I ordered and received 2 OPI nail lacquers from Demonsbeauty. Both arrived very quickly. When I opened one of the parcels, I found that one of them had been smashed in transit. Upon contacting Demonsbeauty about this, they simply asked me to send a photograph of the smashed nail lacquer and to quote my order number. A replacement was sent out the same day and arrived in perfect condition. Would recommend this company to anyone for reasonably priced quality products and quick service!

If you wish to cancel an order or part order transaction before it is shipped, please do so immediately via telephone, fax or via email. Cancellations made via email and fax will be timed at time of reading, not sending or receipt. You will not be charged any penalty whatsoever and your payment method will also be cancelled. If the order has been shipped, then the Post-Shipment cancellation will apply.
You may cancel your order up to 14 working days from receipt of your purchase. You will be invited to return the goods in an unopened and unused state for refund. Please see our Returns Policy for more information.
All goods purchased from Demon's Beauty may be returned for refund, exchange or replacement within 14 working days from receipt of delivery without incurring a re-stocking fee*. We will not refund the shipping you paid for the item, only the price of the actual product except faulty goods. You the customer are liable for the cost of the postage unless the item is faulty.
Before sending the parcel back to us, please contact us.You will be asked for the reason for the return including whether you will prefer a refund or exchange plus whether the item has been used. In addition, you will need to confirm your name, order number and postcode, so please have these available if you telephone. With this we can produce a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number to be enclosed with the returned order. Alternatively, you can create an RMA number by selecting the order you wish to return in the "My Order History" section of your acount and selecting "Need to return this product?"
