Labels sent (twice as there was a computer glitch and you were straight on to it).

I wish I had not used this service - courierpoint subcontracted to DHL who were unsatisfactory.
Took over a week to arrive UK to Spain - packages had been opened and the wrapper from someone elses item inside my case - breakages of frame and mugs due to wrapping being moved. I had to call twice to track down where they were because they had lost address and then had to go to centre of town to meet driver so I could direct him to where I lived.

I am sorry to learn of the trouble that you have had with this shipment. We use leading branded couriers who provide a door to door delivery service usually without problems.
I apologise for the frustration you have had and I will look into why our carrier had trouble with your delivery and help you to raise a claim for any damaged or missing items.

UK to Malta, door to door in 21 hours!
Very pleased with the excellent service and low cost - first time I've used Courierpoint but they'll be my first port of call next time I need a carrier. Getting a quote and booking was easy and quick. My parcel was collected at 14.30 GMT and was at the other end in Malta by 1300 CET the next day. The tracking system was detailed and updated at every stage. First class service - well done Courierpoint and DHL. I am delighted with the service and fully recommend it. Thanks for making it so easy.

Latvia at great haste
I have just used a fabulous company called Courierpoint to send an urgent document to Latvia. Not only did the package arrive in very good time but it was so economical as to be unbelievable. If ever you need something somewhere else in a hurry, all I can say is use Courierpoint - you cannot go wrong.

Great price and service, will use again
Shipped parcel Uk Dublin. Booked late Thursday, collected Friday, delivered following Wednesday all for £15 + vat. Even got emailed confirmation of delivery and signature.

Cost effective and very easy with no issues.
I needed to send a package to France and this was the best rate I could find. That sometimes works against you because you then end up doing a load of work either chasing up or waiting for a pick up that doesn't happen.
Not with this company- they produce the labels for you to print, they turn up when they say and they ship the item quickly and all for quite a lot less cost than any alternative companies.
I will certainly use them again.

Excellent efficient service!!
I placed the order at 10.30am and the parcel was collected at 13.30pm. I was able to track the parcel every step of the way right to when it was delivered in Canada the following day. The only down side was that my daughter had to pay $17.80 duty on delivery but this had nothing to do with Courierpoint....just the Canadian government collecting their bit!

After receiving several quotes to send two parcels from the UK to Spain, I finally settled on Courierpoint, it was with some trepidation that I chose them as it was the cheapest price I had been quoted. The parcels were picked up on a Wednesday and arrived in Spain the following Tuesday, which was much sooner than I had anticipated as I had send them 'Economy'. I would definitely use them again, and would highly recommend them.

Courierpoint are the best
Posted a parcel to our son, thought it would take a few weeks to get to him , as he lives in what is classed a remote area of Australia. I couldn't believe how quick the delivery was 4 days from the time they picked it up. If anyone needs a brilliant courier company then recommend Courierpointaustralian, they are fast reasonable and efficient. I will definitely use them again.

Superb, reliable service!
Booking on line was very easy. The package was picked up at 13.00, so I didn't have to wait in long.
I was amazed to find the package was delivered to Dublin ( I live in Bristol) 2 days later.
The cost of delivery was just over half what the Post Office were asking.
I was a bit worried that I was sending a piece of fairly expensive china, so I packaged well. It was delivered safe and sound, with no damage to the packaging!
I will definitely us ethe service again. Can't fault it!!!
