I bought a jumper and trainers from this site, the jumper didnt fit so sent it back for exchange, recieved it today, all good, I have no complaints with this company.

I cant believe how many of us have been conned by the above companies.
all i can suggest is contact your local consumer direct initially,in due course they will put you in touch with your local trading standards.
they will investigate the above conmen and hopefully we will all get our money back.
Worst case scenario is find their address and act accordingly.
Ive said it before i cant understand why google dont remove them from their website.

DON'T US|E THIS SITE
They are Zucci On Line in reality which is being put into liquidation owing many people goods that have never been sent or returned.

NO REFUND
im still waiting for my refund nearly five weeks after returning my wrong sized items.
i think my refund money went towards their new website.
google should stop them using their facilities.
