Shocking Level of customer service

Bought a pair of Hudson boots from CURE, 1st pair fell apart after a few weeks. Sent them back . Received another pair about 6weeks later. CURE obviously didnt look at the "new" pair they sent me, as I could see where the sole had been glued to the leather and was just about to fall apart. I was amazed that they even sent them to me!!Sent these back. Waited a few more weeks, then decided to get them refunded. I was given the excuse of 'due to me having some wear out of the shoes, they will be unable to refund the postage'!!! I wore the 2nd pair twice, in my office!!

Thety didnt even offer to claim the P+P back from Hudson.

We are very shocked ourselves to receive this review, when we did our very best to try and resolve the situation.

The first pair of boots were returned to us after a couple of months wear, with a slight defect.
We returned the boots to Hudson and upon their inspection they agreed to provide a replacement.
At the time Hudson didn’t have stock of the certain boot and informed me they’d be back in, in about 4 weeks.
This was agreed to by you, as you loved the boots, and was prepared to wait.
I agree the boots took longer than first quoted, but this was out of my hands as was down to Hudson.
The new boots arrived to us at Cure after 5 weeks and were quickly dispatched back to you, for your convenience at your work address.
A few weeks later you returned the second pair to us, claiming these also to be faulty.
Upon inspection by ourselves, we couldn’t see a fault, but we gave you the benefit of the doubt and returned the boots to Hudson.
Again the boots were not to be in stock, but this time there was to be a much shorter wait, which again you agreed to.
A couple a days before the new boots arrived from Hudson, you called to inform me that you had brought another pair of boots and wanted a refund.
We’re very sorry you experienced these problems, it’s not often we get any faults with Hudson.
We only refunded you the original price you paid and not the postage because we have been left with your replacement boots (we no longer stock) as a result of you changing your mind before we were able to replace them again for you.

At Cure we strive to give excellent customer service, which in this case I was sure that’s what we did. I think the main reason for being disgruntled here was the postage not being returned, not our service.

Absolutely wonderful!

Since I live in the United States sometimes it is hard to order overseas. I had seen a Malene Birger valli pullover top that I liked and I had made a phone call to the store Cure. They were wonderful and answered in such a pleasant and helpful way all the questions I had about the top. Of course I ordered and they were 100% right on sizing and fabric. I think the people that work at Cure are superb and I thank them for my wonderful new top.

Good customer service

Item was poorly packaged (arrived quite scrumpled) and had a mark on the front, however, a speedy response was received from my email requesting to return the dress and full of apologies. I was politely asked how the service could be improved - always good to know that a comapny strives to improve and I was offered a replacement dress when the next shipment arrives; however, as I had paid the postage to return the dress (even though it was faulty, I was not offered to have my p&p refunded) I didn't want to take the risk of it not being of a high standard again and pay another £6.50. I was a little put out to receive a second call checking that I had put the dress in the post on the next posting day after the bank holiday,as they had a potential buyer.

We are extremely sorry the dress arrived scrumpled with a mark on the front. The dress in question was of a fabric which does crease easily, and because we offer a free delivery service, all items are shipped in mailing sacks to reduce expensive delivery costs. In future, any orders that are of a similar fabric will be shipped in a cardboard box. The reason the P&P was not refunded was because the dress was actually returned for being too small and the tiny mark on the front was easily removed. We did not therefore deem the dress to be faulty and sold the dress again the same day it was returned. Because product is also on our shop floor, very occasionally the clothes can get marked, unfortunately this was not seen by ourselves. We are very grateful for your feedback and have used this to improve our process.
