The problem was sorted over the phone and by E mail and the parts sent next day I fitted them myself AND THE SYSTEM WAS UP AND RUNNING as the right parts were sent: It does not happen often.

I made initial enquiries by phone and was pleasantly surprised by the time I was afforded from the staff. I valued their knowledge and experience that was obvious from just a phone conversation.
I never felt that I was being pressured into making a purchase.
I was promised after sales service which once having made my purchase was excellent. I have only had my cctv system for a week but so far have been impressed by the service I received in all areas ! I have called several times and have always been well received.

Superb service
Excellent website, I'm putting a CCTV system into an old school and didn't know the length of cables I needed so buying cable by the reel was exactly what I wanted. Larger monitors and DVR's that recognise touch screens would be even better.

Professional ,helpful advice and great service
As a complete amateur as far as CCTV was concerned I needed expert advice on my proposed installation and DDS staff spent lots of time setting me on the right path. Their service both initially and subsequently when repair was required was excellent. After phoning for some advise on what cameras i would require for asystem i was putting together i was really glad of the patience of the guy i spoke to. He gave me all the answers i needed, i then purschased the cameras (plus some extras) which were delivered to me by the next morning. The products are of superb quality too.

Prompt, efficient and proffesional service...
I recently ordered a cctv system from DDS....
I chose this company based on the fact they have an actual address for their office/ premises, and are not exclusively via internet ( it was a bonus that their prices were also competitive)....My intention originally was to visit them personally to buy my equipment as I am not a big fan of sending money via internet, or any other means to people I have not met before....
But due to my tight shedule restrictions, I eventually had to opt for a pre pay mail order type deal...
The personal interaction on the telephone convinced me to take the risk, and I paid in advance....
My order arrived the next day as promised, in perfect condition...so I would like to thank Hayden and the rest of the staff at DDS for their prompt and efficient service..

Fast Delivery Great Service

I'm stuck with the DDS useless DVR
This company's Microlite DVR records only 1 frame in alarm state. The post-record feature cannot make up for it so an intruder can completely bamboozle these DVR's which always fail to record correctly. The DVR software really is kindergarten stuff. DDR didn't understand its limitations until demonstrated and then refused to replace even though not half-way through guarantee. They are still selling as though 'safe'. Don't waste your money here...
If anyone wants to join a class action, please let me know.

Customer Service levels to be proud of.
I bought and fitted a CCTV system from DDS and the whole process from calling for initial advice to setting up the system on line was a pleasure. Nothing was too much trouble and when I requested a call back.......I was called back!! (something many other companies should take note of!!)
Jake, with whom I was on the phone with for half an hour was great, with the patience of a saint!! Thank you.

Good product, service and delivery.
We bought a four-camera CCTV kit which offered good value for money. On delivery the next day we examined the equipment and were very impressed with the Eyeball cameras and facilities available on the DVR recorder. The only negative point was we had ordered one camera with an optional lens size but received four cameras all the same.

What a wonderfull company
what a wonderfull company, i wanted to see if i could set up some sort of system using security cameras so my ill wife could watch our garden wildlife from the comfort of the lounge, although they did not specialise in this field i was welcomed and shown what cameras might do the job and shown how to set up bird box cameras and others to watch our wildlife close up. advice was given on how to connect the cameras up,and a home visit was even offered, to the fact that we have been able to watch the badgers,deer, rabits, squirrels and numerous birds that come into our garden with such wonderfull pictures.Many many thanks.
DDS has my email address and has my permission to forward it to any one interested in doing the same should they wish to see some of the video clips we have of our wildlife to give them an idea of what they can see.

Pre Order Information, Purchase and Delivery Exceptional
I had several emails with David in an effort to determine best product for my use, this was an easy process handled completely through email correspondance. I ordered a CCTV system from DDS. I wasn't sure what to buy, I discussed what I wanted, they put together a system for me with the right cameras for each location.
