Well...... YES!!!!! My black lab is 11 1/2 and has had arthritis and elbow dysplasia since he was 5. I have managed it with various neutraceuticals and the occasional prescription NSAID (rimadyl) well until about a year and a half ago. I had to give him more rimadyl which, although helping him immensely, I wasn't happy with as we all know the side effects. He also had a TTA op for a ruptured cruciate ligament last September and although he recovered very well, he has developed sciatica. He drags his back leg while walking more often than not, the pain in his back makes him put more weight on his not so good front leg, therefore making him limp on his front legs more than I've seen in a long time. Up went the doseage of rimadyl on a daily basis and after countless late nights searching the internet for 'alternative' remedies, purchasing them (vit e, vit c etc etc), seeing a bit of improvement but nothing spectacular, I came across DGP. Now I have watched the video from the website at least 20 times and read over 300 reviews for this product and I have to be honest, I didn't think it would work. I sometimes find reviews from America canned, over the top and not really believable (no offence intended!). I searched forever to try and find a review from England for this product and at last, I found this lot!! So I gave DGP a go and I have to say, it is pretty good stuff! I noticed a happier dog in about 4 days and although his back pain and slight limp was still present, it wasn't as bad and he looked happier and more relaxed. I did start with a 'loading dose' of double what is recommended - 6 a day (3 in the morning and 3 in the eve) instead of the 3 that is suggested. He is now on 4 a day and hasn't had one rimadyl for 3 weeks, his back muscles are a lot less tense and he limps very slightly. The effects of DGP are just the same, if not better than an NSAID. I hope I haven't tempted fate by writing this and hope he continues to improve as he has done every week. I can't tell you how much better I feel knowing that I am not giving him hard drugs that can wreck his liver.
Our eldest dog is 15 and over the past few weeks she has slowed down considerably and has had difficulty standing from a lying down position, she was struggling so much we thought we were going to have make a difficult decision in the very near future. I remembered my brother using Dog Gone Pain for his dog and decided to order some. The tablets were delivered on Saturday , three days later the transformation is amazing. Snoop is running around the garden and looks so much better . Administrating the tablets has been no problem, this morning she begged for her tablet . Seeing is believing. Thank you!
Pippa is a ten year old working Springer Spaniel who has developed Arthritis over the last couple of years which slowed her down and meant she struggled with a day out in the field. After seeing the reviews on Doggone pain I decided to give it a try instead of her usual Green Lipped Mussle Extract pills to see if they could help. Whilst not completely free of aches and pains after a day out Pippa once again enjoys her time out hunting the hedges and I look forward to more of our working time together before she has to hang up her working boots !
I am very happy to be able to recommend DGP. Bobbie our 13 year old whippet started taking DPG before Christmas. After numerous accidents from years of chasing about and normal whippet high speed exuberance, he has suffered from arthritis in his pelvic and neck area for some years now, which has recently caused him increasing pain and mobility problems. He suffered from very bad skin allergies and sensitive digestion when we first had him when he was 21/2 years old and under the vet had repeated steroid treatment. Eventually, I then went down the holistic route and spent hours of research sorting his problems out reasonably well. Unfortunately the steroids that he had over the first few years, had only compounded his problems and left him quite unable to tolerate any NAIDs or steroids at all. If he had any it made him extremely unwell. This became quite a problem when his arthritic condition became more severe and he needed some pain relief. My vet suggested Tramadol, which he did take for a short while, but it left him with an upset stomach and very confused and depressed. He had a course of acupuncture that did seem to help a bit. However as any whippet owner will appreciate, trying stop a whippet from being scatty and running about at high speed, even when really they are older even feel like doing so is not easy. Each time he appeared to be a bit better, off he would go and slip over or crash into something !! He was getting much more stiff on getting up and getting reluctant go out for his little walk and seemed quite depressed. He then fell off the sofa and trapped a nerve in his neck before Christmas and was back on the Tramadol again !! He became more depressed and confused and was also keeping us awake at night wandering about. I had to find some better solution to help with his pain and mobility problems and help the confusion etc. He has always had a good joint and vitamin supplements but he needed something more to help combat his pain and brighten him up. I researched online for a supplement with a combination of herbs that I knew were good for pain but also suitable for dogs, that would not affect his stomach and allergies and luckily came across DGP. It has certainly helped him a lot, he is much brighter and enjoying his short walks now and has been able to play a bit with his doggy friends locally. He also sleeps all night and does not get up and disturb us. I was worried in case any of the ingredients did upset his sensitive digestion, but all seems well. I will certainly keep him on the DGP now. I hope other owners of dogs with mobility problems will give it a try instead of their dogs having to take prescribed NSAID's which always do have awful long term side effects for many dogs.
The change in mobility and the general confidence you see in your dog is quite incredible, Ezme is a 10 year old newfoundland has had major leg/dysplasia and has been going to canine hydrotherapy which has helped but lately she has been going downhill due to age and not so keen to walk every day, the canine hydrotherapy centre could not believe when she strutted in for her appointment roughly 2 weeks after been on doggonepain and woofed to let everyone know she was there, they said it was like the old Ezme was back, all I can say is I researched the product and decided to try them and have seen the results, you don't have to hide the tablets in food they think they are getting a pre meal treat and are keen to eat them, its been a positive experience for all of us.
Harvey, an elderly golden retriever (14 ish), was really suffering with stiff joints - very arthritic, to the point that one morning he just couldn't get up and when he tried he yelped with pain. My co-worker (we work for Harvey's disabled owner) and I were both in tears. Anyway long story short - vets, scans - he's just old it's to be expected. I love that dog and when we heard about DGP we thought it was worth a go. That was about 8 months ago, and apart from being a bit stiff sometimes you would never know he had been in such distress. He obviously feels so well he runs around like an idiot. I never want to see that look in his eyes again - so thank you, thank you DGP. Bev - Audrey and Harvey's carer
My 5 year old Goldie has been GDP for a couple of weeks now and what a difference!! She is almost back to normal after being on NSAIDS for some time. She was in so much pain that she did not want to play with her toys, walk very far or even climb the stairs at night to go to bed. After taking DGP she is up to mischief again and does not even hesitate to go to bed. I would not hesitate to recomend the product - even my vet was interested.
I love Dog Gone Pain... my 15 yo jack russell is thriving since starting the tablets.... his stiffness is so much improved, he is eating better and in great form. DGP has helped enormously, I would recommend this product to anyone
I had to write to you to say that, like other reviews on your site, I was amazed at the difference in my Westie, Toby, since taking this product. The difference could be seen around 4-5 days after starting taking the tablets and he has just kept improving. He is only 5 but has had problems jumping up on the settee and our evening walk was getting to be a strain as he stopped every few steps. Now he is out front running on the lead and leaping all over the settee! I give him one tablet first thing in the morning. I have since recommended them to a colleague whose dog is having problems and would happily recommend them to anyone based on my experience. Thank you for giving Toby his mojo back.
Our 11 year old Labrador bitch, Spookie had been on NSAID,s for a couple of years. We had been living in the North West Highlands for the first 7 years of her life, she is a Highlander born and bred. There she had a garden of about 64,000 acres to play in ,including a river, of which she took full advantage. Now in the Autumn of her years she is suffering with both her Hips and her shoulders. Both Metacam and Previcox had helped her though both caused problems with long term use. My wife found GDP on the net so we gave it a try. She is now on her 4th bottle and is far more mobile and bright eyed, though she will never be a pup again she is much improved. People we meet regularly on our walks in the local area have all commented on how much brighter she is.We would not hesitate to recommend this product, it may not work for every dog, but it certainly works for my "wee girl".
I would highly recommend DGP to any dog owner who is worried about your dogs joints. Molly my then 9 month old Labrador was lame for 2 weeks and after spending £500 on extensive xrays and consultation with a surgeon she was recommended to have an op on her cruciate ligament (£3,500 - £4000!). The cost wasn't an issue as she was insured but she was only 9 months we decided to hold off and I searched for alternative (natural) medicine to help with the pain in her knee. After 2 weeks of taking them and conservative exercise she was back playing and is now 22 months old. We still have to watch how much we do with her but she loves playing ball and we are so grateful we found these tablets. As she isn't an old dog I only give her half the doze now but if I see her limping or any sign of discomfort I simply up the doze for a few days until the symptoms subside and then go back to half the doze. If you love your dog and want to see them pain free without resorting to inflammatory drugs and expensive pain killers which are not good for them I would urge you to try them and you will be amazed.
I have a 10 year old lab who struggles with arthritis and was miserable and was so painful to watch him walk, even getting up was a struggle. I had tried several other products including metacam but nothing worked like Dog Gone Pain. My old boy looked so much happier in just a couple of days and is a new dog now. He's still old but much, much better and loves his walks again.
Thanks Dog Gone Pain I would recommend your product to anyone.
I came across this product while trying to help my blind miniature poodle, Molly. She used to run, jump and cause mayhem wherever we took her, but as she got older her mobility got less and less. The excitement had seemingly disappeared.
I bought the sample from the DGP website to try with her and she came back to life! It's like when we got her as a pup all over again. I'd recommend this product to anybody with an aging dog.
I would really recommend Doggonepain for your dog, infact I've already spread the word locally! My 9yr old lab was recommended to have an op on his cruciate ligament but after careful consideration, I decided it wasn't the right descision for him. The vet recommended Doggonepain and I can honestly say that using the tablets, combined with rest to start with,he's walking so much better. Don't get me wrong, he's not cured, this was a serious injury (and apparently very common) but the difference from before taking this product, when he wasn't putting his foot down at all, to now when he's breaking into a run with no adverse reaction is fab!
Our elderly Labradoodle has been using Doggonepain for approximately two years. His gradual slowing down and stiffening of joints was not helped when he tore his cruciate ligament and underwent surgery. As he recovered he was taking the usual pain killers from the vets, and which it seemed as if he would always now need to help keep him remain mobile. We were concerned about long term possible side effects and also that he just ' wasn't himself' anymore. We were keen to find an alternative. After visiting the Doggonepain stand at Crufts and receiving a trial pack we began giving them to Lui. The results were and continue to be amazing. Although Lui can't bounce about like a youngster anymore, he is happy and playful again and although Doggonepain hasn't stopped the onset of olg age for him, we do believe it has slowed it down and he definitely appears to be without any pain or discomfort. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend using Doggonepain.
My Field Cocker Spaniel occasionally limped or held up his back left paw and one day he yelped when running for a ball and could no longer stand on that leg so off to the vets for a diagnosis which came back as torn cruciate ligament which if you check the statistics is the most common diagnosis given for limping dogs and quite expensive to cure with an operation medication and aftercare costs all mounting up... Myself and my husband did not take the diagnosis as gospel after all who wants their dog to go through an operation and have loads of drugs for months and then no guarantee of complete success as may need the other one doing too, they say! We had spent hundreds of pounds on vets bills for tests,x-rays,water therapy, prescribed medication, metacam and tramadol these being drugs which affected my 5 year old Spaniel by taking away his natural happiness and bright eyes... We searched the internet for a natural remedy to combat the effects of his limping and found Doggonepain site and for the offered low cost for a 2 week course of tablets we just had to get some to help my suffering Spaniel... Miracle it was for after just 6 days of 2 tablets per day my Spaniels eyes began to sparkle again,he still did have a limp and would not run but his demeanour was of a happy dog again after months of unhappiness and after the 2 weeks initial trial course he had begun to walk without favouring his poorly leg so often... So a full months course of tablets followed and within that time he began to run around again and was totally bright eyed and happy and after 4 months he was running jumping and even jumping over a low rail at the park and was totally carefree in his play with a ball and other dogs.. Now after 9 months I would never stop giving Doggonepain tablets to him as I could not bear to see him return to the sad, pain filled dog he had been before I found this wonderful natural tablet... So be like us if your dog has joint pain or limps it is worth trying out these tablets as they are perfectly natural ingredients and the starter course is of very low cost and in comparison to a vets costs you cannot go wrong....You may well have to keep your dog on them for life but being of natural ingredients with no harmful drugs in them it is so worth being able to see your dog free from pain... The Miracle natural table Doggonepain a big thank you from me and the family and of course Whillenbeck Ruffe family name Jasper the Field Cocker Spaniel who now behaves normally, running around jumping for his ball with tail wagging and at light speed!!!
My dog Ruffus ,a14yr old Begian Shepherd, was so lame ,he was on the verge of being put down, all the vets preparations were making him cough up blood or have the "runs" his life was miserable,so was mine!I came across DGPand hes never looked back!Half the dogs in the village are on it!---Now I"m trying it!After all,Whats good enough for my dog,is good enough for me!
Our 10 year old spaniel, Sam, had had a muscle weakness in one of front legs since a puppy and often after vigorous exercise would limp for a few days. It was never diagnosed as arthritis or anything like that, and it always seemed to get better after a few days until the next time bout of vigorous exercise, but within the last year or so it was occurring more frequently. I found Dog Gone Pain on the Internet and decided to give it a go. I used the tablets for several months and the limp stopped completely, even after swimming. Now at 10 and a half years old, Sam runs around like a much younger dog. I have stopped the tablets for the time being, as the problem seems resolved, but should the limp re-occur will have no hesitation in using them again.
We have a 10 year old Lab who 18 months ago was in so much pain he could hardly walk with arthritis in his back legs. We thought the worst. Then I did a search on the web for possible help for his debilitating condition and I found this amazing product. I sent for the trial pack ,and within days of first use it was like magic ! The "old man" had a new lease of life he could walk again without difficulty. He has now been on the all natural medication for at least 12 months and is happy to have a stroll around the park ,and has even been known to chase a stick ,(unthinkable 12 months ago), I would highly recommend anyone who is thinking about this product for their pet to give it a try. If you are in the same situation we were you have nothing to loose by trying ,but the possibility of gaining a lot. Thank you DGP we have our boy back.
