fastest courier service with good communication
This is my first time to use courierpoint and I am very satisfied with the service from the start to the end.Only took 2 days to Cameroon (Africa).I would not hesitate to use this service next time.Thanks a lot

Brlliant! Used once and will use again.
As a small business, it is hard to find an international courier, unless you commit to opening an account and have regular consignments.
Sometimes Royal Mail don't have a suitable product, or if they do it is so expensive, and you still have to take it round and queue up. Courierpoint were excellent for a shipment to Norway, good price and they picked it up.
Can't complain at all.

UK to USA in three working days! I am very impressed. Great price, great pickup service, brilliant online tracking. Package arrived across the pond in perfect condition, and I have one very happy granddaughter. Many, many thanks. I will be using the service again.

Quick, reliable, value. Recommended.
I sent a small parcel to the US. Trawling the internet, my first quotes were over £50. I soon found Courierpoint and got a quote of less than £20. I booked the parcel in at 11pm Tuesday evening, it was collected lunchtime next day and was delivered in California Friday. Great service and well administered by Courierpoint. I'll certainly use them again.

Lifesaver!

No hassle experience, good to track the package on its journey
I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to transport packages abroad, this was our first experience and we were filled with a little bit of trepidation, but that was totally unfounded. Great service.

Great service from collection to delivery
Easy to contact and then everything went well with the actual carrier (DHL), who handled the clearance paperwork properly and for free (I did not do ti well....). Cheap price and very good service, I recommend.

Five packages in the shipment from UK to France, four were delivered within 2 working days and the fifth on the next working day.
Queries via email were answered quickly and satisfactorily.
The price too was very reasonable, I will definitely use Courierpoint again.

Brilliant
Tried a few different companys and the price was coming back 3 times as much as i paid on courierpoint. The site was easy to use and i could track my parcel all the way to zakinthos in greece. My daughter was waiting for the package i sent and i was worried it wouldnt turn up. But i neddnt have worried as it turned up exactly when specified. I will definatley use them again.

Ridiculously good value and efficiency
I have been using this company to send high priority and important documents overseas. The courier chap always arrives on the day as stated and my deliveries tend to reach their destination within 2 to 3 working days be it Hong Kong or Australia. Getting a similar quote direct from the respective courier companies cost more, so for them to come to your house, pick up your documents and send them off for you , all for a lower price, it's really rather a no brainer!

First time I have had to use a courier and I am extremely happy!
I cannot believe how easy the whole process was! I ordered a collection (of rather important paperwork) from my home address to be delivered to an address in FRANCE. Within 1/2 an hour of my online request, I had two members of staff from DHL on my doorstep to collect the package. I was speechless! I could then track my package and there were regular updates on the tracking facility. I received an e-mail when the delivery had been made; it even told me who had signed for my delivery. I wish everything in life was made this easy. I cannot fault Courierpoint on anything. I am very impressed and if I have to use a courier again, they would definitely be my first choice. They were also cheaper than some other companies. A very happy customer!

It's almost unfair to other couriers!
This is the third time Courierpoint provides an amazing service for me.
As an example of their efficiency, they delivered a bunch of boxes to Portugal in 5 days, for £70...Other quotes I had ranged from £150 to £300, for the exact same lot, and many of those times the delivery estimate took about 2 weeks. Fantastic job!

Good start but failed to deliver
Website and quick quote was by far the simplest to use as the others seemed to have bugs and wouldn't accept some details.
Pick up was efficient and quick and they came within the hours stated.
Delivery ? Still haven't delivered, still haven't notified us! Where is the package now? Its Saturday night and we need the parts to get the van on the road tomorrow.
They say they attempted to deliver yesterday, but no one has been, no notification of failed delivery by email or in letter box.
More importantly NO PHONE CALL. If the delivery man was outside our apartment with the parcel, how were we supposed to know if he doesnt call up to tell us???
In this day and age, this behaviour is not acceptable. For this reason we find it difficult to believe that any delivery was attempted.

This is the first time I have used Courier Point to ship an item from the UK to Singapore. The website was easy to navigate and the rates were competitive compared to other brokers, and significantly cheaper than if I have booked the service directly from one of the established international courier companies. The online instructions with regard to what to do with the multiple printouts of the addressee label and custom declaration was a bit confusing and could have been improved by simply labeling each printouts with a phrase such as "Attach to box" or "Give to driver" or "Customer copy". Fortunately the customer service agent explained the process very clearly. Fed Ex collected the parcel at noon on Thursday and it was delivered by Saturday morning which was remarkably fast given I had chosen the economy rather than the express service. Highly recommended.

very efficient and the best value I could find
I found the base price was competitive and the service remarkable, but the winner was the very reasonable extra cost for insuring at the full value. Other similar services contracting to the same carrier cost several times as much.

Document delivered from UK to India in less than 2 days
Very good service, no issues, extremely fast & cheap service, exp. when I saw the actual courier was DHL.
Wasn't going to use courierpoint in the first place though as trustpoint isn't apparently a site worth trusting (according to online reviews) but glad I tried Courierpoint.
Will use again for sure!!!

Refreshing change in courier service
Hi
I am a self representing artist and though not a regular user, I do require good quality service which does what it says on the tin.
After a disappointing experience elsewhere, courier point came highly recommended. I have now used them twice and they have been really good. I'd recommend them to anyone, well done courier point and thankyou!

I sent a family painting to my daughter in Jersey from the UK. It was picked up on the Wednesday at 11.30am and delivered the next day WOW. Excellent service and excellent price to get it there. Would definitely use this service again if I need to send her another parcel.
