Sold an item on ebay and decided to try a different method of posting due to Royal Mail's latest extortionate rates.
Used the ebay online parcel pricing tool and saw that Collect Plus was a good deal cheaper than Royal Mail and also included tracking.
Sent off parcel and waited.
A couple of days later received an angry message from the purchaser saying that the Yodal delivery driver had delivered the parcel by throwing it over a 7 to 8 foot wall at the rear of the property.
It was only by sheer luck that the contents were undamaged.
The purchaser had called Yodal to complain and was rudely fobbed of as she wasn't the sender.
I complained to Collect Plus about the service, and to their credit were very apologetic, and said that the delivery driver would be spoken to.
I won't be using Collect Plus in the future as it appears the carrier they use (Yodel) has a very bad reputation on the web, and in my single experience, didn't take care of my parcel.
I've just posted off six parcels today......by Royal Mail!
Unfortunately the cost is being passed on to my customers with higher postal charges, but I won't be using Collect Plus again until they dump Yodal as a carrier.
The tracking -- 8K9710702779A072 -- said my parcel was delivered. I emailled them to say we hadn't received it. They replied later the next day saying no one was home, so the parcel was left in the shed. BUT (a) we were home all day and no one buzzed the door (b) I checked the shed and THERE IS NO PARCEL IN THE SHED. Not to mention, if they had put a parcel in the shed, you'd think they'd leave a note. I'm sure the real reason no one rang my door and that there is no parcel in my shed is because their delivery man stole it!
I too have received awful service from CollectPlus, twice in a week, the first item arrived completely damaged after being thrown over a 6ft fence in different packaging to what I had used, they refunded me for the damage but nothing else, so I now have a completely useless item that cost me over £60 which is useless. The second item has simply vanished, and they are refusing to offer me a refund, after an official claim and complaint they say the item wasn't covered in the terms and conditions, it was simply a bottle of aftershave that has clearly been stolen by one of the couriers. I will be taking both issues further legally if need be.
After purchasing the postage and printing the labels for the ECONOMY service I trotted along to my designated local shop in Greasby, Wirral on the Tues 26 Nov and handed over my children's Christmas presents at 1852 hours. Working Mon-Fri, 9-5 has it's limitations and I don't want to spend Saturdays queuing with the pensioners who have has all week to post their goods! My son's parcel was signed for in Hove, Sussex at 18.32 hours 2 days later on 28th Nov. Brilliant! My daughter in Leeds was at work when delevry was attempted at 15.02 hours on Thurs 28th Nov, so a card was left and she collected her parcel the following day. How can I be so precise??? The tracking system which was very reassuring. Thank you. Having read all the company responses to the bad reviews I could see that Collect Plus has a policy of openess and transparency and this is evident by the way they have responded to the very bad reviews which have been directed to a scam copany in USA and Canada. To al UK folk I would say ignore those and read the reviews from the UK customers
Okay so it said it dispatched from gatwick depot in London that was yesterday at twenty to three in the afternoon, i tracked it again today and still says it dispatched from the depot i rang them today and said they would ring me back but i have not recieved any call, i hope it will turn up tomorrow if it doesn't i will ring the company again to ask what has happened, so far all i am seeing is bad reviews, .P.S i am receiving a parcel not sending
We sent some plates, well packaged with lots of bubble wrap, via this company after having received a number of parcels containing collectable pottery (both valuable and fragile) via this company.
The parcel we sent was both late (outside of the 3-5 days delivery period stated) and smashed to pieces when it did finally arrive after a number of phone calls which promised call backs that never happened. It had obviously been handled very carelessly judging by the photos the buyer sent to me, of the damage to the box.
My advice is read the terms and conditions very carefully. Where most parcel delivery companies say they will not carry prohibited items such as guns/chemicals etc. this one won't take "ceramics" and if they smash your parcel they will not give any compensation . My fault for not having read all the T&C's carefully enough, I'm told.
I promptly refunded the buyer but have no payment and no plates anymore.
Do I feel like a valued customer? Certainly not!
I am awaiting a parcel which is being delivered by these people and so far if I am honest I am NOT terribly impressed.
Normally we use DPD or their sister company Interlink, with excellent results nearly all the time. Their 2 day service is exemplary, even though they are a franchise operation.
However I am still waiting for our parcel to arrive that was loaded on the Leamington van at 08:04 this morning the 7th November 2013. It is now 13:50pm and it still isn't here.
I've already called them once but they do not have ANY facilities to get in touch with the drivers at all and the tracking is poor at best.
Just telling me my parcel is on a van doers not count as 'tracking' in my book at all. Giving me a delivery window from 0800 to 21:00 is ridiculous and my cat could do much better if I shaved it and put it in a suit.
For comparison with DPD / Interlink, I can track EXACTLY where my parcel is in the region. I can get a delivery window on 1 hour, so accurate that I can actually stand outside and wait for the driver to arrive to within a few minutes. It's as near as makes no difference, the same price as these people too
I've just read that these clowns use' Yodel' formerly HDN "Home Delivery Network" for their deliveries. Now if I am not mistaken HDN changed into 'Yodel' to try and fool the public into thinking it was a brand new company. This was all over the press when it happened, however the service has remained exactly the same - bad.
Note to all Company Directors, If you cannot do the job, a re-branding or name change will not make an iota of difference. Just get out of the market and let someone who CAN do the job do it properly.
Thank God I am ONLY WAITING for a parcel and not sending one. I wouldn't use these people in a month of Sunday's. Fancy giving a delivery window of between 08:00 and 21:00 - What a joke, a whole 11 hours !!!
I feel it only fair that I follow up my initial review by adding that since making my complaint I was promptly contacted by the CollectPlus customer care team who have been excellent in addressing my concerns. So although there were issues with the service i received, I really cannot fault their exceptional level of customer service.
I ordered from Amazon and opted to use the CollectPlus service (at a cost of £3.35) and chose to collect from my local Asda store. The day after receiving a message that my parcel was ready for collection I headed to Asda where I was met with a 20 minute wait only to be told that the person who deals with collections was not in that day and I would have to come back tomorrow.
We used the Collect+ several times with fantastic service. However, I wouldn't use Collect+ again! On one incident, we sent our parcel expecting it to be delivered in the same good time as the others to a customer from Ebay, only to find that months later a case has been opened against us because the item wasn't delivered! Our item was damaged at some point during it's time with Collect+ but we were never notified by the company of this. Only once the case was opened by the customer did we look into the matter to be told that the item was damaged. We then had to call an 0845 number to find out what happened only to be told that the item had been disposed of and the refund time period had passed already. They wouldn't even refund the cost of using their service- which in the end was a service not even provided!
Have used collect plus several times and I am very pleased with their service. I am especially pleased with the collect from local shop as the recipient does not need to stay in and wait for a parcel. HOWEVER - I sent a parcel by what I thought was standard 2 day service as it contained event tickets, and they did not arrive. I rang Collect Plus and spoke to a very helpful operator who did her best to help.
If you send the parcel to a shop you cannot have standard 2 day service only economy 3-5 days - BUT it does NOT tell you this anywhere on the site. She agreed this was a fault of the site. So I cannot claim compensation either!
So be warned , great service but not for standard 2 day shop delivery !
I returned a VERY valuable parcel to Asos, which they stated they never received, and I had lost the proof of postage.
Asos were absolutely NO help whatsoever, and gave SUCH a poor quality of service... I looked on a forum, and emailed Paul at Collect Plus in a last ditch attempt to have my items refunded.
A guy called Philip got back to me and was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! I really cannot thank him enough as he tracked down my parcel and gave me my tracking number in less than 24 hours! Philip could not help enough, and even offered to write a letter to Asos as my proof of postage! Philip was great, and after giving Asos my tracking number (and chasing them up multiple times...) Asos then agreed to refund the items enclosed in the parcel!
Shocking service from Asos, but INCREDIBLE SERVICE FROM PHILIP AT COLLECTPLUS! THANK YOU SO MUCH PHILIP!
I been using collect plus many times as ebay seller, they have really good prices and so many shops around where you can drop your parcel even after work. Tracking system is amazing too, you don't need to worry what's going on.
I think the score is so low because people who had good experience usually don't come to write a good comments but people who had bad experience coming here to complain straight away, that's why there are so many negative reviews.
Once again I think it's the best delivery service and I am very happy that they are here.
Used them twice buying items from amazon, kindle get stuck at their delivery hub for 2 weeks (replacement by amazon delivered by DPD no problem) then next order couple days ago sent by amazon to their delivery hub at Gatwick and disappeared. Customer service talking bullshit like "yes, yes we will send delivery tomorrow next day nothing, next phone call same thing tomorrow" order cancelled and replaced by amazon (delivered by DPD on time messages about delivery time, online tracking extra service)
PLEASE for YOUR OWN GOOD DO NOT USE COLLECT+ >>>> EVER
Just have a look on other reviews this service is total trash
Terrible service! I ordered something from Ebay and they shipped with CollectPlus. The courier tried twice to find our address (on a main road in London) and apparently couldn't find it, so he had it sent back to the sender. They had the correct address AND my phone number, why not call me? The sender then resent it and it finally made it to me, but it literally looked like it had been run over by a truck!
Its the first time I have used collect plus and I was really worried about it after reading all the reviews. I have to say my parcel was on the3-5 working day service but was deliver less the 2 whole days after dropping it off. I thought they were great and from the reviews I've read Royal Mail can be awful too, but would have charged twice as much. I can only presume that people quite often don't find time to review a good service but when angry or upset will take the time. I'm normally the same but thought it only fair to give collectplus a good review for their very good service. I would definitely use them again
This is an awful courier company. They have lost so many parcel's and not compensated for them as I didn't purchase the more expensive delivery charge - obviously I assumed that they would do their jobs properly and deliver the parcel as it's not rocket science. They kept leaving parcels outside unattended - so they said. COMPLETELY AND UTTERLY INCOMPETENT.
I commented on one of the articles. Do NOT fall for the Macbook Pro for 300 or anything else thru collect plus Canada. Collect plus is only for UK.
I was looking for MacBook Pro last week & i saw an ad. On Craigslist that said they were selling a $300 Mac, i went ahead and Email the person(firstname.lastname@example.org) that was his email, and a few days later I got a response from some other person that supposedly lived in Canada her name was Bethany Meanye... So I told her that I was really interested in buying the MacBook Pro from her and I told her I lived in the US and she said that she had found the "collect+" website and she would ship it to me and I didn't have to send no kind of money to her until I had checked that everything was alright with the computer... I fell for it and I told her that it was okay and to go ahead and start the procedure with "Collect+" then I come to the ugly reality that the real collect plus doesn't do business in US nor Canada but Thank God I never sent them no kind of money nor anything! It's all scam and the real collect plus should really do something about it because it's giving y'all really bad reviews which will cause that later in the future nobody will trust y'all enough to send packages through this company!!! For the people that are trying to do business with "Collect+" here in the US DON'T DO IT!!!! IT'S A SCAM!!!
Right where to start? I sent a parcel with collect plus (tracked) and they have now had the parcel within there hands for the last 2 WEEKS! - they have put on the tracking customer moved? Parcel damaged? and stated its been dispatched from there depot for the last 4 days!? - my customer lived in a block of flats in which they refused to enter too - (fair enough) so I gave them a mob number of the customer to ask him to come down? - the customer service said they would get back to me but this was over 5 days ago (so no the customer service is diabolical) I have gone through a hole load of staff from there customer service as none of them wanted to sort the problem of why my parcel was at the depot and stating its damaged - at the end of the day do not use this company! they are a little fish in a big pond and they have lost me and my friends/relatives as a customers!
I live in Brooklyn, New York and I was searching for an MacBook Pro on Craigslist. I contacted an individual named Elle Bufford and told her I was interested. She emailed me and asked me if i still wanted to buy the MacBook pro and i said yes, so she told me will send it using a company called Collect Plus. She lived in Canada and that she she found the carrier to do this transaction.
After i agreed, the company emailed me and told me to use Western Union money transfer and send $300 to a Collect Plus agent named Laurent Basler. They would then hold the money until I received the package and was able to inspect it and then if I liked what I had the would send the payment to the seller.
Both Collect Plus and Elle Bufford stopped emailing me back after i asked about the safety of the transaction. Elle Buford's email address is

So I ordered an SNES Super Scope from ebay last week to use as a prop for a convention this coming weekend and it was dispatched quite quickly. I thought "great, I should get it by Friday or Saturday at least" and nothing could go wrong right? WRONG!
It's the following Monday, I've been waiting for my package....or at the very least, updates on it... my tracking number is P79LMBG

They have attempted a delivery, whilst it was true that I was out of the house on Saturday and didn't come home till after 6, why was there no calling card left? was the parcel even delivered or did the guy just think "screw it they don't really need this".
and loaded onto Perth van....why is it so hard to get it to Dundee? it's literally the next town over, it's at least a 45 minute to an hours drive and I live in a street that is really not hard to find because it's outside the city centre which is small.
it doesn't take at least 8 hours to get it to the NEXT CITY OVER
I'm yet to contact them but when I do I will not be happy
next time I will pay for the shipping with Royal Mail and not always go for the free shipping
I have contacted the customer service line and they were actually really helpful, they just had a problem with my address. I provided the details and the package actually arrived WHILST I was on the phone.
I've had a bad experience both posting and receiving small parcels. At first I was expecting a delivery which I stayed in for and surprisingly enough it wasn't delivered on time so I waited until 2pm next day and it arrived after I'd left for work. Only when I got home it hadn't? No note nothing. It took me 11 days to track down item which had been left with a neighbour 5 doors away but left me no calling card.
Second occasion I thought I'd give them another chance. Big mistake. Item was posted for standard delivery 1-2 working days. Posted on wed should have arrived by fri. Still no sign on Saturday so phoned helpline in Liverpool to be told I should expect it Tuesday. Help desk person didn't even know the difference between standard and economy delivery times. Also refused to allow me to collect from depot. Very frustrating as it was needed for the Saturday night.
The parcel only had to travel 90 miles so why such a delay? Next time Royal Mail all the way.
This company have grown from a poor to a great outfit. The parcel service is half the price of greedy Royal Mail, it is tracked and my last 12 items have got to buyer next day, yes next day! Take no notice of the bad reviews from a few years ago they are GOOD.( I have noticed the other bad reviews very very strange as most of my friends agree with me.)*********** My review above was few months ago..... however I requested return of item due to non delv, that was 3 weeks ago! after 5 phone calls they KEEP telling me its in Lemington? depo and will be sent out next day. 3 WEEKS later I have lost ebay sale and still waiting. To any manager reading this track v587e1r someone is not doing their job and could cost you alot of cuctomers including me !!!!!!!!
I sent a parcel with no door number on it,instead of returning the parcel to me as you thought they would they just gave it to anyone in the street.
They told my customer i didnt put a door number on the label.
I have emailed collect plus to ask why they didnt return it.
and have asked where they delivered it to, guess what not a dicky bird from them.
Credit where credit is due all sorted out by collect plus.told me where they had delivered it to customer collected it, customer happy and so am i.
Big thumbs up to collect plus.
Here is a quick reference for how hopeless this company is (please note I also signed up to trustpilot especially to make people aware of this terrible company):
* Three fail attempts to deliver results in the parcel returning to sender regardless if you have been in contact with the company over problems with the driver finding the place.
* You cannot collect from the depot, why you ask? According to the staff on the phone, "You just can't"..
* The website doesn't update live with tracking information, so you have to sit in all day only to find a delivery was attempted at 9am but the information isn't posted onto the site until around 8pm guaranteeing you've wasted a day.
I purchased an item from eBay and was given the tracking number, I could see "despatched from OMAGH depot" and then "Loaded onto MIDDLETON VAN" My guess they meant dispatched and hopefully loaded INTO the van. I waited in all day only to find by around 8pm the website updated the tracking details to say a delivery attempt occurred at 9:23am, why can't this data be live? Instead you have to waste your time waiting on a parcel that has already been attempted, phone networks are cheap, or why not get the delivery guy to have lunch at a place that offers free WiFI?!!
I called CollectPlus customer support number at 8:30am, I was quickly put through to an agent, I explained how the previous day occurred and was informed "the driver was unable to gain access", now I live in a large apartment complex that has 3 entrances, you can call the apartment from any of these points, I've never had a problem with someone being able to find the place.
I asked if they or I could contact the driver to help him/her find the place, I was told that they cannot contact drivers, not very helpful. Ok, what about I collect the item from the depot? No sorry, that's not possible either. Can you give me a time the driver may arrive at so I can at least go out? No sorry, the times are 9am - 9pm. Great!
So after waiting all day again, around 8pm I see the website is updated to find delivery was attempted at 9.48am, awesome so another day wasted!
So as I'm writing this it's 9:05am, the website hasn't updated to say the parcel is on the van, I contacted customer support and told the item has been loaded, though they couldn't tell me if it's the same driver who is attempting delivery, I'm guessing it will be and this item is going to be returned to sender even though I've been in contact with the delivery company for two days, and spent two, probably turning into three days stuck in my apartment waiting for this parcel.
Appalling company, lack of information regarding deliveries, lack of being able to collect from the depot is beyond me! Should you wish to find out what happened to my parcel in the end then use the tracking id HD47N2T
** Update **
Was contacted by CollectPlus after a 3rd delivery failed, I was allowed to pick up my package from the depot which was very helpful, the reason you're not normally allowed to collect from the depot is due to the service CollectPlus has which allows you to collect from secure storage sites. As for the website, according to the CollectPlus staff member the tracking website does have a delay but shouldn't be as long as I experienced.
THEY GIVE ME TRACK NUMBER .IT DIDNT HELP ANYTHING .THEY LOST MY £350 WORTH ITEM . AND THEY SEND ME 56 POUNDS FOR IT.NEVER EVER AGAIN. THEY DONT PAY ENOUGHT FOR DRIVER,DRIVER SELL TO ITEM SAME BODY ELSE...THIS COMPANY POOR COMMUNICATION AND SCAMMMM....
Since Royal Mails extortionate price increase have used collectplus and out of the 20 parcels none lost but the damage rate is high but only in the last 3 weeks - so what has changed or was I just lucky initially. Parcels are bubble wrapped, air pockets and boxed and it doesn't seem to matter, they are intact but the contents in bits . Collectplus you had an opportunity to substantially increase your market share because of royal Mails greed but you're throwing it away with heavy handed careless processing.
Sold some items on eBay recently, and was contacted buy the buyer that goods were not received. Yodel claim they were delivered and left in front porch. Buyer replied that his front porch is locked and so nobody could gain access. Also no card was left suggesting a delivery had taken place. I personally lost out on the deal as eBay and PayPal costs are not refunded by either Yodel or CollectPlus. So because of their incompetence it cost me money to sell something that either was never delivered in the first place or left on the front doorstep to be stolen. I got absolutely nowhere with either CollectPlus and Yodel and would urge you to pay the extra and go with Royal Mail, because since this event a regular eBayer told me out of the 23 shipments they made via CollectPlus they had 5 missing/lost/stolen.
CollectPlus needs to take its good business model of using local stores for drop/off and collection points and use another courier other than Yodel who clearly are into stealing goods in transit. Oh, and yes Yodel did refuse to report it to the police!
I decided to use collect+ for the first time after trying to sell a few items to pay for expensive vets bills. I used the standard two day delivery service and it was not overly clear to up the insurance value on the item (My fault completely, assuming the claim was accepted)
I sent the parcel on 1st July and the parcel was collected the next day all smooth and clear, the parcel arrives at the national hub at 23.54 and that was the last transaction date.
I spend over an hour on the phone to admin yesterday trying to track this lost parcel, how can a parcel get lost when it was packaged that no one would open it or see in it. Although i cannot see it it was taken to another depot the next day at 6.30am, this doesn't show up on my transaction details and only came to light this morning after numerous checking!!!!
I thankfully have a very patient ebay buyer which i am going to have to refund and be out of pocket because one of Collect+'s light fingered staff on night shift. Sadly the packet was small and light weight enough to make it obvious that it was a mobile phone.
What a complete joke, i can claim and if i win i will get £50 back which means a refund to the ebayer of £190, ebay fees of £5, Collect Plus fee of £6 total out of pocket and having to find = £151
Thank you very much no i am even more out of pocket! I will never use your service again, i have sent 100's of parcels through royal mail standard non signed for and all arrived perfectly!!!
AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE AND RECENT FEED BACK SEEMS THAT THIS IS HAPPENING MORE THAN IT SHOULD!
Very angry customer who is severely out of pocket now and struggling to find funds for vets!!
Thank you for your fabulous service and customer care, not! I think you should be searching harder for this item!!!!
I am still sat here waiting for my delivery which I have been told twice today would be here by 9pm (which seems very late - I have waited here like a numpty all day for the delivery).
Now it's past 9pm I see on their tracking notes that they delivered it to customer at 4.40pm which is an absolute lie as I as still waiting for it and was here at the time they say they delivered it - just disgraceful. Avoid these people at all costs would be my advice. I guess I will phone them yet again in the morning and ask them who they think they delivered it to and hope against hope that it eventually arrives sometime tomorrow. What a waste of a day ( again)
After many years using the Royal Mail i decided to give collectplus a try.Every parcel i have posted has arrived on time and in one piece.
However i booked a delivery on Thursday 27th June at 8.45 am BUT did not receive a postage label via email.I phoned collectplus and was told that they had a problem with their servers and that i had to email proof of my paypal payment and that i would be sent a label in approx 2 hours.
Friday 28th label had not arrived so i phoned up again and was dealt with very quickly label was emailed to me immediately.
I dropped parcel off at local shop at 9.47 am in Newcastle it was delivered to my customer in Bury St Edmonds at 10.43 am Saturday 29th.Great 24 hour service thanks folks
Handed a return parcel to Isme into my local shop last Monday ( 24/06/2013 10-04 hrs). I recieved a receipt for the parcel. On tracking this parcel I find it has not be collected by Collect+ yet. I have just been up to the shop (Sunday 30/06/2013 13-45 hrs) the parcel is still there.
I have had terrible problems with Collect Plus. This is the first time I have used them to ship some items on Ebay. I have shipped about 20 parcels with them and so far two of them have arrived broken.
One of them was so badly damaged, they destroyed it, rather than return it to me and then refused to compensate me for it!
I use professional packaging materials; air cushion packaging for breakables and strong boxes so they have to have been severely mishandled for this level of damage to occur.
They even managed to break something that you would have thought was unbreakable! We just can't work out how they managed to do it; it must have been severely mistreated and possibly intentionally so.
I won't be using them again.
IN THE COUPLE OF MONTHS I HAVE USED COLLECT PLUS I HAVE HAD 2 PARCELS GO MISSING, I HAVE NOT BEEN FULLY REFUNDED FOR THEM. THEY HAVE TAKEN PAYMENT FOR DELIVERING PARCELS TWICE, REFUSED TO REFUND AND REFUSED TO LET ME SPEAK TO A MANAGER. i WILL HAND DELIVER PARCELS BEFORE GIVING COLLECT PLUS AND FURTHER CUSTOM.
I'm awaiting a parcel to be delivered. Last Friday it was apparently on the van for delivery, then updated to say delivery tried, left card. Firstly, no card left as no-one came to make any delivery. Secondly, it reported the attempted delivery 30 minutes after leaving the depot. I'm more than an hours drive from the depot, so unless collect plus use some sort of time machine, or star trek transporter, then I can confidently say they are liars & as such I'm still waiting for my parcel to be delivered.
If there was less than one star I would rate them that! I sold a saxophone on eBay and for the first time decided to use collect plus.. Used their tracker service and was pleased to notice that it had been delivered the next day.. Or so I thought. Then received an email from the buyer a week later to say that the saxophone hadn't been delivered! Confused? So was I.. Contacted collect plus and they informed me that upon first attempt they could not delivered and then on two consecutive attempts the buyer was not in.. No email to inform me of this.. So upon enquiring about this, they informed me that the saxophone was on its way back.. That was last sunday and still no sign.. I have contacted them since and still no correspondence.. The buyer now wants a refund of £117 which includes the price of the item and the postage.. But including eBay fees I will be at a loss and the package was never delivered so surely I need a refund?? Not happy with this service.. This is going to affect my eBay ratings!!!

loaded on the van yesterday morning and appears to still be on the van when should of been delivered,i paid for the faster service paid extra for the signature and insurance and they cant do there job properly, this item the customer paid £150 for and I don't want to lose out to collectplus, you really need to check your delivery drivers out for criminal records as it seem to me that they are just nicking peoples goods and selling them on,last time I complained it took over a week to deliver 2 parcels to 2 separate people,i will not be using them again after this and reading all the bad comments on them what a joke
I decided to try Collect+ after ebaying for 14 years and using Royal Mail who have now really priced themselves out of the market. Of 15 parcels sent so far more than half have arrived the next day. So convenient to be able to drop them off at my local store and do some food shopping at the same time! A receipt with tracking number is given and prices are so unbelievably low. Very very impressed!
I SENT WITH THIS COMPANY OVER A TWO WEEK PERIOD 20 PARCELS. I WAS SHOCKED TO FIND COMPLAINTS FROM 6 CUSTOMERS! 2 HAVE GONE MISSING AND STILL AWAITING COMPENSATION, 4 ARRIVED DAMAGED EVEN THOUGH THEY WERE PACKED EXTREMELY WELL. I HAVE STOPPED USING COLLECT PLUS AND GONE BACK TO ROYAL MAIL, THEY MAY COST MORE BUT OUT OF OVER 200 PARCELS SENT ONLY ONE COMPLAINT FOR DAMAGED ITEM AND NEVER HAD ONE GO MISSING YET!
