T.he flowers arrived two days late and ended up at the Post Office.They arrived in a box minus a few extra items that I ordered. They looked nothing like the pictures. Their Customers Service is disgusting., All their telephone numbers start with 08444 which is very expensive as your are left holding on for ages. Then they take all your details down and say someone will be contacting you shortly to sort out a refund. Well its is now 16 MAY 2013 and I am still waiting for a refund. I would never shop at Debenhams again. Well as for the flowers dont bother you can get a better bunch at Tescos which is much cheaper and less hassle. Plus I have spent so much time trying to get a refund. BUT I WILL NOT LET YOU RIPPED ME OFF!
I was surprised to see that www.debenhamsflowers.com/ was not in your domain list to review. Anyway, I thought I would write my experience with their services. I was advised by one of my friend to use their services to send flowers at Valentine day for my girl friend.
This service went really well when I opted for their "White Lily & Rose". It reached well before time and looked fresh from garden. It was a pleasant surprise, anyway. It was refreshing experience compared to my earlier experience with another online florist a few years ago and the flowers turned up in a box!!!
