Item we wanted was out of stock but set up a reminder which came through the following day advised the Lego item was back in stock. Placed order and email comms were great - instore for collection the next day. The only little drawback as that the queue was about 6 deep and took about 15 minutes to get served - but the price differential made it worthwhile - thank you Asda!
Worst online buying experience of my life. I shall NEVER buy from asda again after this debacle. Luckily I paid via paypal, they were able to get my money back as asda never reply to emails, & call centre staff abroad are a waste of oxygen.
