Top quality product and without question the best customer service I have ever received, thank you!
Having had enough of paying through the nose for glasses on the high street I decided to give Dragonspecs a try - and I am so glad I did. I have ordered both complete glasses and sent my own frames for reglazing and I've been impressed by the quality and particularly the price. My glasses are always clear and sharp and no more paying an extra £40 for anti-scratch and anti-glare coatings. I'll never pay high street prices again. Easily the best decision I've made in years! If you want quality glasses and excellent customer service go to Dragonspecs- you will not be disappointed!

Fantastic service and product
Very professional customer service and communication. The glasses were ordered and made within a quick timeframe considering the holidays and the delivery and service overall was impeccable. Would not hesitate to order from the company again.

Fantastic service and products
My beautiful Prada frames arrived in Australia in exactly 10 working days! Excellent efficiency in ordering process, Dragonspecs offered the best price I could find on-line and less than half what retailers are selling them for in Australia. Excellent service - have used them twice already!
I have used Dragonspecs twice already and their service/quality has been spotless. Bought my first pair of glasses a couple of years ago and contacted them again this year as I couldn't find my old order details. Dragonspecs got back to me within 2 days and once I sent in my old glasses for reglazing (which they normally don't do, but very kindly did it for me on this occasion), I got my glasses back within a week and was kept updated by Alex from Dragonspecs at all times. I haved used several other websites and opticians before I used Dragonspecs and have to say that Dragonspecs has been outstanding in responding to queries than any of the other websites/opticians plus you pay a fraction of what you would normally pay if you place the same order with one of the major high street opticians. Would definitely recommend them!

EXCELLENT!!
I had my eye test at vision express, wanted some Ted Baker glasses and was quoted £260 buy one get other free, wasn't interested in that offer, i was forced to look online for cheaper alternatives and am i glad i found dragon specs through Google search, I ended up paying £133 inclusive of delivery for my specs, they got delivered yesterday and am pleased with my purchase, Alex from dragon specs was prompt in all queries i raised, very helpful and am one happy customer!

Excellent customer service, great prices
This company are fantastic I am over the moon with my purchase and would highly recommend them. The glasses I wanted in High street stores cost over £250 and I got them from dragon specs for less than half the price. They replied to all my emails extremely quickly and were very helpful - I couldn't have asked for more. The glasses we're delivered very quickly. They get 5 stars from me and I will definitely be using them again.

Fantastic company, you won't regret ordering your glasses from Dragonspecs!
After the fabulous service I received with my first order I contacted Alex to order some prescription sunglasses for me. What can I say? Fantastic service again! Alex is amazing, brilliant communication whilst checking that the frames I wanted were in stock and the sizing was correct. My new sunglasses arrived one week later and I couldn't be happier with them.
I wanted some new Rayban glasses but after seeing the prices on the high street I thought I would look online to see if I could get them cheaper. I was a bit apprehensive about buying online but after reading the reviews on Dragonspecs I decided to go for it. Ordering was straightforward and my new glasses arrived 5 days later. Best thing was my new glasses were half the price I would have paid if I had bought them on the high street. I will never buy glasses from anywhere but Dragonspecs now and have recommended them to all my friends and family.

If in doubt, don't be!!!!
What a fantastic company.
I have always worn contact lenses but i finally decided my eyes need a break and wanted to purchase some glasses. I was quoted £330 at my high street shop for a pair of Police V8619 glasses and lenses.
I almost fainted as you can imagine.
A quick internet search brought up dragon specs and following these positive reviews on trust pilot i took the plunge. I got the same frames and better lenses for £152!!!!
Ordering was easy online through the website. The website could be improved as the pictures of the frames are very small and the option to enlarge would be very helpful. Fortunately i already knew which frames i wanted. There is a phone number if you require information or need to speak about an order. I received my glasses within a week of ordering. The product is of fantastic quality and i would highly recommend this company. Alex was especially helpful when i had an email query and i received a reply within an hour. Hows that for service?
If the owners read this, my only recommendation would be to provide a link to trust pilot on your site. Your website is quite basic and may put some people off. With the fantastic reviews you are receiving (for a good reason) you should be showing them off!

One word; Brilliant!
Found this company through Google by chance after being appalled at the prices on the high st. Bought a pair of Ray Ban fames and got friendly instant advice over the phone from dragon specs regarding the lenses I needed. They did not instantly advise the most expensive which was refreshing!!
Vision express wanted £270 for the same frame with anti glare lenses. Dragon specs sold the same frames with better lenses for £92. Saving £180. Arrived in 12 days. Absolutely Awesome. Would use again, a colleague has already ordered from them and my father is getting his next pair from dragon specs also. You cannot go wrong with this company. Five well deserved stars!!!!!

FANTASTIC WOULD RECOMMEND TO EVERYONE

Great communication got answers quickly I live in Australia and still got my glasses in less than 2 weeks very fast. Prices are great got two glasses for the price I would have paid for 1 in a store. Excellent Lenses & Frames saved over £100!
Great quality, great communication, got my glasses in 8 days from order despite them saying it would take slightly longer. This site was the lowest priced site online, and way cheaper than the high street. Well done dragonspecs!

Great service despite the frames I wanted no longer available
Cannot give 4 stars as I didn't end up getting the glasses!
I ordered some Raybans from dragonspecs at a fantastic price of just £56 for the frames when they are £119 in the shops. Unfortunately the frames warped when the lenses were being put in (have heard of this happening before so wouldn't hold this against them) and a new frame was unavailable. I have had trouble finding the frame at all in other shops and have in fact only found them in one other place so again I wouldn't hold this against them!
I would recommend this company because the person I was in contact with (Alex) personally rang me to apologise and sent me an e-mail with other similar glasses. He also offered me a discount if I was to find other frames on their site that I wanted. However, I decided to shop elsewhere as I was really set on those particular frames and got a refund within about 6 days.

Great customer services, and excellent value!
Contacted customer services and spoke with Alex who was really knowledgeable, which put my mind at ease having never ordered any prescription glasses on-line. Informed that the glasses would take 2 weeks to arrive, which was literally to the minute. Great value in comparison to other designer glasses websites that I'd looked at. Will definitely use this website for future glasses purchases. Highly recommended.

Fantastic!!
I found the frames I was looking for on the site, at about a third of their asking price in a regular store. They arrived quickly for an international delivery, and I couldn't be more pleased :)

Fantastic !
Saw the perfect pair of Prada frames on the high street, looked great on, then looked at the price and felt faint ! £250.00 (not including the lenses !). No way could I justify paying that. Did an internet search when I got home - found the same pair at Dragonspecs for £139.00 (plus thinner lenses), sounded too good to be true, so I did a review search which bought me here. They had some great reviews, so I thought I would give them a try (despite being cautious and using my Visa card to pay for them in case something went wrong !).
Well, the ordering was easy, the communication from Alex great (if only all customer service staff were as efficient !), and the glasses arrived just over a week from ordering !
So am I pleased - you bet I am ! Fantastic (and genuine) Prada frames, perfect prescription, fast and pleasant service - I will be back again, and will be recommending to my friends and colleagues.

No problems what so ever, I ordered my glasses from DG optical originally - DO NOT SHOP THERE! I was going to pay £180 for my ted baker glasses from boots, dragon specs was £60, its a no brainer!! Alex was spot on, he was my point of contact everytime, would definitely recommend to everyone I know.

Fantastic customer service all emails answered in a flash!
Before I placed my order the kind customer service team checked for me if the frame that I required was in stock. I was a bit hesitant ordering frames and lens from overseas (I am in Australia) and purchasing online but my whole experience has been great. Great customer service (thanks Alex) great final product delivered in a reasonable time and $350AUD in savings! Fantastic!

Fantastic brands at great prices
I'm always a little nervous about using an online company I've never used before, but I'm pleased to say I'm so very pleased with the glasses from Dragonspecs.
I bought Rayban specs and sunglasses, and the prescriptions are completely accurate and the price was fantastic compared to elsewhere.
When I emailed the company the response was speedy and friendly.
The only thing that could have improved the whole thing (as another poster has said) is more proactive updates as to when the glasses would be despatched, but actually it was pretty quick, under 2 weeks from order to receipt.

Good company to buy from
I originally ordered the frame only during September 2010, thinking I could have a local opticians glaze them at a competitive price. However, I later found dragonspecs' glazing service and prices were the best option available and had the frame glazed just before Christmas 2010. The glazing service was very quick and overall I was pleased with the service throughout. I would recommend buying from dragonspecs, however if there were one criticism I would have, it would be that 'lead time' on delivery should be made clear from the outset. This ofcourse was subsequently quickly clarified for me and I would always re-purchase from this company and strongly recommend others should too. NB: this review has been submitted 9 months late due to serious personal turmoil and should not be construed in any other way.

Very efficient, fast and a great price - Brilliant
I purchased some RayBan Optical Glasses that I have been searching for. They cost £61 on Dragon Specs as opposed to £120 upwards in the shops. I was sceptical to order my actual prescription over the net but decided to try them after reading reviews. However, I was pleasantly surprised witht he service, as after keying in my prescription details and paying, I received an email asking for further clarification of my glasses need.
The glasses arrived in just over a week - Perfect. The service is probably the best I have encountered on the net and I normally buy on line due to time commitments.
I highly recommend this company and intend to buy another pair.

Good and efficient customer service
I ordered a frame which was a slightly older model and which I couldn't buy in the shop any more. The frame arrived a day or two later than I was expecting it because it was not a current model but it arrived ok! The retailer kept me up to date on the order of the progress which was great. they don't have a phone number on their website but I found their email response really quick and efficient. They actually called me to let me know that the delivery will be a little late I thought was a nice gesture.

First Class 7* service
Superb service from this company. The friendly reassuring communication was second to none. I wanted Dior sunglasses (which I very nearly bought in Terminal 5 earlier this year for £209) and having searched the web Dragonspecs were the cheapest and delivered them for £128.95. Amazing! I cannot rate this company too highly and will certainly recommend to all my friends and associates.

Worth the wait
I stuffed my order up a bit , but it was no problem for it to be corrected before I even recieved the Ted Baker Specs. Thrilled to bits with my new frames and more so that I picked them up for approx. AUD$300.00 less (thats a 68% saving) than my local Australian supplier including freight. I was not sure I would get a case and did, so not only was the quality everything I was expecting, I received more as well. Thank you very much Dragonspecs, I have already forwarded some friends to your site.

The glasses were exactly what I ordered the same one in boots were £100 extra the service was excellent if ordering remember it does take 14 days as I panicked after a week when the glasses didnt arrive but it does state 14days so dont worry .The condition of the glasses were excellent def would give the seller by business again and again goin to post the site to my friends on facebook I was that impressed with the service

Worthwhile waiting for pair of those...
Was waiting as well for Ted Baker frames as they were ordered from US for me. Must selling pretty well as they were out of stock but got them few days after normal time. Excellent service and after sale care. My lenses didn't suit me so they exchange them for me with no extra costs. Fully satisfied with service overall and look of myself in a pair of my new frames. "I can see clearly now the rain is gone". Looking forward to get new frames for spare from them.

Saved a bomb
Used this site on the reccomendation of this trustpilot. The site provided a great comms and service but the glasses arrived a few days late but I saved over £100 on a pair of Ted Baker frames and Lenses so no complaints there. I was kept informed due to the lack of supply of the out of stock frames that I ordered. A few days wait compared to the savings is worthwhile

A nightmare experience turned into a DELIGHT!!!
I have a -5.0 prescription bilaterally, and being quite vain and a student my experience in the past has been very expensive and involved a lot of shopping around in order to possess a pair of trendy DESIGNER frames (and pray that i dont loose or break them for a few years), with thinner lenses, anti glare and sun reactive (for driving purposes). THANKFULLY one of my patients recommended dragon.specs to me and I found the exact Prada frame I saw at V.E (but didnt purchase due to the overall cost), the overall cost with all my sepcifications worked out to be 35% CHEAPER!!! Buying a new pair of glasses is a nightmare for someone fussy with such little time like me but the provison of excellent customer service and good price from dragonspecs changed my whole experience!!! Looking fwd to seeing the new summer collection!

I Can now See the Point
I am generally highly cautious about buying goods from a computer screen. But on this occasion, my fiancee purchased a pair of trendy sunglasses at a bargain. So I was curious enough to try this company for myself and I have been pleasantly surprised.
Excellent service, good product and a good saving on a new pair of sunglasses for my honeymoon.
