Just organised a phone contract via Dial-a-Phone, excellent customer service from the first call to email contact etc. Unfortunately Vodafone were not so on the ball and refused my drivers licence which although in date was an old one without a photograph.
Gave extra work to myself and the Dial-a-Phone team - hope this is not an indication of Vodafone service in the future. Otherwise I shall run back to Orange in the future!
when i ordered my galaxy s2 it arrived sooner than the estimated delivery time.. had no silly sales calls or anything.. recently had an issue with my phone and it was deemed unrepairable by a samsung repair centre. I had no insurance or anything and dial a phone replaced my handset free of charge with no issues as a gesture of good will. i now have my brand new handset, working perfectly... very happy customer. brilliant customer service on their part.
