Bought a pair of Hudson boots from CURE, 1st pair fell apart after a few weeks. Sent them back . Received another pair about 6weeks later. CURE obviously didnt look at the "new" pair they sent me, as I could see where the sole had been glued to the leather and was just about to fall apart. I was amazed that they even sent them to me!!Sent these back. Waited a few more weeks, then decided to get them refunded. I was given the excuse of 'due to me having some wear out of the shoes, they will be unable to refund the postage'!!! I wore the 2nd pair twice, in my office!!
Thety didnt even offer to claim the P+P back from Hudson.

Since I live in the United States sometimes it is hard to order overseas. I had seen a Malene Birger valli pullover top that I liked and I had made a phone call to the store Cure. They were wonderful and answered in such a pleasant and helpful way all the questions I had about the top. Of course I ordered and they were 100% right on sizing and fabric. I think the people that work at Cure are superb and I thank them for my wonderful new top.
Item was poorly packaged (arrived quite scrumpled) and had a mark on the front, however, a speedy response was received from my email requesting to return the dress and full of apologies. I was politely asked how the service could be improved - always good to know that a comapny strives to improve and I was offered a replacement dress when the next shipment arrives; however, as I had paid the postage to return the dress (even though it was faulty, I was not offered to have my p&p refunded) I didn't want to take the risk of it not being of a high standard again and pay another £6.50. I was a little put out to receive a second call checking that I had put the dress in the post on the next posting day after the bank holiday,as they had a potential buyer.
The level of service I was given was simply superb. Never before have I experienced such a helpful sales team who really couldn,t do enough for me. I will most certainly be returning to make further purchases. A highly recommended fashion retailer.
