Shame there is no option for zero stars

Delivery date well passed, no reply to chase mails...dispute opened with PayPal.

I should have ordered from Pixmania fr the extra fiver. Lesson learnt.

Avoid at all costs.

Scam!1 star too much cannot believe some of the reviews here are legit!!

Ordered Accelero L2 PLUS for my graphic card on 1/03/2012 until now no response from seller after few attempts to contact through email.

So im -16.09£ and no product at all!


Still after 27 days not response from them my fault that i pay by card not through pay pal

Money was taken quick get response email from automated system.

No replay by mail to my questions regarding refund and product!

Good prices, slow delivery

Ordered a Corsair 600T case and H100 CPU cooler at a very good price compared to other sites. Once your order is placed you will receive some automated emails telling you that the order has been received etc etc. After a week I contacted online support and thay confirmed my order was enroute and it did eventually arrive 11 working days after placing my order well packed. If you want some great prices and are not in a rush for your goods I would recommend and would probably use again.

Good Price Received as Promised

Bought Gigabyte Graphic card ordered 29th Feb 2012 dispatched in the 7 days promised and received by City Link. the next day 8th March. Was worried by the low price and some comments, but all went well and saved over £20 on next best price. Board is installed and working well. No problems

Cheap prices, terrible service

A bad dealforyou it should be called, it is a one man band running his business from home. None of the items are actually in stock and the advertised 7 day delivery is a myth. It would be ok if they actually ordered your bits and you got them in this time frame but that seems too much for them.

There is no response to emails or phone calls and the only response so far is by filing a claim with paypal.

Then if you do get your stuff your in even bigger trouble if its defective and you have to return it as the lax customer service really shines through here.

Do yourself a big favor spend a few quid extra and go to a large reputable company instead, there is no shortage of them.

Like others have said one star is too much!

FRAUD WARNING! This company is a SCAM!

Placed order on 20/02/2012 worth £60.47.

On 25/02/2012 I wrote:
"Could you please advise when this order will be dispatched."

On 27/02/2012 seller replied:
"Our dispatch team said that they will be shipping out tomorrow."

As of 02/03/2012 I have not received either dispatch notification or the item itself. Therefore I conclude that this company is involved in fraudulent activity and a scam. Escalated dispute to claim on Paypal.

Fast Deliver , good prices

I have ordered a FM1 AMD A-Series CPU, smooth delivery in 3 days and a good price. no problems i shall be ordering again,

Good Prices, shaky customer services but no problems

I ordered an XFX HD 6870 Dual Fan - I decided to give them a go as the prices are good. Delivery time stated was 7 days, which in all fairness with the arrival of Citylink on the doorstep today was spot on. Product was well wrapped and fully sealed as you would expect.

I used Paypal for added protection anyway as the reports seem hit and miss - but my feeling is that is a new start up and they are trying to get in to a heavily contested market for which I say fair play to them.

I did call the number and got a rather shaky response - although they did at least answer with the company name - the guy was a little 'unsure' but at least gave me the delivery assurance I was looking for.

Personally Im going to give them another shot for my next couple of purchases - Im sure as they grow they will iron out some of their earlier issues.

What I do like is the automated response once order placed....website needs some improvement - but so long as they sit competitive and make use of Paypal I dont see what there is to lose!

Just my experience so far!

Fraud to the max

Stay away. The prices are too good to be true. The contact number and email doesn't work. I opened a dispute and filed it to claim a refund. The product was immediately sent by the seller. HE is not contactable via other means.

Very poor show - Steer Clear

12 days after placing order I had to contact to ask where the item was. I tried calling several times, but each time I was geeted with a message informing me that the mobile I was trying to call was not available. Very dodgy to have a land line permanently redirected to a mobile, would appear to be a non office set up. After sending email via website, have now received an order update with the order having been rejected but no idea why as the website says there is stock available and credit card has been charged. Am still awaiting update on what rejected means and if I will get a refund if the order has been cancelled.

OCZ SSD 120gig Drive.

Item failed after two weeks.
Contacted DealforU who asked me to return item to them, this I did and a replacement was back with me within a week.
So yes in my case very happy, saved on original purchase and returns OK, if not good.
From a customer point of view the service remind me a bit of an early EBuyer experience, probably needs a little more customer order information support.

No response from Customer Services

After receiving a faulty HDD from DealForU.Com, it was returned at their request and my expense to their warehouse for testing. Despite 2 further emails to their "info" email address, I have received absolutely no response whatsoever. They have my money and the defective HDD.
Needless to say, I will not be dealing with them again and recommend you dont either. It's no wonder there HDDs are so cheap!
