Excellent listened to what we wanted gave advice to make sure we got right product
I previously ordered a mask and received amazingly speedy service. My wife then decided she wanted one so i placed a further order subsequently i realized i had ordered the wrong version of the mask. I phoned up explained the problem they placed my order on hold then went to great lengths to ascertain what product would be the best option this led to me changing my order for an altenrative mask for which they had a wider selection of prescription lens inserts.
Great service they couldnt have done more.

Excellent service with next day delivery of everything I ordered.
I was really pleased with the speed of turnaround. Everything I ordered was great quality, as described. I wish I'd known the Cressi mask came in its own box though, as I wouldn't have bought the extra one!

excellent customer service
A great company to deal with - super efficient in delivering goods, i found the prices very competitive. I bought a couple of sets of travel flippers/snorkel mask and one of the straps broke unfortunately - an email to them got a very swift reply and replacement strap in a matter of days. i will definitely use the again.

Excellent Value
My granddaughter had a hole in wet/dry suit. Able to purchase product to mend this hole and she now has a watertight patch. Does the beautifully. Thank you.

Surperb Service
I emailed my requirements to the company and got a prompt reply from Chris with recommendation. After further clarification I placed my order and received it a few days later. bearing in mind I am in Ireland i found delivery and delivery cost far better than from other UK providers.

Brilliant Service

Thanks for the great and fast service
Called and asked if the item was in stock. Ordered online in the afternoon and it turned up the next morning. Well packaged and at a good price too. This is a scuba store saved in my shortcuts and one of my top 5 recommended sites if asked.

Excellent service to resolve a problem.
Ordered a mask online and it turned up the next day but unfortunately it was the wrong colour. This was dealt with very quickly and the correct one turned up the following day with a pre-paid packet for the return of the incorrect one.
You can buy a mask from anywhere but it's the service that really counts. 5 stars for these guys!

Really helpful, friendly staff, highly recommended.
The items I purchased were for my husbands anniversary present.
