I ordered a frame which was a slightly older model and which I couldn't buy in the shop any more. The frame arrived a day or two later than I was expecting it because it was not a current model but it arrived ok! The retailer kept me up to date on the order of the progress which was great. they don't have a phone number on their website but I found their email response really quick and efficient. They actually called me to let me know that the delivery will be a little late I thought was a nice gesture.
