two days ago. I have emailed several times and never get a reply. This is very unhappy! I will call in a minute though it says I should email. Am now purchasing another item and will never use coffeehots again.
I was hesitant with this purchase (too good to be true) but everything seemed to check out. My product arrived earlier than expected and was brand new (as advertised) in perfect condition. The savings was truly impressive, which actually had me concerned, but all went well.
Best price on a dyson vacuum anywhere in town or online. The site was well organized and payment was easy with PayPal. Shipping estimate was about 1 week, so when I hadn't gotten an email with shipping info after 1 week, I contacted them, but it showed up the next day before they got a chance to reply. Overall great store.
Some of the Bad reviews seem kind of scary, but we got the dc33 dyson vacum for a great price, ordered on Thursday night and got it on Tuesday the next week. Not sure how they stock their products, mine was from walmart. I don't have any complaints, I am not sure how the warranty would work, but the vacuum was in perfect condition and was brand new. I am thinking that this company is all automated, meaning there are no people to contact, probably just one guy that wrote programs to run everything and then sells through different vendors, and only needs to make a small profit since there is little overhead for him.
Best price I could find online. Delivery was prompt, although the seal was broken on the box; however the item was fine and it appeared nothing had been tampered with. Would prefer more payment options besides just Paypal but overall definitely worth it.
Great prices, but judging from other reviews I have read they are extremely inconsistent. I ordered a vacuum a little over 2 weeks ago now. I was provided tracking info and It was shipped quickly. However the day it was out for delivery, the package was damaged and returned to sender, being coffeehots, I'm guessing. So i continued to Track the package. I callers coffee hots to coordinate what was going to happen next. No answer. E mailed... No reply. That was 5 days ago. Called again today. To call back. Tracked the package again, it was refused buy the new recipient? Called again. Still no answer or call back. $270 for poor customer service, and no product to show for it.
As everyone else has written you cannot beat their price, delivery was quick from Sears. Customer support was easily reachable but if you drop them an email from their website they do get back to you with an answer. Bottom line, very reliable, excellent price and smooth delivery. I ordered a sweeper from your website. I paid email@example.com through Paypal. I received a sweeper that had a packing slip from sears.com for double the price I paid. I called Sears.com and they said someone ordered the sweeper from them with a fraudulent Visa card that was in my name. Somebody on your website is running a scam on sears. I have reported you and the seller to the authorities and also to Paypal.
Overall it was a great experience. The vacuum I order arrived in about 10 days after I ordered it and the price was better than anything else online, by far. However, I was a little skeptical when I ordered because it was a website I had never heard of.
I after ordering I received a confirmation email that stated I would receive another email when the item shipped. After a week I emailed the coffeehots and received no response. 3 days later the vacuum was at my house in brand new condition as it was supposed to be.
The strange thing is that the shipping invoice is from Sears.com and the price listed is $103 higher than what I paid to coffehots. I have double checked my Paypal account and I have only been charged the amount that I was supposed to be.
Two days after the vacuum arrived at my house I received an email stating that the item has shipped and a tracking number.
If want the best price possible and don't mind dealing with a quirky website then coffehots is for you.
I received what I order in a timely manner and at the lowest price. I would not hesitate to order from coffehots again now that I know what to expect.
I still haven't received my order. After a week, I just received notice that my item has shipped. You can't get a hold of anyone in their customer service department. They claim they will respond within 48 hours to your email...still waiting!!!
Listen, I love the site, the pricing, the ease of ordering, using PayPal, etc. HOWEVER, when I got the products, they came from another store (Sears) and with a price that I did not pay (thank goodness). After talking to three people at Sears.com, I have come to understand that Coffeehots.net does business with them and has it sent from the store for the full warranty to go to me.
At first, since it was paid for by VISA, and I don't have VISA, I was transferred to the fraud department--so much fun... Then the Online Resolution department who sorted it all out for me once I was put on hold and the representative did her homework. Sears.com was nice to me, but it took about 30 minutes to understand what probably happened.
Recommendation: Customers should know that the product will come from another company and with whatever warranty that comes with it. Tell them to disregard the pricing listed from the other company as mine had a discrepany of + $80.
Can you see why I was lost? BUt now I am found!
I would purchase again from this site now that I know a bit more of the way they work their business.
I am a first time customer and also a last time one! I recently ordered a Leap Frog Leap Pad for my granddaughter. In the last two days, I have received two different tablets and they are not the Bundle package that I ordered. I have been trying to get a hold of the company for two days via e-mail and telephone. They do not respond to either one. I just saw comments saying not to order from this company. I will not be a returning customer. Neither will I be recommending them to friends and family.
I shopped around for weeks looking for the best price on a Eureka vacuum I wanted. I came across the coffeehots website and found the vacuum for $40 cheaper then anywhere online or in stores. The website was very easy to use and the shipping was super quick!!! Coffeehots.net will definately stay on my radar from now on when I'm looking for a bargain!!!
I found this juicer to be a wonderful deal but was hesitant to purchase a Christmas gift from a company I was not familiar with. I did it with reservations, paid through paypal and then sort of forgot about it. 6 days later Christmas was getting closer and I noticed the money was still in my account. After 3 days of frantic emails to the company, I received notice that it had been shipped. The gift was received by Christmas. It took some time for shipment to go out and it took time to get a response, but all was good in the end.
AFTER ordering a too-good-to-be-true priced Keurig from CoffeeHots, I started to worry that this company was not legitimate and my husband's Christmas gift was never going to come, let alone in time to actually give to him for the holiday. I watched and waited for a week with no change in status on my order and then frantically started looking online for reviews and contact information (ummm...okay so I definitely didn't do my due diligence PRIOR to ordering). The reviews were not good...my anxiety was getting worse...there was no way to call and talk to a customer service rep @ CoffeeHots...I sent them an e-mail and hoped for the best. Later that SAME day I received a package labeled that it was shipped from Bed, Bath, & Beyond...I told my husband to open it and tell me what was inside since I wasn't expecting anything from this store. Well, wouldn't you know it - it was the Keurig. Long story short...I did receive an e-mail response from CoffeHots and although it still bothers me that there is no way to contact a PERSON...the price I paid for that Keurig MORE than made up for that. And even though I worried over it arriving on time...it was shipped fast and well packaged and in perfect condition. Only bummer - since I wasn't expecting anything shipped from BB&B, my husband already knows what he is getting for Christmas this year. On the other hand...we compete on who can get the best gift at the best price for each other and he already knows that I'm going to blow him out of the water this year. Kudos, CoffeHots! Your customer service is not the best, your online site looks a bit sketchy and is difficult to navigate, but you helped me get an awesome gift at an amazing price and bragging rights to my husband...and for that, I give you 5 STARS!!
