ConzeptPlus Decided to cancel my booking for no reason
Completed my booking through hostelbookers.com. Had to leave a 10% deposit. It mentioned I would do the full payment upon arrival. Later received an e-mail from Conzeptplus with a form that I had to fill. I thought that was pretty unusual, as the previous e-mail said otherwise. The e-mail just asked me to complete the form and send it back. A couple of weeks later, as I was getting ready to organize the trip, I take another look at the e-mail and send the credit card payment form to them. To my surprise, they call me back and say that the hotel was fully booked. I didn't receive any deadlines, didn't mention that the booking was going to be cancelled. Didn't tell me anything, but they just decided to cancel it. Now I have to travel to Hanover and have to find a last minute place to stay, because Conzeptplus could not simply keep my booking. The worst experience I had with any hotel.
